Delivery takes forever, Nice red velvet cake but it arrived all smushed

For a late-night snack, I stopped by last night to grab something on the go. I had pancakes with toffee, a croissant with Chantilly cream, a pastry cream donut, and pistachio donuts. It cost €12 in total, so I'd say it was cheap. The quality was good, everything was filled to order, and it wasn't bad at all.

Good desserts with excellent quality ingredients, only the sweetness, which is often excessive (in terms of flavour), should be balanced with some other flavour, there is a lack of refinement in making them.

I ordered a €17 order from Glovo at 1:00 for a waffle and a cake. The order was delivered at 2:40. The owner was pissed off when I pointed out that the courier was already behind Glovo's estimate. After a second reminder, I was contacted by the delivery driver, who further postponed the delivery time. The delivery vehicle was in poor hygiene conditions (paying €3 for delivery, I would appreciate it if my food was transported in special bags to maintain the temperature, certainly not in bags thrown in the car with the leftovers from a move). Obviously, after an hour and a half delay, the waffle had become a cookie. A terrible experience; I would not recommend it to anyone.

The owner responded rudely to customer inquiries. Furthermore, the cakes he offered weren't fresh and were hard (as if they'd been sitting there for days), poor quality. I was very, very dissatisfied. I definitely won't go back and I won't recommend it to anyone. Terrible experience.

On St. John's Day, the owner, I presume, stops passersby in the street and promotes the usual popular prices. Tennent's is €5. Other places across the street and in the area are €3.50. I won't comment further.

The cakes are either very cloying or too dry. They charge €6.40 for a slice of POOR cake, almost inedible. Terrible service; we waited 2 hours for 2 slices. I don't recommend it.

Worst dining experience ever, the worst of the worst. Ordered before 10:00 PM and arrived at 12:45 AM. I ordered five waffles for €20, and all five ended up in the bin. Hard as nails, and the cream on top was disgusting and tasteless. We tried every way to eat them, even removing the cream as you can see in the photo, but it was no use; in the end, the organic waste bin ate them. If you care about yourself, don't order from this place, but buy a snack from Lidl instead... trust me.
