Best McDonald’s in all of the Okanagan, and for the foot traffic they get, plus cars always pulling up? They do a damn fine job. It saddens me to see low star reviews, but people have fine dining expectations from a fast food place (that still has a fine performance aspect to it). All in all, come here. This is where it’s at. They mess up something? Get off your bloody high horse and tell them nicely and guess what? They’ll treat you nicely too.

Amazing service. My small fries weren't totally fresh so they reeplaced them with very hot n fresh ones AND gave me another small fry, complimentary.

My walk-in experience to McDonald's was delightful. The kids' meal was delicious, and they were thrilled with the toys. The workers provided swift service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable visit. It was a positive experience with tasty food, happy kids, and efficient service.

It is consistently the latest fast food or restaurant I can order for delivery. You can order from them until 11:30pm through Doordash. The deliveries are always unbelievably quick. I don't really like McDonald's all that much in general so my expectations are always low. The McFlurries always hit the spot, and everything else always meets my expectations of average taste (fries, donuts, cookies). I have ordered from here 3 times this year, including 3 days ago, and have always been a satisfied customer.

Went to grab a cold drink and Chris. M took our order and was an absolute doll. He welcomed us with such a kind vibe and made the atmosphere very pleasant. Such a wonderful employee!

I'm a walker and with the heat being as bad as it has been this summer I wasn't able to get out foe a walk until about 11:30. By the time I made it to McDonalds it was just past midnight when they close the doors, but they were awesome enough to serve me my tea at the drive theough window. I've been a walker for roughly 30 years and about 20 years ago drive throughs started refusing us walkers. It's nice to see that they will accommodate us again. Its the only play place in our area so that gives it a good-to-stop-when- parents-need-a-place-for-kids-to- wear-off-energy, rating. The service is hit or miss. I have learned to check what I order in the drive thru before we leave. Its McDonald's not a high end sit down, The food is good you can still sorta afford to eat here. I can find enough deals to feed my family if 5 for under 60.

The best thing about this McDonald's is there is still a play park inside, and the kids love to play. At times it can be busy with birthday parties or just in general but for the most part it's actually quite calm. It's a great place to come let your kids wear some energy out on a cold day or whenever! The floors I find can be quite dirty where you sit to eat and you know the park hasn't been cleaned probably since it's been opened but the kids must wear socks on their little feet to play. Overall a nice place to come for the kids and to eat, it's just like every other McDonald's inside. Staff is nice and when it's not overly busy it's not a long wait for food.

Good place to treat yourself, also it’s a 24hrs up n running store. After 10 or 11 no dine in but drive thrus work. Has good seating and kids zone. Staff is friendly and managers always help if anything got missing on any of the meal. The only thing I’ll recommend is to get something in Veggie food options as there is this sector of food which has very limited range. Might be that’s where the store might be losing a few people. But other than veg food, they have good variety and they keep experimenting with it too. Which is good though.

Lived in the town for over 15 years, most of my McDonalds since then are from this location. Sometimes the service is fine, sometimes not. Food is almost always perfect *fries obviously not always fresh, you'd have to ask for them* But service is always foreigners or kids who don't care. Example: I went through the drivethrough and asked if they had a dollar menu and I got "Whaaat?" in a awkward teen accent. I asked again. "Whaaaat?" Me the third time "Nevermind, I'll just take a big mac meal..." Most of them just hand you your stuff through the window then close it, not even saying anything. Also, I've been parked to wait for an hour despite there being nobody behind me, and it being freezing cold outside. None of that made any sense to me. You'd think they'd at least wait until there was a que before parking someone. They also removed the dollar menu which sucks.

2 coffees, 12 has browns, 2 breakfast burritos. Came out in about 5 minutes and it was a quick pit stop on the way to Edmonton.

Food was hot, fresh and correct. However it took over ten minutes to receive. We were there after a wedding for a quick relaxing breakfast and were overall grossed out and disappointed. The kids area smelled like urine, garbage on every surface, almost every table was sticky and dirty.

I've had burgers with no patti've gotten sick moments after eating and I've received the wrong orders countless numbers of times however they have improved and cleanliness. I don't know if they got new management or something, but if they do it shows and their staff are overall pretty friendly.

Nostalgia, or having kids, might make you come to eat at a McDonald's. If we are being honest, though, the prices are getting out of hand. The food still tastes cheap, the cost doesn't reflect that. You might as well have a burger at a pub for that price, and adult beverages make any meal a Happy meal. But if it's 3am you don't exactly have alot of choices for food.

Make sure you double check your orders before leaving the store. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon, a charge of 1.69 + tax, and didn't receive it. Which is annoying because it would cost more in gas to go back to get a refund. It was busy, but I don't think that's a valid excuse for such a successful chain.

I had been wakeboarding earlier and had hit the water pretty hard, so my head was not quite in it to say the least. I pulled up to the drive through and when prompted I requested a "snack pack." Ordered a Big Mac Meal at the Kiosk, girl couldn’t find the order took 20 minutes, witnessed a woman bring back a raw burger while waiting & watched the fry guy touch his face & then the fry containers, finally got my food, very dry & cold, came complete with a small ant crawling on my tray. Had to throw my meal out, lost my appetite, tried to use to washroom while the rest of my group finished, bathrooms were filthy, dirty mirrors, no soap or towels. I had to leave & go to Tim’s for coffee & cruller. Never to return to this McDonalds ever again. ( which by the way the restaurant inside is dirty, worn & in bad repair)

First time to this location due to kids event, we went to drive through on Feb.11, 2023 @ 835 am. Told the lady on speaker "one sec please" as kids having difficulty selecting what they want, and after approx 30 seconds I turn around and say to the lady on the speaker "can I get xxx meal" and wait for few sec no confirmation back on other end and I say "hello?" and she said with attitude, lazy tone and pissy voice " ya go ahead I am here the WHOLE time. " with that attitude no wounder you are there the whole time. I turn around and went away never want to come here.

Ordered a medium double double coffee, came as such, but why so darn hot. Finished my meal, drove for half hour and I still can't drink it without burning my mouth. I would think that the beverage you order with your food would be at an acceptable temperature to enjoy with your food.

It's McDonald's... The issue I have with this particular location is the staffs ability to take orders and count. Numbers have meaning. If someone orders two of something and you charge them for two but give them one, that's important. I won't be returning, ever!

On June 15th 2023 at 10 pm after a long day of work I went through drive thru and ordered. I parked and waited for over 10 minutes just to watch the young lady employee stroll out and hand my order to the car next over. I went in to check, and nobody including the 2 managers on shift attempted to make it right. They figured out that she gave my order to the wrong car. I could hear the commotion and the young lady exprsss her disappointment but she did it to the other staff members not to me. I stood in the restaurant for almost 5 minutes and nobody attemted to make it right. I left without my food and went to the Burger King next door who, after I explained what happened, upgraded my order to a double whopper on the house.

Stopped here on my drive back to alberta. Customer service- slow and rude employees. Garbage in the hall inside. It also smelled bad, printer didnt print my order reciept and there were flies everywhere. When I spoke to the older gentleman employee to ask if my order went through, he rudely responded saying the order was coming and dismissed me before I could even finish my sentence. Unbelievably poor customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's, where the employee at the counter and drive-thru was extremely disrespectful. Not only did they speak rudely to me at the payment window, but I also overheard them talking badly about customers in front of us to other staff, which was unprofessional and upsetting. Such behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the establishment. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better treatment for future customers.

If possible I would give a half star. This location is so bad that I almost always wait at the window while I check my order for accuracy. I often have to ask for something forgotten, remake of something cold, or remake of an incorrect special order. (Usually extra pickles or no onions, nothing complicated). Tonight all I wanted was a bacon cheeseburger with extra onions. Not a big deal. Simple. The easiest of sandwiches to make. I should have checked. It was a little after 3am, there was no one else in the D/T. When I got back to my job site, at the exact opposite end of town, I opened my burger to find what would be a regular amount of onions for a Quarter Pounder. Slivered onions. I hate slivered onions. When I returned, still no other customers, I just drove straight up to the window and instead of asking what I wanted I get a lecture about not stopping at the menu board. I should know better than to go to this location but at 3am when you have a craving, and no other options, you can make bad decisions. From now on 7-11 gets my 3am business.

I came here for the first time today 2601 58ave, vernon nd i ordered two meals, but in my order wrap was cold and they heated up for me. I was not disappointed with that but one thing not like i saw the worker they were changing the garbage bags without gloves and after that one of them was using the mobile phone with the same hand and then he went to kitchen. I thought I can talk with the night shift manager but she was doing the same. In my opinion that was unhygienic

I am absolutely disgusted by the interaction my daughter had at this location. An old white male. My daughter said he had glasses and multiple watches on. The employee at the counter was immediately rude to her, asking “what do you want” when she tried to order. She was paying in cash and was 5 cents short, and he refused to process her order, even after she politely asked again. Then, he leaned toward my daughter and said that if she showed him her bra, it might be worth the 5 cents. My daughter is 13 years old. She ran out to me in tears while I was waiting in the car. As a parent, I was furious, but I chose not to escalate the situation because I wanted to be a good role model for my child. However, this behavior is disturbing, inappropriate, and should never happen anywhere, especially not to a minor. Not to mention that they have a play place in here? I will never return to this location again, and I sincerely hope management takes this seriously. No child should ever be spoken to like this. Seriously retire old man.

And the manager says that it was hard to tell trying to imply that we did something to it when we just received it. They kept trying to say they only make it up to the line but a big chunk of one of the sides had nothing in it. The situation wasn't handled well and they did nothing which was not good.

I ordered 1 junior chicken and 2 mc veggie and asked for raw onion in junior chicken and they punched it on the screen and also asked for extra sauce in all the burgers they missed that too. upon calling they said the receipt doesn’t show but i told the person talking that it was punched on the screen and i double checked the order twice after that she is still asking me to check while taking the order are you kidding me what kind of customer service is that and the staff keep on laughing no greeting and talking properly to customers and on call the staff was really rude disappointed by their service and worst location i have visited

I usually don't leave long reviews, but after multiple frustrating experiences, I feel like McDonald's really needs to take this seriously. I specifically ordered a Jr. Chicken with added cheese and tomato - and I was charged extra for both. However, once again, when I opened my sandwich, there was no cheese and no tomato at all. This isn't the first time this has happened either; it's been a repeated issue at this location, which shows a complete lack of attention to customer orders. It's really disappointing to pay extra for something and not receive it, especially when you make the same request clearly every time - and even more frustrating when this pattern keeps repeating. I understand that mistakes can happen occasionally, but when it happens again and again, it starts to feel like they don't care about accuracy or customer satisfaction. I rely on fast food places like McDonald's for quick meals, but what's the point of convenience if you can't get what you actually ordered? Every customer deserves to receive what they paid for, especially when the request is simple and written clearly on the order slip. McDonald's, please train your staff to double-check customized orders before handing them to customers. It's not just about the food; it's about respect for the customer's money and time. I hope this review encourages management to pay better attention and make improvements - because right now, this location is making people lose trust in the brand.

The manager Eli, made my experience very uncomfortable, the constant yelling at employees is not enjoyable at all, with some even appearing to almost cry. This is not acceptable behavior and not something I would like to see or hear during my visit, mainly considering there were children around listening to it. This is completely unprofessional and inappropriate, also taking into consideration that most employees are highschool students. This manager needs additional training urgently and should really improve their professional conduct. I will be filing a formal complaint.

The place wasn’t even busy I got disrespected by a white short cashier when I told her my order, she wasn’t even listening I ordered french fries and I didn’t even get my order they took forever to make my fries, even though I ordered a meal We asked for Four medium cups and we got the three medium cups and a kids cup. The big Mac was packed with ingredients that just kept on spilling all over the table too much sauce on the burger they didn’t make the fries that good The floors are so slippery that I was about to fall Tell me how you’re 1 billion trillion dollar company and you can’t even hire good employees that are professionals At their own job, you pay him and they give your customers a really bad service

Employees were rude and disrespectful. Got the orders wrong 2-3 times and continued to show attitude after we told them to fix it. Floor was also very slippery. Overall a very bad experience and would not recommend anyone going here.

worst maccas ever. did a big order on the machine totalling 9$ then it glitched out and i had to order at the counter where some new girl (not her fault) took about all week to take my order again and ended up getting me the wrong burger, no meal just items by themselves and a small ice coffee no sweetener when i ordered a large butter cookie iced coffee. the coffee was awful and the pie was dirt and the burger had no sauce and the sauce dispenser didnt work. also had to wait 10 mins extra for the terrible apple pies. awful avoid get your game on.
