Delicious bubble tea, with lots of flavors and very affordable! The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is not only charming and unique, but also centrally located just a few minutes from Porta Nuova. Highly recommended!

I had the melon flavor with mango and pomegranate bubbles; they were really good, they tasted just like the fruit I chose. The interior is also very cute and welcoming. The staff is friendly. The only downside was that they don't have everything listed on the menu. I'd recommend eliminating it so as not to raise expectations among customers who want to try them but then don't have them.

Quite an unsual spot where you can enjoy a flavoured tea or milk tea with bubbles and other extra things. Very sweet but overall nice.

L’ambiente che troverete in questo locale non è il massimo, é molto disordinato. Nonostante ciò ve lo consiglio se volete provare i mochi, non sono male, non li fanno loro a mano, sono quelli confezionati, però li troverete ad un prezzo accettabile. I bubble tea sono sotto la media, per la qualità si intende. Il personale è strano, alcuni non capiscono l’italiano.

Mi dispiace un sacco fare una recensione negativa. Il bubble the non era male, ma sconsiglio tantissimo di utilizzare il bagno (a parte il fatto che c'è scritto di non gettarci carta dentro (?), il soffitto non era completamente chiuso: si vedevano degli scatoloni e si sentiva gente parlare, probabilmente al piano di sopra).

Terrible in many respects, one redeeming feature is the bubble tea, but the food and timing are unacceptable. I ordered a set of ravioli, which were also frozen, and the soy sauce expired in 2021. WE ARE IN 2023, scabrous.

Super slow service. 3 minutes to just one bubble tea... If someone orders 4 in front of you, you just have to wait 10 minutes The location is noisy, need to use the terrasse if you want some calm. The product is good, and the price the same as everywhere else. 3€ for regular, 3,5 for large.

Terrible and rude staff, even though I've been going there for a while. They make fun of those of Maghreb origin and worry about whether someone goes up. Very disrespectful towards me and other people. The food is good but expensive, and you have to wait a quarter of an hour or more!! It's very noisy. I wouldn't recommend going there if you have to enjoy something with a friend or family member because it's always noisy and the food smells bad, and they don't have a Kappa. The bathroom is decent, although there are cameras that film you. I even asked the owner, and she confirmed it. The room also overlooks the upstairs, so you can see everything. I would never recommend going there.
