During a week-long stay in Milan, I ate here three times because the experience of eating at this pizzeria is delightful in every way. The location, the service, and, of course, their pizza take you back to a time when the quality of the ingredients, the flavors, and the friendliness of the staff were more important than glamour and gourmet sophistication. Their pizza reminded me of the pizza my maternal grandmother used to make for me when I was a child. I highly recommend making a reservation because, especially during peak hours, the place is always packed.
Best pizza in Milan Great place to have authentic pizza with a great price and big portions
I had a lovely lunch at Dell’Angelo. Went on a Sunday afternoon (around 13:30), and the atmosphere was great. Tables were occupied but there was still some space to have lunch. The menu is quite simple: pizza base + ingredients you’d like to add (wide range). You can choose two different sizes. I opted to go for a combination of Gorgonzola with salami and some funghi. It was very tasty (see picture). I like simplicity and authenticity, and clearly this place combines both.
The only place in Milano I visit every time im there. The pizza is fantastic and the price is fair for the amount of food. The interior is a bit dated, but for me that's part of this pizzarias charme! A presto!
Been here 2-3 times per months for years. It's not fancy, but it is comfy. Owners are very friendly, even when in extremely busy times e.g. Friday evenings. Their deep-pan pizzas are consistently great - Pugliese or Venice/gourmet style base with no skimping on toppings. The tasty base means that one large slice ("abondante") is enough for an adult - more filling than a napolitana pizza. Everyone should try this!

Pizza by the slice is available in regular or generous sizes, with the option of adding ingredients from the menu hanging at the entrance: a simple detail that conveys authenticity. The staff is exceptionally kind, always available and smiling. It's a dated place, yes, but for this very reason, it's authentic and unfussy: a place that focuses on substance and hospitality.
I think pizza could be more flavorful and creative BUT it still was very tasty, good looking ang italian.
Good and THICC pizza slices, but don't come here looking for the traditional thin, fluffy, circle pizza
Decent food, not much space, don't go in large parties.
Very thick pizza, NOT Napoletana style. I don’t taste any flavors because there is so much dough. Also bit overpriced and overrated. Don’t recommend.
