We went to Würsteria11 for lunch and would definitely go back next time we're in Varese. The sausages are truly high-quality, flavorful yet light, and the pretzel used as hot dog bun is a real treat: soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside. The fries have a hint of spice that makes them unique, and you can't taste the oil at all. The Rösti are fantastic, especially the ones with speck. The combinations are well thought out, never predictable, and you can tell they've put a lot of care into them. The owner was incredibly kind and friendly, which is rare and always appreciated (he even offered us coffee in beautiful cups). The place has a relaxed atmosphere, which makes you enjoy the experience even more. It's also nice to be close to the Estensi Gardens. Highly recommended.

Delicious, quality food and the workers are very welcoming. I highly recommend for anyone's visit to Varese for taking a seat and eating. They can also help english-speaking clients. Forza Juve!

Excellent taste, in particular the vegetarian wurstel, I couldn't tell the difference between that and the meat-made one (i'm not vegetarian, so I remember the taste of the others). The waitress was very polite and competent. I appreciated especially the attention to the client that is not to be granted.

Un locale piccolo ma accogliente, dove gustare un buona varietà di wurstel e accompagnati da una discreta selezione di birre. Ottimo servizio e cortesia, ambiente pulitissimo e molto ordinato, molto gradita l'accoglienza per i bambini a cui viene data una tovaglietta da colorare con matite fornite da loro per ingannare l'attesa. Attesa a dire il vero per niente lunga. Ottima cottura e presentazione del cibo. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Cibo molto buono, i brezel strepitosi, anche i dolci non male. L'unica pecca forse i prezzi leggermente alti. Ma nel complesso un ottimo posto per una cena con gli amici, consiglio!

Esperienza positiva! Ero incuriosita dal locale ma da vegetariana credevo di non trovare nulla da mangiare, e invece mi sono dovuta ricredere! Il pretzel di verdure buonissimo, come anche il Rösti di patate... C'era anche il Burger veg ma lo proverò la prossima volta :) Molto buono anche il loro strudel di mele! Metto 4 stelle e non 5 perché è rimasto l'odore di fritto sulla giacca per 2 giorni😅

We found it by chance on The Fork and were pleased with both the food and the value. Friendly service, and we'll definitely be back. My only complaint: I have nothing against dogs in restaurants, but since this is a fairly small place, I think when three people with three large dogs are seated at the next table, with little room for them to roam, perhaps they should have been polite enough to ask if it was okay for us. I love dogs, but I didn't appreciate going home with a furry jacket and, especially, with allergies.

The added value is the courtesy and customer service of all the staff: attentive, kind, and smiling young people (a rarity these days). The tulip offered to the ladies on Valentine's Day is appreciated. The atmosphere is simple and informal. I find it suitable for quick meals. The kitchen is open to the public (cleanliness and attention to detail are evident). The menu is typically German. The quality/price ratio, in my opinion, is a bit high. Congratulations again for the friendliness!

Nice place, not too big, in the center of Varese. Typical Trentino cuisine, possibility to take tasting menu or choose from the menu. Good food, large portions, menu with little choice. Kind and fast service. The only flaw is the Raclette: the cheese when it arrived at the table was almost completely solid.

Want a mini-vacation to Germany? No need to drive for four hours to emerge yourself in a northern European environment. Good quality würstel, brezel, and much more.

Sicuramente è un locale che propone una cucina e tipi di piatti particolari che altrove non si trovano, però non mi ha convinta del tutto. Il menù è ampio e non propone solo hotdog e bretzel ma anche grigliate e spiedini, però personalmente i wurstel non mi sono piaciuti tantissimo. Per il resto prezzi ok e cameriera molto gentile.

Mi sono fermato in questo locale per prendere un panino da mangiare velocemente. Ho preso un panino wurstel e crauti spendendo €8,50. Locale ben tenuto, prezzi tuttavia un po' Altini rispetto al cibo offerto, che seppur buono, ha porzioni creativamente piccole.

A small but charming and quaint place. The portions aren't very generous, and all the dishes we ordered (especially spätzle and rösti) were either tasteless or very bland. The staff were friendly, but the prices were a bit high for what we ate.
