The mustard was missing. I was told to pull up in a parking spot. Nobody communicated that the gluten free bread had to thaw for what felt like eternity. Simple communication would have been nice. Also what's the point of printing a label on the bag if your employees don't read it. The sandwich was amazing as usual.

I got a deluxe sandwich in drive through. I was driving and eating. I was paying attention to the road and not my food. When I got home to eat my last bite I realized my chicken was not cooked properly. I pray I do not get poisoned. I have had a few instances with this location with over cooked fries that can barely be bitten and cold tenders that weren’t fresh. And now undercooked pink chicken smh! This is very disappointing Bc I don’t eat out much and typically if I choose to it’s Chick-fil-A. But I may have to use another location since this one has been below expectations.

The Vestavia location has in the past year nosedived from top of the pack with Hoover Commons, Patton Creek, and The Grove to giving the Wildwood location competition for worst Chick-fil-A in the area. Expect longer wait times and more mistakes than any location other than Wildwood. So if you can, avoid both stores. Tonight Chick-fil-A left off our entire kids meal. We had a longer than expected wait and people in the waiting area were grumbling about it as well. One said he had waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich. It was not particularly crowded. I’m not sure what’s happening but this is embarrassing for a Chick-fil-A in Vestavia. It’s not only that it’s objectively worse than other CFAs in the suburbs. It’s that it’s gone downhill and in the matter of only a year or so. We have probably ordered from this location 20-25 times in the past year given how many afternoon activities our kids have nearby. The wait is often an extra five minutes past the estimate and the order is incorrect about half the time often with one or more items missing. This is not one bad experience. This is one long overdue review.

This is honestly the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. Never ate inside here so I can’t really speak on a dining experience, but the drive through is awful. First off there may be a line out to 31 but you will have 5 employees standing where you order and 3 of them doing nothing. They are always goofy which is cool I get it, but not when it gets to the point it’s annoying. The service is always slow as well. And just one thing that really bothers me, though it doesn’t affect my experience, it may be 65 degrees outside and they will be running all the overhead heaters where you place your order. Very wasteful

We love CFA. This location has so much potential, but consistently disappoints. Currently in drive thru line for almost 20 mins and barely half way through. You risk a long wait time if you choose any peak time throughout the day. Lunch and dinner wait times are particularly slow. This issue needs to be addressed. Until this happens we will not be back.

I have tried this place several times. And today I am going to have to leave a review. I do the online order each time I come to make sure that my order is correct. In the past something is always left off and I just go back and get it fixed. I am on a short break today only to get back to work and not have my top bun on my sandwich! Whhhhhyyyy ????? I do understand that the lines are super busy when i come but not having my bun on top makes me not even want to eat!! I ordered a sandwich MEAL, one salad and four BOWLS of soup. it would have been nice if you guys told me you didn't have enough for four bowls of soup. It happens. You could have offered something else instead of filling two of the bowls halfway. AND you guys forgot the fries with the sandwich meal. This is by far the worst chick fil a I have ever been too and unfortunately it is the one right by my house. There is a 95% chance your order will be wrong or missing food altogether. If you ask for sauce they give you like 2 for a party order of nuggets. They ran out of Mac n cheese today and the drivethru takes a solid 20 min. Go to any other location!

This has to be one of the worst chic fil a locations, they have absolutely no control over the traffic that comes through the parking lot or drive thru lines. Oftentimes the traffic is sitting on the side of Lakeshore drive. I sat in line for 20 minutes before deciding to leave, I've eaten here before and the food is as you would expect from any chic fil a, however everything else makes the experience here very not pleasurable.

Here’s another bad review however it seems no one reads or responds to them. Drive thru- young man who took my order was very good. After that it all went downhill. As I pulled around a young lady was motioning me to hurry up, it was lunch. Seriously? I mean, I’m just the customer… Our fries were only half full. No straws. No napkins. Maybe she was in too much of a hurry? Food was ok. Seemed a bit greedy, definitely off-putting. I won’t be back.

I’m sure these people who work here and own this place are delightful people, but they sure don’t know how to run a fast food restaurant. My order is consistently wrong, or just made poorly. I have attached a picture of some nuggets that looked like they had been chewed up and spit out. They were unacceptably soggy. This chick-fil-a is so slow that I’d rather drive to the location in Hoover, or even go to brookwood mall, park, and go inside and order. Both options are almost guaranteed to be faster.

This location is the worst. Tonight I did a mobile order and had to wait a long time once I got there. My husband and I thought we would have time to dine in once we got there, but it took them so long to get our order done that we ended up having to eat in the car on the way to our event. The same employee asked me what my name was three times. When they finally got our order to us I checked it because every time I go to this location they either get my order completely wrong or leave something out. When I checked it, the order was not right at all. They took it back and gave the bag that we had just dug through to someone else. Then we had to wait another ten minutes on our meal to be what we ordered. We were not given any discounts or anything for their negligence or lack of customer service. This is the worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever eaten at. I shouldn’t have to check my order every single time I go. I will not be eating at this location again. I would strongly suggest anyone reading this choosing a different location or double checking your order.
