We visited this restaurant and were enchanted. The food was delicious, each dish prepared with great care and flavor. But what really made the experience special was the service: simply exceptional. The staff made us feel at home from the first moment, with their warm, kind, and professional attention. They are truly excellent at what they do. If there's one thing we want to highlight above all else, it's their welcoming attitude: it's a real pleasure to eat out like this! Definitely a place we'll return to. 10/10. This restaurant on the Pegli waterfront in Genoa offers carefully prepared, high-quality seafood dishes at reasonable prices. The restaurant seats about 30, so booking ahead is recommended. The service is excellent, very friendly, and the wait isn't long.
This place is becoming our go-to for good food in a family-friendly yet refined atmosphere. The dishes are traditional Ligurian, made with excellent quality ingredients, well-cooked, and without excessive fat. Despite our age, we always digest very well!
The environment is not very large.... Which makes the restaurant very familiar... Nice interiors, kind and cheerful staff, excellent food, two types of lunch every day: one at a fixed price with a wide choice of combinations and the other à la carte, both of excellent quality.... In the evening, refined and excellent choice.

Tucano2 is one of those restaurants that stays in your heart, not only for the excellent quality of the fish—fresh and perfectly cooked—but also for the family-friendly, welcoming atmosphere that permeates the room from the moment you arrive. The service? Simply impeccable. The waiter is a force of nature: empathetic, attentive, always smiling, and capable of making you feel at home. And then there's her, the mother... an extraordinary cook! Each dish is a tribute to tradition and a love of cooking, with generous portions that satisfy both the soul and the palate. It's hard to choose a favorite: everything is delicious, from the raw fish to the fried dishes, from the flavorful first courses to the seafood-infused second courses. An experience definitely worth repeating. Who knows... maybe we'll see each other again in Alghero! 😉 Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, flavor, and an unforgettable welcome.

This family-run restaurant focuses on the catch of the day. The mixed fish appetizer is excellent, along with fried cod, spaghetti with clams and bottarga, or tagliatelle al verde with mixed seafood, and baked sea bream. The house white wine and desserts are excellent. If you prefer traditional fare, there's always a dish with Genoese pesto.
A place from days gone by. Intimate, cozy, and with fresh food prepared to order. Delicious business lunch, entirely seafood-based. Christian and his staff are wonderful. I absolutely recommend it. Perfect prices, and the lunch menu is top notch.

If you're in Pegli, this is a great place to try Ligurian flavors. I recommend the breaded anchovies and cuculli pasta as an appetizer, followed by the mandilli (small lasagna) with pesto. Tucano2's pesto is a great mix of ingredients and will appeal even to those who can't stand strong pesto. A good selection of seafood is also available.

On a cold autumn evening in December, I found myself with my wife and some friends at this small and welcoming restaurant. The Locanda is very intimate and seats about 24. The simple yet direct welcome makes guests feel at ease. We found the portions beautifully plated, with attention to aesthetics. All the dishes were freshly cooked, with truly fresh fish: an evening to remember, both for the setting and the company. Approved!

I haven't actually eaten here, but I've ordered takeout several times and have to say I've always been satisfied. The fried food is different every time, depending on the catch. Everything is delicious and incredibly fresh. Even the takeout packaging is thoughtful, including a napkin and breadsticks. Highly recommended.

I frequent this restaurant for special occasions with former footballers. All fish-based dishes, unless otherwise requested. Excellent, fresh food. Highly recommended. 🍷
Perfect food and staff. Averagely high price for the location and quality. Unfortunately, we came home with everything in need of washing: jackets, shirts, sweaters... everything smelling of fried food... open kitchen. What a shame...
Delusione e Sfiducia ! Purtroppo esperienza deludente il cibo era mediocre, ma la sorpresa è arrivata al conto, con un coperto in più rispetto alle persone presenti al tavolo, aggiunto in fondo allo scontrino dopo la voce dell’antipasto, offrendo il pranzo ad amici non mi sono soffermato alla lettura dello scontrino nell’immediato. Dettagli così rovinano l’esperienza e fanno perdere fiducia e clientela. Non tornerò e non consiglio.
