Opinions de T4 Tea For U Vallejo
Inger was the best server and gave me such great service. The food was delicious and is a great value. I highly suggest coming here anytime your in the area.
FOOD: 5☆ I've not tried anything else there, other than the fried fish, so I can only judge of that alone. Therefore, 5☆! The fish is bite sized lightly battered white fish, seasoned & fried to perfection with salt, pepper, garlic & green onions. It may come in a small box, but it's packed to the seams, popping out! So much so, that I'm able to eat ½ with rice for lunch & the remainder with noodles or spring rolls for dinner. I will admit T4 is not cheap. That fish box will set you back $22. easy! SERVICE: 3/5 ☆ They have a lot on their menu & in small print, so it could take time to get thru it to decide. I highly recommend searching on their website/ FB/ google pages to overlook the menu & reviews prior to going. As far as service, it's really not a lot to go on. You walk up to the window, they take your order & call your # when ready & retrieve order at pick up window. That's it! The staff aren't really rude, but not excited about wanting to help you navigate the menu. I will admit they have gotten my order incorrect 50% of 4 visits. ATMOSPHERE: 2/5 ☆ This location is the old Dairy Queen drive up stand. Therefore there is no indoor seating, no real coverage from the elements, the noise pollution from the street traffic & loud exhaust. There are 1-2 tables along the side of the building, but that's about it. So I really can't give this an "atmospheric vibe" score.
We ordered the food options and everything was AMAZING!! So many spices and flavors, not salty like a lot of restaurants. We took our food home, which is fine with us. Others mentioned slow service but we did not experience that. Maybe they can add some tables for the summer but....it might attract some loitering. Try it, great food!!
Good food and good drinks! Highly recommend since they have so many options for everyone. Definitely read the menu before you go tho it will take a while lol.
Two chill outdoor tables to eat at. The drinks are solid! I liked the Royal Tea with cream top.
The food and drinks are pretty good and the customer service people are very nice and very alert.
Best Basil popcorn chicken!! So good thank you all for the amazing food and customer service!

I was pleasantly surprised to learn this place services food. You order from a kiosk machine and pick up your order from a service window. We ordered the salt and pepper chicken, Mongolian beef, beef and pork chow mein, and roasted oolong milk tea with lychee coconut and strawberry bubble. We enjoyed everything we ordered and definitely will return again.
Tried the new T4 today and were very disappointed to see that calamari heads weren’t on the menu. Both of the drinks we ordered were extremely sweet. Mine was undrinkable and my partner’s was better after the ice melted. **PLEASE T4 VALLEJO GET THE FRIED CALAMARI HEADS AND MENU THAT THE OAKLAND CHINATOWN ONE HAS!

I ordered three things. A drink and two foods. The Brown sugar milk boba tea, was okay. It tasted the same at Quickly and Share Tea. Calamari I wouldn't get again. It was very chewy, like a rubber toy. It took my so long chewing on them they got cold and became more chewy. I don't recommend this one. Basil Popcorn Chicken. Very tender and moist, with a crunch. It has a kick to it, and I shared it with my roommate who really enjoyed them. There was a lot of chicken in the box too. This one was reasonably priced for how much you got. I recommend the popcorn chicken. Over all, it's okay. I probably will not go out of my way for it again. The price is not equal to the quality. Atleast it was fun to try a new place.
Drinks are great they have good customer service people there are nice and very alert when you voice your opinion . One thing I would say is the food I got .wings and they weren’t fully cook however people make mistake we’re all human I had let them know so it doesn’t happen to the next person they accommodate us and gave us complimentary wings . Their customer service and communication is excellent due to they did not take my criticism harshly

Basic, a location that has a variety of drinks. But awful customer service.
Ordering in this location is a headache. No shade when you order, order takes forever, they have a self service computer outside but not working properly, the person cannot take your order in the window because they have to finish preparing the orders of 4-6 people ahead. This is a weekday afternoon. Terrible speed, customer service. Once you get your order, take your food to go or eat in car only. Limited parking space. I do not recommend this place, there's a lot of options like Quickly, ShareTea, Devil n Angel.

At this point I don’t even care if the food or drink is good, the service sucks. The server needs to find another job because he doesn’t seem to like what he’s doing.
Good spot to get some yummy food but the girls working the front end services have all been very rude. Customer service can make or break a place.
I’ve been to T4 a few times now, and while I appreciate the variety of flavors and the ability to customize the sweetness and ice levels, the prices are simply too high for what you get. A basic milk tea with no special toppings already feels overpriced, and once you start adding extras like boba or jelly, it quickly becomes even more expensive. Compared to other bubble tea shops in the area, the portion sizes don’t justify the price hike. It feels like you’re paying more for the brand name than the quality of the drinks themselves. I’ve had better, more affordable bubble teas from smaller, independent shops nearby. Unless you’re someone who specifically enjoys the T4 menu, you’re probably better off looking for more reasonably priced alternatives. For the price, I expected better.
This was the worst boba i've ever had in my life. We ordered 3 different drinks as a group and they were probably the most bland, watered down, flavorless drink i've ever had. Horrible service, as there was none, the workers just seemed like they didn't want to be there. Don't recommend, go to a pho place instead.
Just ordered my snow globe milktea. The amount of pearls and coffee they put is very, very little. I will not come back to this branch. I would rather purchase from other stores that are more generous for the cost of the milktea that is $7
I've paid right bills but cashier said 10$bills disappeared i feel like stolen my cash bills please if you guys go just pay card 😕 no cash im not feeling good really bad.
terrible customer service, terrible speed, and terrible ingredients. Go to a different tea shop!
