Great experience, spectacular thin-crust pizzas, although a bit pricey, but worth trying. The ubi potatoes with three sauces were also very good. We went with the Valladolid food discount codes and got a good price on everything we ordered. Reservations are recommended, as it tends to get busy, especially on weekends.

The food was varied and delicious. The foie gras salad was impressive (with tons of fresh foie gras!), and the pine-covered pizza was very original. The bread was delicious, and the cheesecake was a delight. Very friendly and quick.

It was a very good experience with some great friends. The artisanal pizzas are fantastic, the potatoes with ubi are exceptional, they have a wide variety of wines, and the Russian dessert is amazing!

They clearly list allergens on the menu and have many gluten-free options. We had provolone with chorizo ​​and a Philadelphia pizza with sirloin. Everything was delicious, and the pizza dough was very crispy, even though it's gluten-free.

We're from Madrid and went because we saw their amazing pizzas on Instagram, and I can say they far exceeded our expectations. One of their specialties, the potatoes, was fantastic, and their pizzas are incredible, original, and delicious. And to finish, a dessert I'd never had before: Russian cake! The service was excellent; they made us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back.

From the first minute we entered the door they have been super nice and attentive to us. We have ordered 2 pizzas, one with tripe and the other with cheeks, both delicious. And for dessert, the cheesecake, which is delicious too. We had 2 slices of pizza left over and without saying anything they immediately gave it to us to take away. The truth is that I will definitely return, first because the deal was 100 and second because there are many things on the menu that we want to try.

Muy grata experiencia y buenísima recomendación por parte del camarero Santiago, muy buen ambiente el local en general.!!10/10

Vinimos a este restaurante porque es de los pocos sitios en Valladolid que tienen pizzas sin gluten y eso ya es de agradecer. Con respecto a la comida pedimos de entrante sus patatas ya que el precio de las ensaladas nos parecía excesivo (casi 20 euros algunas). Las patatas estaban bien eran redondas y estaban rebozadas con harina de arroz. Posteriormente pedimos una pizza normal y otra sin gluten que en mi caso fue la 4 estaciones. Nos estaban mal pero tenían pocos ingredientes y la masa, sobretodo la sin gluten, no parecía para nada casera. El queso no era el típico fundente de las fotos. Para el precio que tienen me parecieron escasas de todo. Tienen mucha variedad de sabores de pizza incluso de aquellas cosas que no te puedes imaginar. De postre pedimos pastel ruso que no tenia gluten que nos pareció bien para compartir de cantidad. El servicio muy bien y atento y el sitio está bien con terraza exterior y varias plantas interiores de comedor. Para la reserva no tienen opción online sino que hay que llamar por teléfono.

Quizá fuese un tema de expectativas. La masa de las pizzas se queda dura en pocos minutos y casi difícil de ingerir, si pides una pizza para compartir perfecto, si no, antes de acabarla….. se queda demasiado “chiclosa”A mi gusto, los ingredientes muy desmigados pero la combinación es buena. El servicio y atención es bueno y rápido.

The food at this pizzeria is spectacular. The pizzas are delicious, made with excellent dough and quality ingredients. The price is perhaps a bit high, but the food is truly worth it. What really spoils the experience is the owner's attitude, both towards his staff and some customers. On several occasions, he spoke to his staff in a cocky and arrogant manner, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. But what was most surprising were some comments he made to nearby tables and the way he spoke to certain customers: a haughty, inappropriate tone that, frankly, makes you not want to be there. It's a shame, because the food is outstanding, but the owner's attitude doesn't live up to it. If that attitude changed, it would be a magnificent place.

Man.... create a reputation and don't do anything!... mother, what a downer with the UBI. Wasn't it our day?? The blood sausage was neither here nor there and a bit raw. The wings were charred on the outside and raw on the inside, so bad they would have flown out... the pizza tasted delicious but the dough was a bit chewy. They didn't change our plate (with bones and stained with blood sausage and they don't change your plate?) He went to the wrong table with the coffee, shouted at the lady at the other table... Stay still and she changed it (one was decaf, the other wasn't) (we'll always have doubts.) The final straw was the infusion with a GIFT, a piece of paper stuck in the teapot that who knows how long it's been there... Under the awning, as they call that part of the terrace with awnings, you're a bit at the mercy of the waiter showing up. Wasn't it our day, NO. They invited us for coffee.
