This small but cozy restaurant is located near to both the train station and downtown Valladolid. The food is authentically Peruvian, as are the friendly and helpful owners from Cuzco, who cook and serve. We had the grilled chicken with fried potatoes and salad. Delicious and satisfying. The portion was large and the cost very reasonable. Lunch with drinks for two was only 19 euros.

Nice food, a little expensive but portions are big. My favorite plate is pollo a la brasa. The taste of the chicken is just delicious. It cooks slowly in wood fire. Also, the potatoes that come with the chicken are amazing. They are freshly prepared fries (using fresh potatoes). I highly recommend this place. Other plates are very authentic and delicious.

The food is simply incredible! Everything is good on the menu, I recommand trying all of the typical drinks, filled to the brim! It is quite cheap for the quantity and quality. The staff is quick and so, so friendly. I will go back in a heartbeat! Take an inka cola can for the road.

When entered we were offered drinks and it was served with complementary tostados which is deep fried corn. Those were delicious and crunchy. As primer plato I had the Causa limeña. This is a typical Peruvian layered potato dish. It tasted delicious. And it looked as good as it tasted. And the price was only €5. A great choice. For the segundo plato we choose the ceviche. It comes in two sizes and the large size which is only €3 more than the small size serves two easily. €16 vs €13 The taste was heavenly. Everything tasted super fresh. The two dishes were accompanied with two dipping sauces. One spicy and the other more creamy. Both excellent. If I would stay here longer I would definitely return here. Thank you.

Comida peruana muy auténtica. Personalmente no me gustó, había probado otros ceviches por ejemplo que me gustaron más, éste me resultó más demasiado astringente, pero le pongo buena nota porque a las personas que fueron conmigo les encantó y a otras que conozco que también han estado lo mismo.

The food was delicious, especially the chicha morada, the anticucho, and the seco de ternera (beef stew), but everything else was also very good. The ají amarillo (yellow chili) was delicious, and the rocoto (rocoto) could have been spicier. The service was unremarkable, and the atmosphere was fine. I would definitely go back for the food.

We came here for lunch without a reservation to try Peruvian cuisine for the first time. While this place represents it quite well, the ceviche seemed a bit sour compared to others I've tried. The tiger's milk could be considered more of a ceviche tasting dish than a dish in itself. The rice with beef was nothing special; the strips of meat were well-done. The fried yuca and the tamales were a better choice, with a very novel and distinctive flavor, smooth and mellow. I recommend the purple mazamorra (pork sausage) and the picarones (small sandwiches) for dessert, which, although sweet, are not cloying. The decor of the restaurant could be more appealing, but the service of the waiters makes up for it.

El sitio está muy bien decorado y la comida está riquísima: el pollo, el arroz, el ceviche, todo bastante rico. Lo único que tiene en contra, es que el camarero alto es bastante desagradable: si le preguntas algo, responde de manera cortante y desagradable, tarda para tomar la orden, tarda para llevar la comida, si lo llamas para pedir algo también lo hace de malas maneras. En fin, que el restaurante increíble pero la atención un fiasco.

The food was great: generous portions and excellent quality at very reasonable prices. Everything was delicious. However, for a Friday night, you can't order anything after 10 pm because the kitchen closes. There's a problem with the ventilation, and no matter where you sit, you leave smelling like the kitchen. We ordered two pisco sours (the standard, small kind) which ended up costing more than the entire meal (our mistake for not asking the price and their mistake for not explaining it). The bar area isn't at all suited for dining.

Ceviche wasn't very good, fish was frozen, the chicha morada had chunks that were annoying when drinking it, the lomo saltado was delicious but a bit salty, the causa limeña was good. The staff doesn't tell you that the menu is digital because they don't have the QR code on the table.

Lugar recomendable, los platos ricos, sabrosos, porciones correctas.. el servicio rapidísimo, los platos llegan pronto,la deco del lugar tranqui pero de buen gusto, y los baños impecables (que no es poca cosa).. volvería. Y VOLVI...UNA PENA, han bajado la calidad de los platos, el arroz de mariscos(donde los mariscos están ausentes) con solo dos langostinos, la jarra de chicha morada sin ninguna fruta cortada, dejan que desear. Cambiaron cocinero?

We wanted to give the place a try because we'd walked past it several times and were curious to see what it was like. I don't know if they were having an off day, but they had very few dishes available, and it felt like you were eating potatoes the whole time. We ordered two appetizers: yucca, ceviche, and rice. There were four of us, and we were satisfied, but it felt like there were only two options, and you either ate those two or you left in a huff. I don't think we'll be back, especially since we realized that Peruvian food wasn't really our thing.

La comida es bastante rica, sin embargo, la atención por parte de un camarero llamado Eloi fue pésima. Al entrar nos asignaron una mesa en la zona donde él estaba y desde el primer momento nos habló de malas maneras. Nos dejó esperando unos 15 minutos para luego decirnos, de forma grosera, que no nos atendería porque según él la cocina estaba cerrada. Al salir muy disgustada, los otros dos camareros nos detuvieron, se disculparon por lo ocurrido y nos ofrecieron otra mesa, atendiéndonos de forma cordial y tomando nuestro pedido sin problema. Más tarde, el encargado también se acercó a pedir disculpas, momento en el que pregunté el nombre del camarero que nos trató mal. Es una pena que una sola persona pueda dar una imagen tan negativa, porque la comida y el resto del equipo sí estuvieron a la altura.

He intentado dar una nueva a oportunidad a este sitio, pero lamentablemente una nueva decepción, te atienden con prisa como no de buena calidad, culpa mía por no fijarme más antes de comer pero un tipo de papá con moho , seguramente se contaminó al resto del plato, en ese momento se me quitaron las ganas de comer, seguramente el producto que me había comido no tenía buena calidad. No recomiendo para nada este sitio, la otra vez nos encontramos un gusano en el plato y el camarero no nos dio ninguna explicación,ni cambio de plato ni nada. En fin en resumidas cuentas gasten el dinero en otro sitio que tenga mejor calidad, y mejor servicio porque nada más terminar de comer ya nos querían echar, recogiendo con mucha prisa.
