My order didn't arrive. This has happened several times through the app and also when I place a delivery order using the number on the website. I hope they fix this soon because it's truly disappointing to order your food and have it never arrive or be notified that it was canceled.

The service is terrible. First, they don't want to make deliveries if they don't like driving on the street. And in the branch, they serve you rudely and don't know how to register your order. They make you wait in vain.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. They never delivered my pizza. I made numerous calls and they just kept telling me the delivery driver was on his way and to wait. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. They don't care about receiving complaints, they lack the knowledge to serve customers, and they even make fun of you. They don't resolve issues and they have absolutely no interest in providing good service.

VERY BAD SERVICE, they answer whenever they want and your order arrives late. I ordered a pizza and they told me it would take approximately 40 minutes, but an hour and a half went by and nothing arrived. I called to cancel it because I was already hungry and wanted to order something else, but they didn't answer. I was quite disappointed with the service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I waited an hour for my pizza when they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I went to check and it still wasn't even made (they forgot to make it) 😒. FIRST AND LAST TIME I'll ever come to this place. Besides the terrible service, the staff leaves much to be desired. There were about 10 people and only one making pizzas, while the rest were on their phones. It's a shame for the place because nobody is in charge, that's why it's in such a state. 👎🏻

They should have a supervisor who cares about their job. I've called twice, they take the order, and it never arrives. Recently, they don't even answer the phone. They shouldn't advertise themselves as home delivery if they can't handle the package. The delivery drivers and the person on the phone provide good service. Edit: They should also train the people who take orders. I ordered a stuffed rib with a combination of flavors, plus extra, and this time they wouldn't order it as is. They pigeonholed me into the promotion and restricted me to one ingredient. I'm not even going to argue with them anymore.
