Opinions de Nebbia Via Evangelista Torricelli
This charming spot offers an excellent food and wine. Despite a booking mix-up with our reservation date, the manager graciously accommodated us—not only ensuring we were seated but also sharing expert recommendations that elevated our dining experience. It turned into a truly delightful evening, providing the perfect finale to our brief Milan getaway. Highly recommended for those seeking both warmth and quality!
Always a secure choice for a mouthwatering fine-dining experience. Set into a modern Scandinavian style 3 rooms space, the 3 Owners running the show (2 in the kitchen, one serving) are young, bold and ready to offer the best they have every month. I dine here at least once per year and it might be my favourite place in town so far. Of course you've got to consider that the cuisine is quite unusual, with quite a lot of dishes made out of poor cuts such as leavers, brains or spines. However mains such as grandma's style meatballs, napolitan's genovese pasta, milanese risottos or bologna's chicken schnitzel will make you tour Italy in just one meal. The wine selection is quite fresh too, ranging from France all the way down to the south of Italy, but the waiters will be able to tickle your imagination towards the best pairing possible. Quite unusual then, yes, pricey too, yes, but quality is not a compromise: quality is just the rule here. P.S. "Nebbia" in italian means "Fog", but the place has nothing to do with it 😉 and meals change at least once per season, so you have at least 4 reasons every year to come back!
Our favourite meal in Italy. Fantastic quality food with traditional flavours done with a modern twist. We had the mackerel, tongue and ox heart for entrees, followed by the pork cutlet and ragu pasta for mains. All were absolutely delicious. Standouts were the tongue, ox heart and pork cutlet (incredibly buttery) accompanied by the most amazing potatoes! Highly recommend
This restaurant is tucked away in Old Milan and does require a little bit of traveling to get to. But it is completely worth it. Both chefs have trained abroad in high-end restaurants and Well-Known chefs (many articles online. Check them out). The training is clearly evident as all of their dishes contain few ingredients but deliver amazing flavor. We ordered a whole bunch of dishes (in retrospect, probably too many but we wanted to try so many) and we're not disappointed by any of them. We ordered the whipped cod with a red pepper sauce and bread. We also got the chicken liver pate served on brioche bread, veal tung tuna sauce, mixed spicy seafood pasta, garlic chive salad with nectarine, and their take on pork cutlet Milan style. We will be coming back and we are in the city. This was one of the highlights of our trip.
SO GOOD!! One of my favorite restaurants in Milan. All the ingredients on the menu are fresh and seasonal, but they still manage to be creative in mixing flavors. Every dish I’ve had here was special. I highly recommend their anchovies (the butter they make is incredible) risotto and the beef tongue toné
Fantastic evening with friends sharing incredible food. The ambience and decor (to my liking) is similar but elegant. The service, the drinks, the food was amazing and really good for sharing for all to try. I probably wouldn't go back for the raw veal in a hurry but it was good. I would recommend this to anyone that is either going for a night out for dinner with friends or certainly on a date :)
A very pleasant dining experience in a minimalist and beautiful space. I’d recommend it to anyone in Milan looking for creative Italian food. Make sure to get the pan brioche duck liver mousse, it was quite possibly one of the best first bites I’ve ever had. It was heavenly. A generous serving of liver mousse is applied to a perfectly crispy slice of pan brioche, topped with sweet pickled onions. That’s it, and it’s the perfect trio. The mousse itself was fairly light, but the aftertaste of liver was distinct. The mango+papaya salad with veal head presented two very different worlds in the salad. The salad, using much riper mangos and papayas, is strategically flavored using savory flavors like dill and olive oil. The deep fried chunk veal head is a mix between leaner and fattier parts, without much seasoning. The uni spaghetti had a fairly faint and subtle uni flavor. They tried here, and yes you taste the uni in the sauce, but the result is underwhelming. The semifreddo is delicious. When the cream melts it has such a thick creamy consistency that I love. This is paired with crunchy caramelized nuts and an espresso foam, three classic flavors that always go well, in 3 differing textures.

Nebbia is the kind of spot that surprises youin the best way. The dishes feel both elevated and deeply comforting, like someone with real culinary finesse decided to cook just for you. The pasta is clearly handmade, with that perfect bite, and the flavor combinations are thoughtful without trying too hard. The space itself is cozy, warm, and intimate ideal for a slow dinner with someone you like talking to. Overall, Nebbia delivers quiet excellence with every plate.
This place came well recommended and the food certainly is excellent, with a focus on northern Italian cuisine. I had the prosciutto with buttered flatbread for starters, followed by the mushroom tagliatelle which was delicious. Topped it all off with a peach sherbet (very rich in flavor and not too sweet at all) and an amaro, for which I got several samples to find one to my liking. The waiting staff is very attentive and service is quick but not rushed. The one drawback I found that, because I was a party of one, I was seated at the bar, even though several tables remained vacant during the entirety of my visit. In principle I have no issue being seated at the bar (often even prefer it when eating out solo) but the bar chairs were almost decorative, definitely not high enough, and without sufficient support that my back/neck ached by the end of the meal. Otherwise totally worth a five star review ... And I will come back, just not solo.
Advertised as gluten free options but very limited and waiters were very confused about it. Fried chicken with Thai Chili was amazing all others were good. wine selection also nice.

Service very good, prepared staff. Table clean and basic prepared. The place very minimal and cosy. The “fried mushrooms and oysters plate” was very good but unfortunately we only had mushrooms in the bowl! The fried cube was too big and not so tasty, difficult to finish it. Main dishes were very good, but the pasta with shrimps only had 2 shrimps in it. The trippa was fantastic. I would give another try to this place, maybe was an ‘unlucky ‘ night with the things we ordered.
