Esperienza di alta cucina. Lo chef Candiano è stato assolutamente all'altezza della sua fama ed anche molto gentile e cordiale. La location è meravigliosa e molto romantica, il servizio impeccabile e la cantina certamente da visitare. Il menù degustazione di 6 portate ci ha permesso di provare dei piatti tra i più rappresentativi della cucina dello chef . Il costo naturalmente è da 2 stelle michelin, ma sicuramente da provare.

Piacevolmente colpita da questo ristorante, qualità molto molto altra sia per la location sia culinaria. Il personale gentile e qualificato, la pasta con i ricci è spaziale!! Grazie ragazzi per questa esperienza eccezionale.

Probabilmente il ristorante migliore dove abbiamo mangiato in Sicilia. La location è davvero suggestiva, la carta dei vini molto completa con etichette di grande pregio con prezzi in sintonia con il tipo di ristorante. Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione e devo dire che i piatti erano molto buoni con grande attenzione ai prodotti del territorio. Impiattamento non sempre perfetto ma comunque grande qualità. Consigliato!

Location da levare il fiato, personale cordiale e preparatissimo fanno da cornice a una esperienza eccellente e ricca di sorprese. La presenza dello chef che passa tra i tavoli in sala è la ciliegina sulla torta. Conto un po' salato, ma nel complesso ne vale la pena.

È stata un'esperienza eccezionale. Il locale con muri in pietra, sembra di stare dentro una grotta ma con un eleganza fuori dal comune. Il servizio è cordiale, professionale, chiaro nella spiegazione dei piatti, e diventa parte integrante dell'esperienza. Il cibo è un viaggio di sapori e di emozioni.

Bellissima location, personale professionale ed attento. Abbiamo gustato delle prelibatezze raffinate. E’ stato veramente un viaggio sensoriale! La stella Michelin la merita tutta. The food was incredible with textures, flavors, and style that I'll be thinking about for a long time. The true highlight was our server Daniel and our sommelier Carmello. They went out of their way to make sure the we had a wonderful evening, giving us local recommendations and taking us on a private tour of the cellar. The service can make all of the difference in a fine dining setting, and we had a truly a phenomenal experience because of them.

This was a beautiful location in the side of the mountain with delicious food. We did one of the tasting menus with a couple of us doing the wine pairing and it was all delicious. It was pricy for sure, but well worth it for the experience.

Overall a very nice evening with delicious food. The ambience is great inside the cave with a relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed our “Origini” tasting menu with wine pairing. The only thing that we noticed was both the wine pairing and the speed of dishes were a bit rushed. Also after we were seated we were asked our name for the reservation again which was a bit weird for a 1 star restaurant. In conclusion we liked the food and would come again.

An evening with a lovely atmosphere. Food was ultimately delicious, well accomplished and rounded by excellent wine pairing choices. Attention to detail and the always mentioned Sicilian experience we talk about when having returned back home. You feel fairly treated, not just like a customer but a family member.

We opted for the tasting menu and were not disappointed. See sll attached photos. The experience is not ant less of what you would expect from a restaurant like this. There is no dress code for patrons, but all staff wear suit and tie. So, make sure to wear something you'll feel comfortable with.

Incredible michelin star restaurant. The best michelin star I have tried. The restaurant is located near a rock so inside is very beautiful so it seems you are inside the rock. The wine cellar is unbelievable, very nice to see more then 18.000 bottles from all over. Food is also fantastic.

An absolute treasure. I just happened to be in Ragusa when they were hosting a white truffle and Champagne dinner with Champagne Pommery. The staff is very kind and welcoming, the food is world class, and the wine options are phenomenal. Make a reservation and enjoy a very special evening. I will definitely travel to Ragusa from California again and eat here at least twice more.

We stopped today for lunch. Beautiful experience with a well deserved Michelin star. The cool cellar like atmosphere was romantic and full of history as it was previously owned by the church above. The food was incredible with the wine pairing creating a wonderful dynamic display of flavors. The service was amazing and the attention to detail was superb.

The setting was very romantic, especially with the naturally rose colored stones. Eating in a cave puts you a whole different mood. Pick the tasting menu. It was fabulous. Service was impeccable. Take a tour of the wine cellar and choose your bottle for the night. The restaurant is very difficult to find. Take a taxi or have the restaurant pick you up.

Location molto suggestiva, dalle foto non rende. La cucina è davvero sorprendente: il punto di partenza è la semplicità, arricchita da un tocco non comune. Perde ahimè ancora qualcosa sul piano estetico; alcune scelte, soprattutto a tavola, non sembrano aggiornate e a questi livelli hanno il loro peso. Nulla che non si possa migliorare, soprattutto se la base, che è la cucina, è nelle mani di un ottimo chef.

The food is really really good. Well done chef! We enjoyed it a lot. Thank you! Definitely worth coming to this place if you are staying in the area. When we walked in, there was a sewage smell, but it went away very quickly. Not sure what it was. The service is a mixed bag. The lady that looked after our table was great. The short guy with dark hair at the front desk was rude when we walked in, but he was fine on our way out. The sommelier is kind of grumpy. It’s a shame, hence I am giving them a four stars and I hope they will read this review.

There were a couple of larger groups dining at the same time as us (party of two), and service felt much more attentive to those tables — we had some long lulls waiting for attention. The food itself was just okay; the pastas were served lukewarm, which was a bit odd. I did enjoy the potato knish amuse-bouche (and appreciated that they offered me a second one). The atmosphere was a bit less relaxing than expected, as a young child nearby was screaming for much of the meal.
