The experience is pleasant as it's a place with rustic architecture, the wait is fine, but if you go in a group of more than 5 people it might take a little longer, the place doesn't get completely full but it's worth it, everything is delicious, the food has a very satisfying flavor.

The food was delicious, well-seasoned, and reasonably priced. The only downside was the service. We ordered appetizers with different sauces, and they brought them however they wanted and took far too long, but the low price made up for it.

I'd venture to say they have the best tapas in Veracruz, however, the place is very dirty. Although I know they clean the floors, the walls, ceiling, fans, and other items are covered in dust or in poor condition. I don't understand why they don't bother to improve the place.

It's delicious, but SLOW, they ask you a thousand times about things. I recommend coming with a lot of patience and ordering in one order because it drives you crazy. I really hope they improve the service. A MENU wouldn't hurt for those of us who come from other states and don't know their cuisine.

It took ages, almost 45 minutes, and the place wasn't even full 🙄. Something changed in the flavor, the seasoning, I don't know. But we left with a bad taste in our mouths.

The place is in terrible condition; grease and dirt have been accumulating ever since I've known it. I keep going for the delicious snacks, but everything has its limits. I arrived at opening time and they told me they could only make appetizers and that I should wait 10 minutes since they weren't ready yet, and that the other snacks would take at least another 30 minutes. We politely asked what time they actually opened, since we had read that it was at 8 am, and they very rudely replied that they were open and that if we wanted to wait until everything was ready, that was fine, but if not, we could find another place. Honestly, they have zero customer service skills and speak to you as if they're doing you a favor. They've lost two customers forever.
