Great staff! Handled a jerk customer who was complaining how hot it was inside the location (it was NOT hot) causing a fuss, for no reason, demanding the manager to turn down the a/c for the 3 minutes he was inside the location. Guy just being an a**, team didn't lose their cool and they continued to serve customers coming in with a smile. George was working the counter and he was awesome

5/5 for a fast food joint. It’s our go to BK in the area. Food is always fresh, fries are hot, and we haven’t had any issues with our orders. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This is the absolute best Burger King I’ve been to in California. As a vegan person I have learned to appreciate good service in the fast food game. The food is always spot on, I can’t think of the last time they made a mistake. I watch them have tremendous patience for the typical drunken hood people in line in front of me. I often drop them a tip, which blows their mind but really they deserve it more than they know. Best employees in the game. Show them some love they deserve it!!!!

I’m up from Los Angeles and usually don’t eat fast food, especially Burger King, since most locations in LA aren’t great. One of my colleagues brought food from this location and it looked surprisingly fresh, so I decided to try it. Service was great and the food was actually very fresh. I hadn’t had a Whopper with cheese in a long time, and this one was done right. Yes, it’s fast food, but this particular location was much more impressive than expected.

Food is a little bit undercooked sometimes but usually fast, delicious, and they ACTUALLY give friendly service.

Very clean and Customer Service is great. I have a illness tht requires that my food is cooked a certain way. The personal touch Alma uses to prepare my food for my stomach issues and never over cooks it, always gives personal touch. The best part of Customer Service there, is when I try to tip her for going above and beyond, Alma makes me put my $20 away, firmly letting me know she does what she Should do. "It's my job." U can't get any better than that! The Management team are very nice. Rebecca(?)who's on the Evening shift, weekdays always shows professional performance, as well as the Security person there. The grounds usually Stay clean and I never have to worry abt the cleanness of my food, because it's always made with "love" and sometimes, even a personal note, to say hello, from my personal cook, Alma. Lol They're great people.

Quick, competent, friendly service. My Whopper was excellent and when I asked them to cut it in half no problem or questions. Will for sure make note of this B.K. location.

It's Burger King, and I believe it speaks for itself. The interior was spotless and well-lit. The food was served hot.

Went in for a quick pre-dinner snack came out with a quick pre-dinner dinner. It was rather warm outside and the shake really cool little brother down.

They closed the lobby so you have to go through the drive-thru, I think they should keep it closed because now your meal is hot the fries are hot and crispy, I love it

It's a Burger King! You shouldn't be eating here if you want a 3 star Michelin restaurant. If you're looking for something to eat and don't mind eating at a fast food spot, then it'll fix your craving for fast food hamburgers.

I only gave the atmosphere three stars because, it's never going to be the same as it was before. At this store has made real efforts to step up its game and is so much better now. Not a bad place. :)

The food there is great ! But they will mess your order up and the Hispanic male employee there will give you cramp about fixing it. They should really fire that guy omg . Customer should always be right. Definitely filing a complaint

This particular BK at Columbus Parkway in Benicia is unfortunately in a parking lot with a tutoring center and a martial arts studio. It gets crazy late in the afternoon and early evening with parents picking up kids and parking their cars everywhere! Also, this BK needs to leave their fries in the frier just a little bit longer.

Bad smell was from homeless. They were inside. They didn't buy anything. Disappointed chicken nuggets and crispy chicken burger. It was oily because use old oil to fry.

Be careful when you eat here. There was a piece of metal from a stainless steel scrub pad in the bottom of my French fry box. Thank God I didn't eat it because the metal could have cut me inside.

Burger King is a disgusted place to eat. If someone decides to venture into the store, you'll see how filthy the cooking area of the restaurant . Food particles all over the kitchen. Fries, cups, and old food particles. The aroma from the kitchen is like a grease ball had struck the kitchen. Who is running Burger King, have they lost their way of good food preparation. Someone from the corporate office should come and do a surprise visit.

The food was good, spicy chicken sandwich was juicy, the psychopath in the drivethru was entertaining, a little creepy, but didn't bother me too much. They should do something about that guy, he can't be good for business.

They forgot my medium coke so I tried calling from 5:15 thru 5:45 they kept putting phone in a fax type machine. Never would answer. I will be going back for my coke as soon as I can.

Ordered 2 whoppers, they were cold and pink inside. Scary!! Tried calling to let them know but got a fax squelch in my ear.

This has to be the worst Burger King I have ever been to. They never get my order right, and they never seem to want to rectify it without yelling. I have even called the corporate office to make a complaint and they did nothing. I have only been there twice and both times they messed up everything I will never go to this or any Burger King now for that matter again. Do yourself a favor don't go to this one.

I needed something to eat at almost 10:00p.m after traveling over 400 miles. My friend that drives was already settling in the motel room. I understand about the dining room being closed, but refusing me service at the drive thru window because I don't drive was wrong! While Burger King lost a customer, another place gained one because even when I'm on foot that another place took my order from the drive thru window anyways.

Starving after a late night at work, pulled up to the drive through at 11:40pm, sat there for about 5 minutes until I decided to drive through and see what was going on. With a kitchen full of people that I could personally see, at 11:45pm (they close drive through at 12 midnight), they wave me off and shoo me away stating that they are closed. I said "but you close at midnight " he ran his hand across his throat and shrugged his shoulders like "Oh well". Seriously absolutely rude and the worst service!!! I will never go again!

I'm tired of this Burger King getting my order wrong for the 3rd time. My UNSWEETENED tea I ordered was SWEETENED. No Onion, hamburger had Onion. Not 1 package of ketchup and Everything COLD. Tried calling them, they don't answer the phone. Next time I will go to a different establishment .

If you order from the app, and use your perks on an online order, they will not give you your perks item...support cant do anything for 24hrs and I cant drive back to the shop at the moment. I cant even order delivery either because it's out of budget and I'm out of perks points that I used for that specific item...

We ordered online & we are lacking the original chicken sandwich in the family bundle & they only put 7 nuggets instead of 8 each bags…we are trying to call them but nobody is answering the phone…so frustrating!

Horrible customer service. Was trying to use a coupon that was still valid and not expired but they would not accept it. I asked to speak to the manager and was told flat out “No”. First time here and left with nothing...not coming back here ever.

Went through the drive thru ordered 2 sandwiches 1 fish with cheese and a cheeseburger with no onion, easy enough right? Well it wasn't first got food no cheese on the fish burger and a chicken sandwich!! After going in and inform them of their mistake they remake it right so I thought, the fish was fine now my cheeseburger covered in onions SMH so I slide it back to the cashier with my receipt and say NO ONIONS the woman in the back fixing the food starts talking in Spanish and waving her hands all around. I'm standing there watching her making sure my food gets fixed right and she glares at me. So I ask her is there a problem you get paid to fix my food the way I ask for it that's y'alls motto "HAVE IT YOUR WAY" So yes I want it my way is that to much to ask for? If so you don't need to work here. Long story I got it my way. But I won't be going back to them one on Springs Rd/Solano and Mariposa.

Hard room temp food. Asked to remake amd was still sub par. I understand its fast food but there are many burger kings that have great hot freshly cooked food

Been to these restaurant so many times and gave me ketchup and hot sauce without paying extra fee. But guess what today the cashier declined to give me hot sauce unless I pay extra for it. Just for not having the extra money I didn’t get to enjoy my food as it should be. Very bad service
