Incredible!! Best stay of anywhere in Europe. I’ve stayed at plenty. This beats them all. Ricardo and entire crew are truly wonderful. They welcome everyone with joy and respect. Rooms and food are 4 star on the international scale. Reviews should all be five star on this scale.

Absolutely beautiful place to enjoy breathtaking view of the lakes below. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the food...exquisite. We've enjoyed Rome, Florence and Venice but this is a pleasant change, a break of fresh air. The price may be a bit high, but fair for this unique experience.

Had aperitivo bitings and drinks after a wedding ceremony at this classy, elegant location. It was the perfect setting for the occassion as they provided a separate more private area for the occasion with a quaint and cosy fire place, the food was excellent which included also a primo which was a tasty risotto..the staff were excellent, very attentive, helpful & pleasant. Definitely recommended for small groups as parking can be an issue for larger groups.

Another world in another time, great atmosphere for illuminated connoisseurs only. "All you can eaters", and "cheapy families" please preserve for others that rare experience just by keeping staying away from it. :-) Owners are very kind creative and talented. This place is amazing and unique, especially considering the standard local offers..

We spent 3 Days here and had the most wonderfull time. The staff is super friendly and makes sure to care for your every wish. Upon arrival we immediately got a glass of prosecco and some snacks on the balcony of our room. The manager was very involved and seemed to have the answer to all of our questions. The food in the hotel was of sublime quality and there truely is no need to go out to eat. The location combined with the quality of the food and wine as well as the friendlyness of the staff and the good rooms makes this hotel truely worth a visit. One of the staff even gave us a lift back up the mountain when he saw us at the bottom. if you are seeking to relax th,is is the perfect location. Top tipp: Try the excellent housewines as well as the house liquor! For a young couple like us it is the perfect getaway.

Only sharing my experience with the shop, as we stopped by during our visit of Sacromonte, willing to buy some bottles. No explanations were provided, only shots were poured to try the classic one and the elixir. Ended buying 3 bottles for over 140 EUR and was surprised to discover that the shots were charged on top.. I then shared my surprise to the staff who waved only 1 or 2 out of six. Really not business oriented, which was disappointing. The place looked great though, and alcohols are very good.

As much as we love the restaurants, we disliked the stay. Beautiful old house in the mountain with a breathtaking view. HOTEL: 2x big disappointments: (1) the room was dusty, (2) the walls are very thin…, (3) the ratio value/money is very low. RESTAURANT: Everything is outstanding: location, service, food. The food was exceptional. You can’t leave without trying their amaro!
