Food was spectacular! My husband and I felt so bad for Rebecca (our waitress) it seemed she was tending a lot of tables. Regardless of how busy she was, she had such amazing attitude. The food was good, but her amazing service really made the difference!

Hostess allowed me 15 minutes before the opening time, which was very courteous. The items we ordered were good and absolutely easy to say that all the sauces, pasta, and meatballs were made at the restaurant. Desserts were good as well, the Tirimisu and the toasted almond cake.

I highly recommend the braised short rib over mushroom risotto. We were a party of 6. Every one enjoyed their meals. It's BYOB, so bring some good wine and enjoy a great Italian dinner at the shore.

The food was the best my family has had in the area, but what made the experience memorable was our amazing waitress Rebecca. She recommend great dishes and was a great attentive waitress! We would come back for the food and to see her again!

My husband and I had a delicious dinner here! He had the Bronzino which was filleted and I had the salmon, both were wonderful dinners . We shared a Caesar salad which was also very good. We loved the bread they served with dinner and the Tiramisu was excellent! Our service was great as we sat outside ! We definitely would dine here again!!

Four of us went for Happy Hour on Sunday night and had 6 different items from their menu. Each one was outstanding. Clams, shrimp, gnocchi, sausage, salads - each dish was prepared perfectly. The atmosphere is nice and the bar is perfect. Jonathan served us and was as warm and friendly as can be. Portions here are large so sharing is easy. Prices are fair, too. We all loved our food and plan to be back for their veal chop, braised short rib, and all their other dishes.

The food is amazing here. Our server was super nice and welcoming. I’m Sicilian n they have amazing Italian dishes. Very home feeling.

They accommodated us we had 23 people They gave us 2 tables the waitress got everyone’s drink perfect and when people ordered a 2nd she didn’t even need to write it down. We ordered so many appetizers and they were great!! The branzino was so yummy the salads were fresh and soo good. The penne vodka we love. We all shared family style. The guys got veal and there delicacies and they loved it too. We know we overwhelmed the kitchen but the handled it with grace and were so kind. Next time we would pre-order to make it easier for them If we go with a large party. Family owned would go back again and again

Good spot. Friendly staff, really nice interior, and the food was great. Definitely worth a visit.

Visited for the first time with my family. We have an 8 and 1 yo. The whole staff was very friendly to us and the children. We all loved the atmosphere to the point where my older daughter now wants us to remodel our kitchen to look like the restaurant. The appetizer came out fast and was great. Our meals were all absolutely fantastic and just what I expect when I go out to a nice dinner. I highly recommend the Pear and Gorgonzola pasta, an offering that’s hard to come by at other restaurants. We would have stayed for dessert if it hadn’t been time to put the kids to bed. We will definitely be back again!

Nice place to have dinner and catch up with loved ones. Service was on point. Water glasses never got less than half way full. :)

We were a party of four, and each of us absolutely loved our meal. The cooking was superb, and each dish came out of the kitchen hot ( as opposed to lukewarm). The service was also superb; we were actually waited on by the wife, who is the co-owner along with her husband. She was professional and full of energy. The restaurant itself was recently re-done.

Was at Aroma di Mare last night with aparty of 4. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The ambience was cozy yet elegant, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed meal. Most importantly, the food was beautifully presented and full of flavor—fresh, well-balanced, and absolutely delicious. A place we’d happily return to and recommend.

Last night was amazing. We order pescatore pasta with white sauce and it was delicious. Live music was great and he even put a song for our kid. Tables around joined the atmosphere. Is hard to enjoy a fine dinning with a toddler but last night was very very good. Thank you Aroma

Love what they’ve done recently—better vibe, great service, and the menu feels upgraded. New dishes are excellent. Everything tasted fresh and the kitchen is consistent. Highly recommend.

Aroma di Mare was excellent — the homemade fresh pasta was incredible. Great food, friendly service, and a cozy, classy vibe. We’ll definitely be back.

Great meal, excellent service. Never thought I would recommend chicken parm, but....it was the best Ive ever tasted. Ive included a pick of our appetizer, Fritto Misto. Excellent. Plus its BYOB! So kept the meal at a really reasonable cost. Enjoy

Food was very good. Nice portions, presentation. Service left much to be desired. Server was very nice but Did not refill water at all. Did not ask if I wanted my wine in an ice bucket but offered one to the table behind us. Worst of all there were only 2 tables being served outside and we were rushed. For no reason. The kind bus boy came over frequently to clear out plates. Too fast, too rushed. Not enjoyable for an upscale pricey place.

It was alright. The food was good but didn't wow me. Had the octopus to start which had a nice flavor, tasted good, and was pretty good size. Then for my main, I had the Campanelle con tartuffo which was tastey, but wish it had more truffle flavor and more sauce. My husband had the chicken francaise, which tasted good but felt like it could have had more flavor. The service was decent with nice staff.

I was disappointed when we got there that the reservation I made for indoors 3 weeks prior ,there was a 30 min wait,so we chose to eat outside. Our waiter was a little overwhelmed, but tried to be attentive. Our food for the most part ,was very good and I would recommend.

You know was good but never checked on us we had to go ask for our check. Never asked if we wanted dessert and it was my husbands birthday and I wanted to order a piece of cake.

Aroma di Mare was a nice dining experience overall. Great food and good service overall. Delicious salad and tomato bisque as starters. Entrées were delicious. However, the standard veal chop ($55) was not prepared to my liking. I specifically asked for medium rare, it took a while for our meals to come out, & ended up coming out, medium well and overcooked. The server never came back until at least 10 minutes later to check on things and by then it was too late to send it back and I already didn’t want to wait 10-15 minutes for another veal chop to come out so I ended up eating it anyhow as it was nicely seasoned and tender, though, not prepared properly as I requested. For a pricey entrée you would think they would know how to get it right in the kitchen, & our server should have checked with our earlier to give me a chance to send it back & have a new one prepared. Wine listing was a bit limited and pricey so we brought our own and paid the $8 corkage fee. This place is pricey so perhaps we might try them out again and hopefully improve on their quality and service

The food was good. I wasn’t crazy about my swordfish, but everything else was pretty good. It is BYOB. They opened our wine for us. Servers were quite good. Only real negative was how loud it was. Small space and lots of folks. They did put some of those sound dampeners on the walls, but it didn’t seem to help

Not great on parking in the area. They practice social distancing, just glad it wasn't crowded. Everytime the door was opened, it brought in a breeze, so try not to sit anywhere near the door. The plate on our table was dirty, so they need to do a better job at washing their dishes. I won't post the picture, don't want negative hits on the picture. The staff is friendly, and attentive. The food was pretty good though.

So I have to start with last year, I went here for dinner, the food was amazing. It was very loud but the food made up for it easily. This year it was a big disappointment. I’m not sure if the place changed owners, but it has gone downhill and it’s still very loud but without amazing food and now you have to pay for drinks because they are no longer BYOB. Everything was just ok. The drinks were nothing special for $15, the watermelon berreta was refreshing. The main courses were nothing special and a little bit over-seasoned. I just think if I wanted to spend $65 per person, I would go somewhere that had better food.

The food is delicious, but the noise level is awful inside. You can't even have a conversation at your own table. The tables are close together and other patrons bump into you trying to get to their table or to the bathroom. The restaurant needs to set up a couple of aisles and patrons should be told to go through these aisles to get to their tables.

Very slow service on this night. Waitress doesn’t come over and apologize or give us updates. too many tables seated and not enough kitchen capacity. 2 hours and no one even came by to refill water glasses. Management called to say they would look into improving the staffing situation which was nice.

The inside was nicely decorated; however we were placed at the front door entrance, a two top which in my opinion needs to be gone completely, eating dinner while every wait staff and customer walked in or out was annoying to say the least. The food was mediocre at best; my martini tasted like it had zero alcohol in it. There were way too many food runners/bus people on the floor, making our dinner feel even more erratic. Good points, our server Marissa was very sweet :)

Pros: 1. outdoor seating in the summer is comfortable, not crowded, in a nice part of the AC area. 2. I wasn't thrilled with any of the entrees so i ordered one appetizer and one side and got portions bigger than expected. thanks very much. Short ribs were tasty and tender, but getting extra sauce took 20 minutes because the staff was over burdened. 3. BYOB! although i was the designated driver that night. Cons: 1. LOUD LOUD LOUD. could not believe the dining room was so loud that my table of 6 could only talk to whoever was immediately next to you. 2. LONG LONG LONG WAIT. we were seated a little before 7 pm and did not get out of there until a little after 9 pm. my guess is the kitchen was built for one dining room. however, add when the pandemic prompted the abundant outside seating, there are pretty much two dining rooms so double the burden on the kitchen and staff. I will not be going back.

Mediocre at best. The flavors in the pasta and gnocchi were not balanced out -- mostly pungent. Very disappointing.

My family went last night for Christmas Eve dinner. I am a vegan and I asked for a special dinner which they did make. There was a hair in my food and we told the server they apologize and said they would remake my food. I was waiting for a while, and I saw a waitress bring food to the table next to us and it look like my food. The waitress then came to our table and said sorry it’s taking so long for your food I said, are you sure they didn’t bring my food to the next table, it looks like my food , she said yes they did. I am sorry I will take your food off of your bill. My son had the casino appetizer and he said the clams were very chewy. He did have a short ribs and said it was delicious. My husband had the veal Milanese, and he said it was fair as I was leaving, I saw the manager he is the one who I told there was a hair in my food. He said he was sorry and I said to him that they brought my food to the table next to them and I am leaving your restaurant hungry and he did not say a word. We are not planning to return!

Fun place. 8 people for dinner. 7 said their entrees were tasteless. My short ribs. Too chewy and lacking taste. Ouch. Sorry. My Caprese Salad. Drown in balsamic and the mozzarella was not of a high grade. Cute room. Service very good. Food not up to par. Sorry but would not return.

I ordered the blush pasta with lumb crab and it arrived with raw pasta. Not al dente. RAW. ABSOLUTELY INEDIBLE. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO CALL THIS ITALIAN. Crunchy pasta. Crunchy and you let it leave the kitchen. Shame.

I was recommend here by multiple people so i made a reservation here in the summer with my friends. it was a little bit of a late reservation however it was the only time we could do because we all came from our serving jobs. immediately they were very pushy trying to get us out and all the employees stood and watched us the whole time. then we get our food and there was a dead spider in my pasta (see picture). when i told the waitress she did not care at all and didn't offer anything. i never leave reviews for restaurants but i saw in other reviews this has happened multiple times here. the workers were just so rude. they followed us as we walked out and locked the doors as soon as we stepped outside. again it was a little bit of a later reservation but it was not past closing time, they were trying to get us out to close early. i understand it may have been a slower night and wanting to close early they can but that is not the way to approach it. if a mistake like this happens they need to at least offer to take the entree off the bill or some kind of discount, or at the very least be apologetic.

There was one server for 20 tables who happened to also be the manager. There must've been only one cook too since it took almost 2 hour to get our food. I get if they were understaffed but there was no apologizing no refilling drinks, no getting more bread. No accountability. I usually am very forgiving bc I get it may not be the staffs fault but leadership. The lack of accountability was terrible. The service was terrible. Looking around the restaurant everyone was agitated as they have been waiting for hours. This place needs real leadership to step up and train employees. A poorly run business is bad for everyone involved. The poor staff too have to deal with it. Leadership, owners do better.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. 1 star is to good for this place Had dinner there last night. Waited over an hour 1/2 to get a salad The waitress never came back to our table. I sent my meal back was annoyed. I couldn’t eat. would never go back to this establishment ever Btw. We also ordered a pasta dish. $28.00. For a bowl of noodles DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT HORRIBLE SERVICE

First the only reason I gave 3 stars for the service is because the waitress, I think her name was Marissa was very sweet. With that being said we never got bread and it took over an hour to get our food which obviously was not the waitresses fault. The Lobster ravioli which my wife and I got as an appetizer came out cold. We had to send her drink back 2 times because it was made so bad. My veal dish was just average at best. My wife did like her risotto. The atmosphere is terrible. Had to be the loudest restaurant I have ever been in. Felt like I was in a cafeteria and our table for 2 was just inside of the front door. We couldn't hear each other while just being across the table. Easy to say that we will never go back. It felt like we wasted our Saturday night with so many other great restaurants in the area. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This place is not good. First of all, my wine glass had lipstick on it and my girlfriend’s had crusted food on it. I wish that was the worst of it. Unfortunately we ordered the clams oregenato, which I have nicknamed the clams a la diarrhea for obvious reasons. The clams had not been washed with cold water to remove the sand and had clearly gone bad from sitting too long. My gf spit hers out because of the awful taste and I wished I had not choked mine down. Finally, we ordered the chicken parm and bone in veal parm. They were atrocious. Both of these dishes looked and tasted like they had been warmed up in the microwave. When I spend $55 on a bone in veal chop parm, I expect it to be crispy, not soggy. The veal parm was like a sponge, nothing crispy about it. Same with the chicken parm, which appeared to have shredded mozzarella instead of real mozzarella slices. I’d have taken a meal at Golden Corral any day over this slop. If you’re going to serve clams, make sure they’re washed and fresh. If you’re going to charge $55 for a veal parm, you damn sure better make it crispy for that price. Get some clean glasses. I wouldn’t let my cat eat here. UPDATE: I contacted the owner because of the food poisoning to demand a refund. Although he promised to refund my credit card the next day, he never did. He also insisted there was nothing wrong with the clams and they were fresh. My gf has been having nightmares about the clams a la diarrhea and is still having stomach issues 5 days later. Because the owner did not refund my money, I am lowering the service to 1 star.

We fit take out, very unimpressed I could have and should have boiled pasta and dumped jar sauce would have tasted the same but I would have had a bigger portion. Prefer and paid you bread was stale and very basic. Definitely won’t order takeout from there again maybe the in person would have been better but i doubt it

They made me move from our table after seating us with a reservation. Ignored us at 2nd table. Had to open our own wine bottle. Waiter came over 25 minutes later and asked us for order . We had no menu! Waiter accused us of not bringing menu when we moved table. We didn’t ask to move table they did. This was a horrible dining experience! Took over an hour to get anything to eat except rolls. Save your money and go elsewhere!!!
