A trattoria "just like it used to be." A family-friendly atmosphere, a simple yet appropriate setting, and authentic food that respects Lombard tradition. We sampled an excellent casserole, the best I've had in a long time.
Typical Brianza cuisine...the dishes aren't abundant, but they're excellent quality...the cassoeula is highly recommended!
I've returned to Fabio's several times, not only for the excellent food (the ossobuco with risotto and the cassoeula are especially noteworthy) but also because I've found a spontaneously friendly atmosphere, authentic flavors, and a gesture that combines simplicity and professionalism. Well done!

Cazoeula impeccable
A Saturday lunch with friends, featuring truly excellent classic and goose cassoulet. It's a shame the wait was a bit long, but the place was really busy. Honestly, one of the best meals we've had in the area, TOP!!!

What a wonderful discovery. Just what a good traditional Italian trattoria should be! Simple, clean, and very well-maintained. Attentive, friendly, fast, and precise service. Excellent quality ingredients and perfect execution of traditional recipes. The house wine is genuine and good. Fairly priced. Small on-site parking, but plenty of parking available just across the bridge. Congratulations!
We had lunch as part of the "Casseola Festival." The atmosphere was clean and well-kept, the staff polite and professional, the appetizers delicious, the casseola excellent, cooked according to tradition, and the wine selection good. I recommend it for the quality of the food and the chef's humility and helpfulness.
I have eaten here many times especially during Christmas and Easter periods. Good services and nice meals especially for locals who prefer dishes peculiar to the area Briasole

Tutti molto cordiali , di proposito ho scelto questa trattoria perché avevo voglia di un bel piatto di Cazzuola con la polenta. Poco unta e molto saporita . Ne avrei mangiato un altro piatto. Super !!!
Oggi con amici, siamo andati a pranzo a mangiare la cassoela. Antipasto di salumi ottimo, cassoela non male, troppe verze. Speso 35 € a testa.

Business lunch, clean and tidy, very bright, serving typical Brianza dishes like polenta, cassòela, tripe, etc., with reasonable prices and generous portions. The only drawback is the parking lot; there's only one before the bridge, and you have to walk a bit to get to the restaurant.

An old village trattoria. The dining room was probably renovated a few years ago. It's not very large, and there was adequate space between tables. The young man who served me was very kind and helpful. It's a shame about the food; I ordered the business menu and found the dishes to be anything but good. The pasta was overcooked, the roast pork was too greasy. I've also read excellent reviews; evidently the business menu is a different story.
As a first experience I would say a NI, let's say neither meat nor fish since I came for lunch, nice place and not very large with very kind staff, for food I took the cazeuola but I have to say that it was a little greasy, regarding the price it was a bit high, for 2 people we took 2 plates of cazeuola and a half of house red wine, a coffee corrected sambuca 40 euros.
The place is a bit noisy but it's quite welcoming: the menu is typical of the area with meat-based dishes ranging from ossobuco with risotto, braised meat, to tripe: all accompanied by polenta, a round of applause for the cassoeula. The prices are average. The service is a bit slow and could be improved. Otherwise, the town itself is also worth a visit, so try it. I recommend booking.

The portion was too small, and they also charged for the grappa that was not requested and served at the table.
It claims to be a trattoria, but the portions and prices are nouvelle cuisine. The dishes are nothing exceptional, and you feel cheated: the appetizer wasn't as listed on the menu (two of the dishes described were missing). If I pay €12 for a main course, you can't give me pre-cooked polenta; instead, make it the day before and serve it grilled. Potato ravioli with luganega sausage: the size was that of a regular ravioli, there were three of them, and one was missing the filling. The service was inattentive and inconsistent. At least the red wine by the glass was good. Shameful.
