Went decided to come to BJ’s after we finished bowling on a Saturday night. There was a wait but we decided to sit at the bar. Great decision. Our bartender was AMAZING. She was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. To note- the bar was also pretty busy. Shout out bar staff. We got the Chips and Queso, Deep dish Pepperoni Pizza and The Brownie Pizookie. All were amazing. There are so many more things we want to try. Everything looks good. This was such a great night. Food was great and Service was excellent. We will absolutely be back to try more of the menu! Thanks for making it such an easy night out!

I've been to BJs in other locations, but this location was excellent. Our server Sally, wow, was so kind and took care of us with excellence. In addition the manager came to our table and greeted us. We were honored. My Ribeye was cooked to perfection, and the clam chowder was absolutely on point. The prime rib was devine. I happily recommend you try them out!

We had such a great experience thanks to Rico! We were on a tight schedule and needed to eat, pay, and head out within an hour. I asked if it would be possible, and Rico welcomed us right in with no hesitation. He took our orders immediately, checked in on us often, and even went to the kitchen to make sure our food came out quickly. Because of his effort, everything went smoothly, and we were able to enjoy our meal without stress. Rico truly went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for the excellent service he gave us!

I ordered a burger and fries on their website. When it stated that my order was ready for pickup, I went to get my food. However, the staff member in the front stated that my food wasn’t ready, making up some excuse about them needing to repack the dessert item. After waiting a few more minutes, I decided to just get a refund, but Gio, the manager, stated that it couldn’t be done that day. He then told me to call them tomorrow for the refund, which kind of sounded like a load of bs. They are quick to charge you, and ask for an automatic tip, but when it comes to actually earning it, they don’t seem to put in much effort at all. Update: I finally received a refund after three days. Since their food generally tastes decent when they actually make it, I decided to update my review a little bit.

We visited BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse in Concord as a party of five. Overall, the experience was decent. Our waitress was very nice, friendly, and cordial. However, there was a noticeable gap in service when we were waiting for our ticket and dessert—she disappeared for quite a while. When she returned, she explained her manager had called her into a meeting. While she was apologetic, it didn’t look great on her, and honestly, management should know better than to pull servers away from active tables. The food itself was a mixed bag. Everyone else in my party stuck with “safe” dishes and seemed satisfied. I decided to branch out and try the New Orleans Jambalaya—and I really wish I hadn’t. It was extremely underwhelming. The dish was just spicy without any true flavor balance. The onions and bell peppers were cut far too large, the sausage was barely noticeable, and while the shrimp and chicken were decent, the rice was the wrong kind entirely. It was not a good representation of jambalaya—BJ’s should probably rename it because it doesn’t reflect authentic New Orleans flavor. On the positive side: drinks were good, the atmosphere was nice, and being among the first guests when they opened, the restaurant itself felt pleasant and welcoming. Bottom line: I’d return if it were for a social setting with friends, but I’d stick to safer menu items and steer clear of the jambalaya. Management could also improve by not disrupting servers during active shifts.

I ordered the jambalaya for takeout. And yeah, I didn’t expect it to be steaming hot as it if I were sitting at the restaurant. But I definitely didn’t expect my rice to be hard, my chicken to be uncooked and the whole meal dry as dirt! Also the seasonings were off, I’m very upset.

The server rarely came to our table to check in on my party of 4, never offered to refill our drinks and didn't even ask if we wanted condiments after getting our food. The food was the other issue, it shouldn't take over 2 hours to get food. If there was not enough cooks in the kitchen or if it was busy I would understand, but it definitely was not busy for it to be taking 2 hour. The server should've been on top of it, at least checking in on us to make sure we were okay and letting us know what the issue was or something. I'm never coming back here again.

This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We got sat party of 2 30 minutes go by before someone even comes up to get our drink order. So we figured to order everything at once. My husband’s food comes out first cool another 30 minutes go by he’s done eating I still never got my food finally someone came and asked what we were waiting for I said my food then comes our sever he put down my food and said “sorry it’s been sitting in the window for a while do you want me to have them make a new one” I just said no bc I wanted to go home. He boxed it up I never Even got everything that came with my meal.

This place has gone down hill and quickly. As we are walking in, there was a guest yelling at a server (not sure if he was telling him a story of drama that happened inside or yelling at him for something he did). We go in and sit at a table in the bar section. Our waiter was the best part of our experience, she was nice and I have 0 complaints about her. The women's bathroom was FILTHY (Worse than a taco bell bathroom on a bad day) the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in weeks, the back of all of the toilets were covered in dirty, dust and god knows what else. Our food came out and everything on the surf and turf plate was ice cold the mashed potatoes, asparagus, steak and shrimp all COLD. We sent it back and they reheated it. During us eating the same guy that was yelling at a waiter outside when we first arrived came back inside in a panic with blood dripping down his face saying he was assaulted by an employee outside. All of the workers and managers went outside to get involved in the drama. No cops ever came. All in all it takes me a lot to leave a bad review, but this was not a good experience and that's a shame because we usually enjoy the BJs chain.
