Amazing fresh food superb fish and traditional pasta from Liguria region. Tables are very tight and close eachother. In weekends and dinner reservation is almost mandatory if you want to get seated.

Youtube video motivated me to try this authentic seafood restaurant in Genoa and I was very satisfied to have lunch here. Since we had a lot of pasta in previous days, we tried grilled/fried seafood. The quality of food was amazing. It was worth to travel from Milano for a good food and milder weather. My daughter loved mixed fruit sorbet.

An excellent seafood restaurant near by Genoa seaside. I dine here every time I visit Genoa. The staff is friendly. The restaurant interior is not so elegant but clean and simple. The menu is printed out every day. Medium size portions. I recommend to make a reservation. It’s suitable for a group party dinner too.

Absolutely incredible food. The starters, the mains.. all amazing 🥰 Some of the best (sea-)food you’ll have. Great service, very attentive. Local cuisine, perfectly prepared. A wonderful attack on your tastebuds. We will definitely come back here for more. Good prices, but if you ask for “a wine”, they will give you a fancy/pricey one (it was €40, but the taste was amazing). So if you’re on a budget, make sure to choose your own preferred wine.

Off the main street, this place is a gem. Family-owned and truly traditional. The food is absolutely top notch and all made from scratch, even the desserts. The family runs day to day operations and their genuine love for the restaurant and food really shows with every bite. Highly recommend.

Came to Genova for a couple of days and we fancied an authentic genovese restaurant, different, with real genovese dishes...Well ...ask a local!! And he told us to go to Osteria Vico Palla. What an amazing suggestion...a real genovese sent us to a real genovese restaurant. Portions are very generous ( unexpected in these days) and the quality, combination and freshness of the products top of the tops! Clearly we asked for fish dishes... each one more amazing, tasty and delicious than the previous! You feel and breath the passion, the family tradition and the honesty. We were the last to leave and the owner (secretly he told us his nickname was "el cubanito" when he lived for a few years in Miami...) had a family chat with us.. So if you are in Genova and you really want to live and experience a real piece of Genova... you must go to Osteria Vico Palla. I have not been written review for a long while now... but this place, the atmosphere, the real fresh a d excellent quality of the food could not be left untold and so I got inspired to share it with you... lovers of experiences that changes your life and mark your memories! Grateful there are still places like this where you feel part of the family and they treat you as such...💯🤩🙏🙏

Forget about the Pesto you ate before… Food: The food overall was very good. The Pesto was the best one I had until now! The Latte Dolce Fritto was also delicious. Definitely worth the visit. The Atmosphere: Traditional Osteria vibes. I must say that the staff was very nice and helpful. I was eating here alone at rush hour, but never felt rushed to finish.
