It was our first time at Donna Riccarda and we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the courtesy, and especially the food. The first courses were excellent, especially the Cinta Senese white ragù (exceptional!), and the Florentine steak was top-notch. The price was absolutely reasonable.

In short, a little place 🔝. The food is excellent. It's been years since I've had a Florentine steak cooked to perfection and soft as butter. Wide selection of wines. Lorenzo is an excellent host. Highly recommended.

I had a marvelous meal here with old friends from university. My old college friends are local to the area, and I am so glad they introduced me to Osteria Donna Riccarda. We shared the combination antipasti, then each ordered a first course. I had the ravioli that was beautifully cooked with a sauce that included pistachios. Yum!! The dining room is large and was full of patrons, which became louder and livelier as time passed by. The grounds are lovely too.

A lovely restaurant on the foothills of Empoli, with parking and a lovely garden where you can dine al fresco. The service is friendly and attentive, never rushing the customer. We had a spinach flan with pecorino cream, pecorino crumble, and chicken liver pâté on brioche bread, followed by steak with roast potatoes. Drinks included a bottle of Bini Sangiovese and a bottle of water, and for dessert, a chocolate cheesecake. Total price for two people was €100. Everything was delicious, highly recommended!

I went with friends so we ended up getting a private table, the room was so nice and had an amazing atmosphere. Service was great and fast, I ordered a filet mignon and it was cooked to a perfect rare and was nice and tender, definitely one of the best steaks I have ever had. I had homemade fries on the side and a salad. For dessert I had a chocolate tart that was so delicious. One of the best restaurants in Empoli, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A restaurant with a capital R, a spectacular location, housed in an old Tuscan farmhouse, with splendid rooms offering plenty of space. Finally, a restaurant where you can converse among your guests. The cubes are exquisite interpretations of traditional Tuscan cuisine, with plenty of room for the chef's creativity. The mixed grilled meats are delicious, the pasta with nana sauce is excellent, the risotto with red radicchio is excellent, the wine cellar is extensive and high-quality, and the desserts are the perfect way to end a fantastic dinner. The prices are reasonable for the quality and location. Definitely worth a visit.

Coming back for dinner here is always a great pleasure. The location is beautiful. In the summer, the tables are outside, allowing you to enjoy the cool evening air. It was a truly enjoyable evening, with excellent dishes, a relaxing atmosphere, and attentive yet discreet service. The menu is full of excellent dishes, generous portions, and beautifully presented. The wine list is excellent and varied. I highly recommend it. Congratulations on a job well done!

What a place. From Primi to Secondo to Dolci it is all great food. The meat is grilled on wood the ingredients all super super fresh and the staff is very knowledgeable. I was lucky to stay in the B&B next door so could enjoy the great wines as well :) the thing i think i like the most is the fact that you can eat the whole evening without being "looked away" from your table. Next time i am here in the region i will be back!!

Agriturismo collocato nelle colline poco fuori Empoli , ambiente confortevole sia interno che esterno , classico menù toscano ,buon servizio e buona qualità del servizio e del servizio . Perché 3 stelle ? Perché si paga un prezzo leggermente alto in rapporto alla quantità ed alla offerta . Cmq da provare .
