I don't know if this is correct, but in my opinion, the service leaves much to be desired. Their attention to serving diners is very slow, and the person who served us doesn't know many things a waiter should know. We asked him what flavor the water was, and he didn't know. He went back and asked, and the answer left us even more confused. It took them a long time to serve us when there were only two tables occupied. Imagine if it had been full. Also, their portions are very small. My dish was Tampiqueña-style beef, and the guacamole was very small, I'd say. We asked for a little more, and they didn't even offer us an extra portion for another charge, which wasn't the case. And so on. I wish they would correct these situations, because, given the service in a tourist area, I think it should be much better and more efficient.

Bad. The place is dirty, the bathrooms are filthy, they're not equipped to handle a place with so many customers, drinks like sodas are served at room temperature, without a glass or ice, the entire service takes about an hour and a half, and all the orders are delayed. I don't recommend it. I'll never go back there.

The waiter is inattentive, but the place is gloomy and usually empty. My rice was spoiled and my chicken sour. Overall, the seasoning is off. I don't recommend it and wouldn't return. In the end, they didn't charge me for the dish, but the experience was still bad.
