I got the pretzel bacon pub cheeseburger. Very good. Great mustard and fried onion taste. The overall size of the burger is about average, if not a tad bit smaller, not a big burger. The frosty is delicious.

My wife and I stopped by this Wendy's tonight after shopping at Costco across the street. My wife wanted Wendy because she loves their Parmesan Caesar Salad. Since we were across the street and I had the TMobile Tuesday coupon for their spicy chicken sandwich, I took her to Wendy. I placed my order through their mobile app. My wife then placed her order through the mobile app for the spicy chicken as well and large fries but for the Parmesan Caesar Salad, you can only choose grilled chicken but my wife said she always get spicy chicken so I told her that we can just order her salad at the drive thru. When we came, there was no one in the drive thru lane so I told them the names of the two orders and also ordered my wife her spicy chicken Caesar Salad which they accommodate for. By the time we got to the window, all of the orders were ready so it was quick. The spicy chicken was delicious and the fries were alright. My wife salad had some bad lettuce where it looked old and not color green so she didn't eat that part. Overall we had a good experience here.

The customer service can be 50/50 and I only have issues whenever I go inside to order. No one is hardly at the counter to take your order and you have to use the kiosk. I personally hate those things because people hands are dirty. It’s very confusing to some guest because they don’t understand how to use the kiosk. Relocation of those would be helpful. The one incident I had at the drive thru, staff was asking every car to wait, which was 2-3, instead of taking orders in a timely manner. They were closing in 7 min, by the time I pulled up they say “we’re closed” but I ordered. I honestly wished they stayed open later. The food is always fresh and hot.

Food was as good as fast food gets. Working by and just wanted a quick bite. I went twice in a span of two weeks, and it was very mid service. Rushed and not friendly at all. I totally forgot to ask for sauces/condiments but I wish they would have offered me some, what have made up for the experience.

Do not eat breakfast here. They make the eggs ahead of time and they taste like rubber. The stores in Santa Clarita stopped opening at 7:30am and went to 8am. They were seldom open at 7:30 anyway. Maybe open at 11am and stick to burgers. Dave Thomas must be turning in his grave.

Food was stale and cold and on top of it had a weird bitter taste, had to throw it out , never going back there again. Called to complain, they hung up the phone, tried calling back several times and they did not answer the phone. Recorded message saying to leave name and phone number and someone will return the call. I haven't ordered Delivery from here for almost a year. Why? They always mess up the order. Whether it's missing items or incorrect items. Absolute unadulterated unaddressed filth. Shoes glued to the floor by weeks of spilled drinks. Splattered filth all over. Homeless people using the drink dispensers freely and sitting inside eating food brought in. Dogs allowed inside with the homeless. Alarms sounding our entire visit from empty ice hoppers. This place can only be cleaned up with fire. Food was half passable half awful. Hamburger buns were days... Old rock hard. $14 for two Jr Bacon cheeseburgers small fry small drink medium frosty. Avoid this place at all costs!

Ownership needs to fire everyone and start over. How hard is it to literally put fries in a bag and not forget. Happens over and over. Never again will this place get a dollar from me.

I’ve always preferred Wendy’s, and since locations are scarce near me, I consider it a rare treat. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete disappointment. The restaurant was filthy…sticky floors, dirty tables, grimy counters, and a drink station covered in standing water from a leaking ice machine. Instead of cleaning it, employees just placed cones in the puddle. I had to step in it to reach the drink machine, only to find no ice and most beverages unavailable. The only Diet Coke was syrupy, so I had to ask an employee to fill my cup behind the counter. The food was just as bad. My Dave’s Double was dry, flavorless, and barely warm, with cold cheese and an unripe tomato. The fries were lukewarm and inedible. I was looking forward to trying the new Thin Mint Frosty, but they only had vanilla. All of this for nearly $14? I won’t be returning to this location, and this experience has me rethinking Wendy’s altogether.

This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Food looks and tastes like it's been sitting for an hour. The fries I just received were practically chips they were so stale (they looked like curly fries). The frostys they gave me were 80% liquid. This location needs a reality show level turn-around.

I ordered a Chile with onion and cheddar it was cold when I barely got it and it wasn’t even full either and the taco salad was just sad too. Uncooked beans too!!!!! I’m reporting to the BBB
