This is an excellent choice for a restaurant in this town. WE visited twice in one week and had some of the best pizza´s in the Lago Maggiore area. Some of the other plates we had with the family were equally very tasteful and with a superb price-quality ratio. Desserts : the same ! Service was fast and friendly. This is the restaurant I would recommend most in the Verbania-Baveno-Stresa region.

The location couldn’t be better, overlooking Lago Maggiore. Don’t leave before tasting a dessert or two. Remember to book a table just in case. Don’t miss out.

Locale piccolo, con spazio esterno in estate. Sia la cucina con i primi e i dolci, che la pizza sono buoni.

Location: il suo punto di forza. Molto bella affaccia direttamente sul lago. Menu: antipasti primi e secondi molto riditti. Pizze con un po’ più di scelta. La pizza è molto buona. Servizio: il tasto dolente. Cucina molto lenta e camerieri a volte distratti, nonostante siamo molto cordiali. Conto: super onesto rapportato alla qualità. In generale un buon ristorante se si vuole passare una giornata qui a Verbania. Nel pomeriggio consiglio “Villa Taranto” e i suoi giardini.

Nonostante avessero quasi tutti i tavoli prenotati, ci hanno comunque fatto accomodare. Ne abbiamo approfittato per una cenetta veloce ma di qualità.

Menù alla carta, presenti nel Menù Pizza gourmet, antipasti, primi e secondi di mare e di terra. Dolci fatti in casa buoni. Personale gentile.

Ristorante piccolo ma curato che si trova limitrofe al lago. Personale gentile e professionale come il cibo tutto buono, do 4 perché penso che per una pizza (buona preciso) come l’ho presa io 14€ mi sembra un po’ elevato, quando in tante altre pizzerie la stessa pizza con gli stessi ingredienti si aggira intorno ai 9€.. comunque se si è in zona da provare.

Il Ristorante Pizzeria si trova proprio sul lungolago di Pallanza, vicino agli imbarchi per il Lago. Ambiente accogliente, carino, ben apparecchiato, abbiamo ordinato delle pizze, che valuto come ottime, ed ottima ed originale è la proposta di pizze gourmet. Il servizio perfetto e veloce. Ottima esperienza.

Abbiamo fatto una sosta a Pallanza luogo incantevole e abbiamo pranzato in questo Ristorante Pizzeria. Pizza veramente buona, cotta bene , leggera e digeribile. Complimenti al Pizzaiolo.

Absolutely loved the food. High Quality. However as a tourist we felt less welcome. Also the main course was served while we were still eating our first course. This is just not done. We would like the enjoy the evening and each course!

Perfect location at the waterfront. Good value for money. Verdiccio with saffron risotto and squid turned out to be excellent combination. Regular salad was exceeding expectations. Good service

Restaurant on the lake side. This area seems really popular with few restaurants choices. Hence better to book before you go. We had a good diner here. Food was well prepared and tasty. We had tuna and sliced beef. What I felt however is that the services was slow and since there is a lot of people around they do not care to much - they know they will have customers. But the overall experience was great- so I do not think you go wrong with this restaurant.

A great place to dine. Their pizzas are to die for especially the gourmet ones. We also tried some of their other dishes- but the pizza is better. Full recommend

Sono stata qui con 2 mie amiche x cenare, il posto è bello perché si può ammirare il lago mentre si mangia, la tagliata mi è piaciuta,i camerieri educati ed efficienti ho apprezzato che avessero su la mascherina. La nota negativa a mio avviso è vedere il proprietario servire ai tavoli ( non al nostro) senza mascherina.

Una pizzeria sicuramente con vista ottima sul lago maggiore . Ho degustato una pizza sufficiente ma oramai risulta essere veramente complicato trovarne una veramente gustosa e specialmente con una lievitazione perfetta.

Ci accomodiamo al tavolo (siamo in 8 persone, in settimana, non weekend, locale non affollato) alle 20:30, ordiniamo verso le 20:45. Le prime pizze iniziano ad arrivare non prima delle 21:40. Pizza normale, ingredienti buoni. Dopo aver sparecchiato a più ondate, nessun cameriere torna più al nostro tavolo chiedendo se desiderassimo altro, al contrario della tavolata accanto arrivata dopo di noi che stava già bevendo il caffè. Alle 22:30 chiediamo quindi la carta dei dolci. La risposta: "ah la cucina è chiusa, abbiamo solo il tiramisù". Mi fa molto piacere, grazie per l'avviso. :) Ordinati i caffè, metà arrivano sbagliati (lisci anziché corretti o macchiati). In generale, peccato. Servizio migliorabile. Non so se ci tornerei a breve.

Read reviews before going and indeed service was suboptimal with food average at best. Asked for bread- two small slices and two bread sticks for two people. Served by four different people but not even one asked if we wanted anything or how was the food. Bottom line- no big deal if you skipped it and went somewhere else.

The food is great, ambience is really very nice. Prices are fully justified by the quality of the food. We’ve been there a couple of times. But the service is really bad - arrogant and with a real distance to the customer. As if you are not welcomed. This is not only our opinion- others say the same thing. Really a pity

Meh. Came highly rated but the food was just OK and the service very basic with no smiles. Decor is nice, but eclectic. Tables are big which is great for a group but not so much when just two. Pizza was a little soggy, and the knifes they have are not sharp enough to cut through without a lot of pressure.

Pleasant small restaurant directly in front of the lake with outdoor seating. Fish based dishes are recommended. On a summer evening the lake will give the best of views and romantic couples will enjoy a pleasant dinner with view. Pizza is so and so.

Il ristorante Tacabutun si presenta con un nome che promette una fusione tra tradizione e innovazione. Situato in una location privilegiata con vista sul lago, il locale gode di un panorama mozzafiato che, senza dubbio, costituisce uno dei suoi punti di forza più rilevanti. Tuttavia, questa piacevole caratteristica non è sufficiente a mascherare le numerose lacune che affliggono l’esperienza culinaria e di servizio offerta. La pizza, per quanto sufficiente, non riesce a distinguersi per qualità o originalità. Gli ingredienti appaiono standard e il gusto generale non riesce a lasciare un'impressione duratura. In un'epoca in cui l'attenzione alla qualità delle materie prime e alla maestria nella preparazione è sempre più cruciale, la pizza di Tacabutun non riesce a superare la soglia della mediocrità. Il servizio, uno degli aspetti più importanti in un’esperienza gastronomica, si è rivelato deludente. I camerieri, infatti, si sono dimostrati svogliati e poco attenti alle esigenze dei clienti. La mancanza di cortesia e di professionalità ha inevitabilmente compromesso il piacere del pasto, creando un’atmosfera fredda e impersonale. Un altro aspetto negativo da sottolineare è l’atteggiamento del proprietario. La sua presenza, che dovrebbe infondere sicurezza e ospitalità, è invece percepita come falsa e artificiosa. Le sue interazioni con i clienti non riescono a trasmettere quella genuina passione per la ristorazione che dovrebbe caratterizzare ogni buon ristoratore. Al contrario, lasciano una sensazione sgradevole di insincerità, che mina ulteriormente l'esperienza complessiva. I prezzi praticati, infine, appaiono sproporzionati rispetto alla qualità e al servizio offerti. In un contesto in cui si pagano somme considerevoli, ci si aspetterebbe un livello di eccellenza che, purtroppo, Tacabutun non riesce a garantire.

Arriviamo davanti al ristorante e chiediamo se c’è un posto per due persone. Il padrone, che, con un accoglienza più ghiacciale di un inverno siberiano e un aria altezzosa ci dice : fra un’ora dovete andar via perché c’è una prenotazione ( niente di speciale insomma). Ordiniamo e devo dire che la carbonara era davvero buona. Poi arriva il secondo, una tagliata di manzo, buona ma niente di straordinario. Dopo qualche minuto, mi rendo conto che nel parmigiano sulla tagliata c’è della muffa. Smetto di mangiare e chiamo uno dei camerieri per segnalargli il problema. Il cameriere, molto simpatico ma apparentemente con qualche problema di organizzazione, ci risponde che si scusa e che viene qualcuno. Passano altri dieci minuti e non è venuto nessuno. Poi l’altro cameriere viene per portare via i piatti e ancora una volta segnaliamo il problema e chiediamo il conto. Aspettiamo quasi 10 minuti per il conto e ci rendiamo conto che non è venuto il padrone. Ciliegina sulla torta: non ci offrono né un caffè né un dolce. Peccato, perché questo ristorante ha potenziale e una posizione unica, e con una gestione più seria, un cameriere in più e i un padrone meno antipatico potrebbe davvero essere eccellente.

Decent food, but as a foreigner, I felt unwelcome here. We were perfectly polite and also tried some basic Italian, but that seemed to be the wrong strategy. We couldn't help but notice that the other tables were treated much nicer and with more attention. If the food were splendid, I wouldn't mind so much, but it was only decent quality. I guess we're not coming back, but will try our luck elsewhere!

Do una stella solo perché zero non è possibile. Al momento dell’ordinazione preciso alla cameriera di non far mettere il pepe nel risotto per forte intolleranza. Quando arriva il piatto di cosa è abbondantemente cosparso il risotto? Di pepe. Chiamo il cameriere per chiedere conferma del fatto che fosse pepe e si avvicina il proprietario che con tono scocciato mi risponde “se ha detto di non mettere pepe allora non è pepe” e se ne va. Ribadisco la domanda al cameriere che, con atteggiamento più educato di quello del proprietario, va a chiedere in cucina e torna dicendomi che il cuoco si è sbagliato e che mi fa rifare il piatto (ovviamente il risotto ha il suo tempo di preparazione perciò abbiamo dovuto raddoppiare l’attesa per mangiare). Il proprietario è sparito, non si è più visto in sala per il resto della nostra cena. L’errore del cuoco può capitare, ma l’atteggiamento dapprima poco educato e poi codardo del proprietario no. Nonostante il disguido (non trascurabile visto che se l’avessi mangiato sarei finita in pronto soccorso) non ci hanno offerto nemmeno l’acqua. Ah! Il menu esposto fuori è diverso da quello che ti presentano al tavolo. Ah! Delle norme anti-Covid nemmeno l’ombra: tavoli tutti appiccicati al punto che se uno si deve alzare dal proprio posto si devono alzare anche quelli del tavolo vicino per farlo passare, il cordialissimo proprietario tranquillamente senza mascherina, e a nessuno è stato chiesto il green pass. Il proprietario deve ricordarsi che se si può permettere di guadagnare solo passeggiando tra i tavoli è grazie ai clienti che portano i soldi. Disonesti, ci hanno sbagliato l'ordine, ci hanno portato una focaccia non conforme al menù, ci hanno portato una pizza in più, ce la siamo presa senza troppe storie, arrivati al conto (91€ ci hanno chiesto 1€) in più ci volevano mandar via senza scontrino. Abbiamo dovuto chiederlo. Personale molto cortese ma i proprietari dovrebbero farsi un bagno di umiltà. Consiglio? Andate da un'altra parte

My family and I had a bad experience in restaurant. Firstly, the risotto was tasteless and watery and the rice was hard. Then, we had to ask for the bill several times (4 or more) because the waitress didn't bring it to us. After 30 minutes waiting, she gave it in a rude way. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anybody.
