Apart from the fact that the food is good and it's a very welcoming and warm place, her presence makes the shelter even more prestigious 😊 Thank you for your cheerfulness and kindness. We stopped for a snack on the way back from the Preuss and Vajolet refuges. We were rejuvenated by an excellent strudel accompanied by a superb vanilla cream! Not to be missed!

Amazing place in an amazing location! I stayed at the very start of the season in June, and Sandro and Cristian made me feel at home and very welcome. Food was incredible, and all locally sourced. Chanterelle mushrooms were great

The best food we had in Italy. I know that's a high and bar but I was absolutely blown away by it..amazing service too. We actually went to the higher rated places nearby first but their kitchens were closed. This was our last choice but wow! Big serving sizes, amazingly delicious and great service. The larsec plate and the large meat and cheese board were particularly amazing. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the former because it didn't look appetizing but it was awesome.

A ski lodge with a spectacular view of the Catinaccio mountains. We had lunch on the wooden tables outside, thanks to a sunny day despite it being late December. A wide selection of typical Trentino dishes. The polenta with local cheese and the meat dishes with mushrooms were excellent. Despite the crowds, the service was fast. The interior is simple but has the classic atmosphere of a mountain lodge. Very good value for money.

Charming traditional hotel 200m from the top of the main cable car serving the resort. Staff so helpful and friendly, delivering great service. Food was excellent all week. My room was comfortable if not luxurious and soundproofing between rooms wasn't great. Has all the facilities you'd expect (& some you might not) including boot room, sauna and steam room and bar area. Some of my friends even got a tour of the hotel's wine cellar! Not a reflection on the hotel itself but the resort - Vigo do Fassa - is small and we found the bus service linking us to other skiing areas in the Fassa valley rather unreliable. It isn't possible to access the resort from the hotel after the cable car stops running (4 pm) meaning there are no evening alternatives to dining in the hotel. If variety is what you crave then you'd probably not want to stay here for more than a couple of nights. Still, the views of the Dolomites from the hotel are breath-taking and it does afford ski in and out convenience

Very cute spot, beautifully decorated, with nice staff and awesome pies/desserts and Grappa. The rest of the food was good too, especially polenta.

Il rifugio gode di un'ottima posizione. I locali sono arredati in modo "caratteristico". La qualità della cena è buona. L'unica pecca è il proprietario che non si capisce bene se provi a fare il simpatico, non riuscendoci, o se sia un ragazzo speciale! Cordiale il resto del personale.

Mi sono fermato in questo rifugio per un caffè e ho ordinato anche una panna cotta ai frutti di bosco; bene, i frutti di bosco erano 5 di numero, neanche fossimo in un ristorante gourmet. Che poi però il prezzo è proprio da gourmet, non da rifugio di montagna. Mah, bocciato e a mai più.

Due stelle mi dispiace, ma suggerisco a tutti di andare in un altro rifugio a pranzare che qui non ne vale la pena solo in caso di necessità o se tutto pieno d’altre parti

Ho passato una notte in questo rifugio. Cucina e stanza tutto sommato buone, ma il personale scortese e sembrava quasi infastidito. Non il classico ambiente amichevole di montagna.

Very nice location... we stopped for lunch and unfortunately I have to complain about the very small and poorly cooked portions with prices equal to or slightly higher than the average local ones... I come on holiday every year and know the places well... I will mark this one on the black list as an experience not to be repeated, too bad.

If it weren't for the beauty of the mountains, I'd avoid eating at Rifugio Negritella, which dishonors so much beauty with dishes of poor quality and quantity. I ate polenta with cheese that was unthinkable in Trentino: not enough polenta, poor quality, topped with tasteless cheese. Try to improve instead of catering to tourists and promote our cuisine!

The place is beautiful, but the refuge is truly a tourist trap...high prices and small portions. It's better to eat at the Vael mountain hut, unless you're a tourist arriving by cable car and returning to the valley by cable car.

The guy who sold me gelato today either cannot count to two or wanted to earn extra eur - when I asked about it he played dumb. Why do you put out a menu if you don’t follow it’s prices?! The gelato weren’t so good either…
