Ristorante molto bello al di sopra di taormina, vista mozzafiato sul mare. Ottimo pesce, sia per i crudi sia per i primi. Il personale è cordiale e puntale, rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Se volete raggiungerlo a piedi, c’è una scalinata che sale, è lunga ma comunque fattibile e ne vale sicuramente la pena.

Ristorante eccellente: cibo delizioso e location spettacolare, con una vista mozzafiato su tutta Taormina e l’Etna proprio di fronte. Durante l’estate è disponibile anche una splendida terrazza al piano superiore. Assolutamente consigliato, anche per la grande gentilezza dello staff. Abbiamo scelto un antipasto di crudi da condividere, due primi (un risotto e dei tagliolini) e, per finire, un dolce. Era tutto squisito e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Grazie Alfio!

In un ristorante di questo livello le aspettative, inevitabilmente, sono alte. E va detto subito: non sono state tradite, anche se qualcosa ha lasciato un leggero senso di “poteva dare di più”. Il contesto è curato, elegante ma non ingessato, con una sala calda, ben illuminata e una vista serale che accompagna piacevolmente la cena. Il servizio è uno dei punti forti: personale estremamente gentile, presente, mai invadente, capace di farti sentire accolto dall’inizio alla fine. Il fritto di mare è ben eseguito, materia prima buona, asciutto e leggero. Tuttavia, per un piatto da 25 euro, la porzione risulta oggettivamente contenuta: in due si mangia, sì, ma con la sensazione che manchi qualcosa. Più che la qualità, qui è la quantità a non essere all’altezza del prezzo richiesto. Il risotto con code di gambero e formaggio è corretto, equilibrato, ben mantecato. Buono, senza dubbio. Ma a questo livello – e soprattutto a 25 euro – ci si aspetta quell’effetto wow, quel morso che ti rimane impresso. In questo caso, non esplode, resta un buon piatto senza diventare memorabile. La vera sorpresa è stata la zuppa, intensa, profonda, avvolgente: davvero molto molto buona, uno di quei piatti che giustificano la cucina e lasciano un ricordo netto. Nel complesso una buona esperienza, piacevole e raffinata, con margine per diventare eccellente. Un ristorante che ha tutto per convincere, ma che in alcuni piatti potrebbe osare di più per giustificare fino in fondo il conto.

Meraviglioso ristorante, e d estate come ho fatto io ho prenotato nella bella terrazza con una vista mozzafiato di tutto il golfo.. Ho tardato a fare questa recensione, ma merita tanto da non farla.. Cmq oltre alla bella location che dire personale squisito e attento.. Io per esempio essendo celiaca ho bisogno di un riguardo in più e senza dubbio c e stato... Molto attenti al Gluten free, hanno pasta e pane e pure dolci.. Tutto veramente ottimo

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante dopo una spiacevole esperienza la sera prima, in un ristorante di Taormina con review importanti e numerose, eravamo un po' preoccupati di non ripetere la stessa esperienza. Invece abbiamo mangiato molto bene, antipasto di pesce veramente fresco, fritturina croccante e gustosa senza tracce di olio etc. Servizio impeccabile, personale molto gentile e sempre con il sorriso. Consigliatissimo!! Ha tanti reviews ma non pensate ad un locale commerciale frequentato solo da turisti per il panorama, che comunque fa parte della spettacolarità della location 😍

Ottima cena affacciati su un panorama che toglie il fiato. Ogni singola portata era squisita! Qualità eccelsa e personale gentilissimo. Se si arriva presto è anche facile trovare parcheggio grazie alle indicazioni del direttore. In due abbiamo preso un antipasto siculo, ravioli al gambero, spaghetti al frutti di mare, una frittura e un cannolo scomposto da condividere. Acqua, vino della casa, caffè e amaro. Meno di 100 euro il totale. Per la qualità del cibo e la vista ne vale davvero la pena. Consigliatissimo!

Pace, panorama, e buona cucina fanno di questo ristorante uno dei migliori della zona. Mangiare in terrazza è stupendo, personale cordiale,socievole e professionale. Pietanze con materie fresche e ricette molto ricercate e di qualità. Dopo la consumazione del pasto consiglio di andare nella vicina chiesa Madonna della Rocca, gode di un panorama su Taormina mozzafiato. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE.

Assolutamente arrivati in taxi( 13 min da porta sud di Taormina) per la grande difficoltà non solo di salita ma di parcheggio dell'auto... Panorama, menù e servizio fanno a gara per competere su chi sia il migliore. Difficile da dire: - il panorama è mozzafiato - il servizio è super cortese e veloce - il menù, con piatti classici siciliani curati nel dettaglio, è delizioso Provate per credere.

Esco spesso a cena, e penso di non essermi mai trovata così bene per essere stata la prima volta in questo ristorante. La vista è qualcosa di surreale, il cibo un mix di sapori veramente buonissimi e particolari. Location da togliere il fiato dalla vista sul terrazzo. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo indiscutibile: tutto quello che viene ordinato è cucinato con cura, ingredienti freschi e un sapore sublime. Il personale è attentissimo alla clientela e a ogni esigenza, oltre a essere veloce negli ordini e nella preparazione delle portate. Tempi brevi di attesa. Assolutamente consigliato!

My partner’s dish was just as good, and the local wine paired perfectly with the food. The portions were generous, and the service was friendly and attentive without ever feeling rushed. It’s one of those places where you want to take your time, enjoy the atmosphere, and just let the evening unfold. Such a beautiful dining experience for our final night in Taormina. From the views to the staff and the food, everything exceeded our expectations. Lobster pasta in particular was great, with prices being fairly reasonable too. I highly recommend a visit particularly if you want to get slightly out of the main part of town for a night.

By far the most stunning view I’ve ever had while eating a meal. In mid-June we began dinner at 7:15 and enjoyed watching the sunset behind Mt. Etna for the entirety of our meal. I was worried that with such an amazing view to attract diners, the food would be ok at best, but the food lived up to the setting. The risotto was terrific, so fragrant and the prawns tasted like the best lobster you could imagine. We had the pana cotta for dessert which was the perfect treat and a delicious cappuccino to savor the last bits of sunset. My tip: take the long walk up the stairs from Taormina central to get to the restaurant. You’re treated to jaw dropping views the entire time and it makes the meal all the more delicious and will give you a great story to tell.

Amazing experience! We made the dinner reservation and hiked up the trail to the top of the mountain from Taormina town center. It’s a steep walk but well worth it to get you there! It was amazing. The food, the atmosphere, the service were all 10/10! Highly recommend making a reservation for around 7 PM to ensure you get a porch seat with a view of the Sunset behind Mt. Etna!

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo andati a Ferragosto, parto dai punti forti. Panorama mozzafiato, che mostra l'Etna, Taormina e Giardini Naxos, illuminati come un presepe. Il dolce, assolutamente da sperimentare, una gioia per il palato, Fiori di zucca a pastella con cuore di ricotta, glassati con miele e serviti in un piatto di spolverata di cacao, delizioso! Il personale, gentilissimo e simpatico, ti senti accolta e coccolata. I primi sono buoni ma non "particolari" come combinazione di sapori. Abbiamo preso una pasta Calamarata (buona ma niente di particolare, sebbene il pesce fosse sicuramente di qualità) e, personalmente, Fettuccine con crema di pistacchio e bufala, che io ho apprezzato fino all'ultimo, dolce, cremosa e ben servita. Il secondo era saporito, ho apprezzato la combinazione del tonno (tenerissimo!) con la cipolla caramellata, te lo servono accompagnato da un purè di patate e una ciambellina fritta, gradevoli per spezzare. L'antipasto, coreografico nella presentazione, ma niente di che, forse avrei preso altro. Il parcheggio, un po' ostico da trovare, ma non impossibile, c'è una stradina laterale in cui si può sostare, tuttavia è piccola e a doppio senso, dunque c'è il rischio di ritrovarsi in situazioni un po' scomode. Lo consiglio perché ho avuto comunque un'esperienza che non ho problemi a definire positiva.

Il locale gode di una posizione davvero suggestiva, con una splendida vista su Taormina e sul mare, che da sola vale la visita. Consiglio però di arrivare in taxi: trovare parcheggio in zona è praticamente impossibile o comunque molto difficile. Abbiamo iniziato con una frittura di calamari, croccante e saporita, seguita da tre primi di pasta davvero ottimi. I secondi, invece — filetto di manzo e involtini di pesce spada — ci hanno convinti meno, discreti ma non memorabili. I prezzi sono piuttosto alti, ma in linea con l’esperienza e soprattutto con la location. Nota dolente il servizio: nonostante il locale non fosse pieno, abbiamo impiegato circa due ore e mezza per completare il pasto. Un po’ troppa attesa, e alla lunga fastidiosa. In ogni caso, resta un posto che merita una visita per l’atmosfera unica e la vista mozzafiato

Location un po' difficile da raggiungere ma ne vale la pena. Situata in una posizione che domina la città dalla cui terrazza si può ammirare il panorama mozzafiato. Ci accoglie il proprietario con un ampio sorriso avendo cura di dedicare un'attenzione particolare ai bambini. Prende l'ordinazione credo la moglie del titolare anche lei molto premurosa nel darci opzioni per i bimbi non riportate sul menù. Hanno cura nel servire le bevande e, durante il pasto, si preoccupano che tutto prosegua per il meglio. Antipasto rustico siciliano ben presentato e dai sapori decisi come la sua terra. Fritto misto poco croccante ma asciutto. Spaghetti alle vongole ben preparati e pasta Cascio (scoglio) buona; unica pecca alcuni pesci a tocchi un po' grandi per essere un primo, ma nulla di difficile da gestire. Pizza margherita leggera e di buona fattura. Consigliato soprattutto per il personale e il panorama.

Posto assolutamente buono e stupendo. Crudi molto buoni e freschi. La terrazza panoramica su Taormina lo rende unico. Abbastanza costoso però. Sebbene la qualità sia ottima e le porzioni giuste, i prezzi son ben alti. Per quanto Taormina sia costosa e un posto panoramico altrettanto, mi sembravano un po' eccessivi. Tuttavia si mangia molto bene. Consiglio se si vuole andare per appuntamento romantico.

Avevamo prenotato un giorno prima per le ore 22:00, non ci viene detto nulla solo di essere in orario , arriviamo alle 21:50 , il propietario esordisce dicendo che dobbiamo aspettare e che lui a quel momento ha servito moltissimi tavoli dalle 20:00 , alludendo che quest'orario per loro è scomodo e problematico , difatti si rileva così anche per il servizio, dopo aver cenato , senza aver ordinato il secondo , chiediamo un secondo, il cameriere risponde dicendo" che forse lo chef non può più preparare questo piatto , che va a chiedere e che per loro il servizio inizia alle 20 e che prima di noi hanno servito al nostro posto più di 10 tavoli " , torna dicendo che siamo fortunati che lo chef farà il piatto . Couldn't make a reservation online, but when called were happy to 'fit' us in, however the restaurant was pretty empty the entire time we were there. The food was pretty hit or miss. Had a wild boar pasta dish which was great, beef fillet dish was fine, sea bass according to my company was mediocre at best.
