Ho prenotato un tavolo per due, per me e la mia compagna, l'esperienza si è aperta benissimo, il personale è molto cordiale e professionale, abbiamo subito scambiato due chiacchiere in allegria. Ci siamo presentati con qualche minuto di anticipo e ci hanno subito preparato il tavolo, ci siamo quindi accomodati nei tempi previsti. Abbiamo ordinato e abbiamo richiesto che entrambe le pizze fossero tagliate a metà (volevamo scambiarle), la ragazza alle ordinazioni lo ha intuito e ci ha proposto di effettuare lo scambio direttamente in cucina, servizio effettuato sempre con il sorriso sul volto, cosa di estremo piacere e non scontata. All'arrivo, dopo un tempo di attesa giusto, le pizze avevano un bellissimo aspetto (avevamo già buttato un occhio a quelle ricevute dagli altri clienti, chi non lo fa 🤣) e non hanno deluso le aspettative nemmeno nei sapori, impasti semplicemente sublimi. Ho detto impasti perché le due pizze avevano impasti diversi, una era normale mentre l'altra era ai cereali, questa assolutamente da provare se siete amanti degli impasti particolari, assolutamente di un sapore e una consistenza unica, in questa si rivedevano l'esperienza e le competenze del pizzaiolo. Ingredienti di assoluta qualità, si percepisce a vista e anche dal sapore. Unico appunto sul dolce avrei forse preferito trovare in listino qualche dolce in più al cioccolato, ma mi rendo conto che non sia una pasticceria quindi questo è più un mio capriccio che un difetto, il brownie che ho ordinato era comunque buono. Possibilità di molti parcheggi in un raggio di 5 minuti di cammino dal locale ( ce ne sono anche molti nelle immediate vicinanze). Per riassumere tempi di attesa normali per una pizzeria di alto calibro, servizio TOP, cibo 5⭐. Dimenticavo prezzi in linea con il mercato anzi viste le competenze del pizzaiolo(perché si vede che non è improvvisato) non mi sarei stupito se avessimo pagato qualcosina in più. In definitiva se si è a Cuneo assolutamente da provare, la migliore.
Arrivati in questa pizzeria girovagando per Cuneo, da un primo sguardo al menù abbiamo subito capito di essere nel posto giusto. Abbiamo chiesto due pizze diverse e di metterne metà e metà su due piatti così da assaporarle entrambe: molto buone! Ottima anche la birra locale Granda.
A mio parere la pizza più buona di Cuneo e dintorni.. ottima qualità dei prodotti e i prezzi sono onestissimi!!! Staff gentile e sempre disponibile ... Complimenti per tutto!! 😍

Spinto dalla curiosità di conoscere le rinomate pizze di Mimmo, mi reco una domenica sera dopo prenotazione telefonica nel pomeriggio. Il locale è di modeste dimensioni ma pulito, ordinato, con tavoli ben distanziati e soprattutto in un ambiente tranquillo, direi quasi rilassante, molto più vivibile delle classiche chiassose pizzerie cui siamo abituati. Il coperto in carta è minimal, per 1€ direi che ci sta, ma siamo quà per mangiare, senza tanti fronzoli. La carta propone una discreta scelta di pizze, non moltissime a dire il vero, ma la scelta è già difficile così...sembrano una migliore dell'altra. Presente qualche piatto di friggitoria, qualche antipasto e qualche insalata...una minima scelta insomma giusto per accompagnare..perchè appunto qua si viene per la pizza. Dopo una breve attesa arriva finalmente un capolavoro d'arte bianca (Cornicione Goloso mi pare fosse il nome, ma potrei non ricordare bene). Parte di questa pizza ha il cornicione farcito con gorgonzola, funghi e olio al tartufo. Sulla superficie è un'euforia di pomodoro, bresaola e mozzarella. L'impasto è importante ma leggero, scende e non lo senti. Finisco mangiando l'ultima fetta ancora tiepida: nonostante io non sia un velocista, la pasta è rimasta morbida ed in temperatura. Qualche dolce standard per concludere, caffè ed un conto più che onesto considerando che siamo a due passi dal centro di Cuneo e abbiamo managiato la pizza di uno dei migliori pizzaioli al mondo. A prescindere da ciò, a mio parere è la miglior pizza della zona. Ritornarci non è una possibilità, ma un obbligo.
A mio gusto, la pizza più buona di Cuneo! Simpaticissimi i gestori, prezzi nella media. Ma il punto forte sono le materie prime, sempre di ottima qualità, Mimmo non lesina mai con i condimenti! Una volta a settimana non mi nego mai questa coccola. Se volete l’asporto durante il week end, chiamate con molto anticipo perché è super gettonato!
Abbiamo avuto ieri sera di andare al loro locale, pur non avendo prenotato e con poca disponibilità di posti ci hanno accolto facendoci sedere subito, pizza ottima, ho provato Un'ipa in bottiglia molto buona e strong. Per finire caffè e ci offrono l'amaro molto gentili e cordiali vederli lavorare insieme come una famiglia mette gioia sicuramente ci torneremo
Ambiente non molto grande, ma pulito e ben curato...personale gentile premuroso e veloce nel servizio....pizza cotta al forno a legna 🍕🍕🍕🍻🍻🍺🍽 molto buona...Io ho preso una siciliana ....gustosa e ben condita...consiglio la prenotazione ...fa anche asporto...Tornerò sicuramente
Che dire........?? Tutte le volte che vengo da voi trovo un sorriso ..sembra scontato ma non è cosi,(soprattutto di questi tempi un po' menefreghisti? E ciò ti fa sentire beneeee. La pizzaaaaa ottima e semplicemente speciale soprattutto la mia preferita (il cornicione goloso).. Grazie a tutti voi.

Fantastic pizza, full of ingredients, well cooked. I think it's the best I've ever eaten. Nice, welcoming, and clean place. Polite and kind waitresses. The bill was more than fair. We were walking past this place and the smell drew us in. The place was packed, but they still found a way to seat us. They offered us snacks while we waited. Exceptional pizza. One of the best I've ever eaten. The staff was cheerful, kind, and welcoming. When I return to Cuneo, I'll eat here again.

In short: the best pizza I've ever eaten, 5 stars are too few. I recently visited this place, and I must say that my expectations were very high, given the other reviews. This was my first Neapolitan-style "pizza with a crust," and I was extremely satisfied. The dough is expertly made, extremely light, digestible, and just the right amount of salt (neither too much nor too little salt, and even after eating overnight, you don't feel thirsty, which would be a sign of a pizza that's too salty). The center of the pizza is very thin, and the crust is well-risen and airy. All the pizzas were also perfectly cooked, and neither were undercooked nor burned. The ingredients used are simply excellent. The fiordilatte was fantastic, the baked vegetables were truly delicious, and the tomato puree was simply delicious: not acidic and truly flavorful, so much so that even a "simple" marinara is still a great choice, given the tomato sauce's quality. At the end of the cooking process, they add basil leaves and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to the pizza, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated that the waiters asked us when we ordered if we were okay with adding basil at the end of the cooking process, and once the pizzas were brought, they told us that if we wanted to add more oil or spicy oil, we could help ourselves using the bottles of oil available on site. Another positive note was the generous vegetable toppings on the pizza I ordered, which I was very satisfied with. The desserts aren't homemade, but they're still excellent quality. The place is very welcoming, and when you leave, you don't smell of pizza or anything else. The bathroom was also very clean. The waiters and managers are very helpful, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxed. You can tell they pay special attention not only to the product but also to the customer. The final point is the price: just look at the menu and you'll see that the prices are very low and extremely competitive. I've eaten many pizzas in my life, and I can honestly say I'm a stickler for detail when it comes to pizza. However, I must say that "Pizze Pazze da Mimmo & Ely" has exceeded my already high expectations, so much so that it's now the top pizzeria in my personal ranking, far surpassing other high-end pizzerias I frequent or have frequented. A 5-star rating, on par with the others, is too low for this review (without taking anything away from the other pizzerias I've given 5 stars, which are well-deserved).

Wide selection of mouthwatering pizzas on the menu. The ingredients are top-quality, and the pizza is a feast for the eyes and the palate! Ely is an excellent hostess, kind and friendly, always available to accommodate your every request! We'll definitely be back again and again to try all their offerings!

A pleasant discovery, recommended by friends, I was truly satisfied. The interior isn't very large, but this creates a more relaxed and familiar atmosphere. You can also dine outside on the terrace. The staff is brilliant and friendly, and as a welcome treat, they even offered fried bread. Really good pizza with original flavors; I found the dough light, too bad the oven is electric. The double malt ale is excellent, with a honeyed aftertaste.

We're still at the table, having stumbled upon it on a Friday evening without a reservation while heading up the mountain. They were very kind enough to accommodate us at a table amidst the other reservations, and we enjoyed a delicious gourmet pizza. The prices, compared to those in our area, are super reasonable. Worth it.
