Nice location with a good selection of beers. Problem is the food: I tried a bacon burger with fries. It was bland and expensive. I only recommend this place for a drink with friends, no more.

During my second visit to a restaurant that had initially impressed me, I was disappointed by several issues that affected our overall experience. The positive aspects began with a bartender who spoke perfect English, enhancing our communication and dining experience. The food, like before, met our expectations and was enjoyable. However, our satisfaction quickly declined when a second round of drinks we ordered never arrived. Despite being the only customers, the bartender seemed more interested in chatting with a friend than attending to his responsibilities. To worsen the situation, the bartender attempted to blame the server, citing her supposedly poor English as the reason for the service mishap. However, I witnessed the server diligently taking our drink order and entering it into the system promptly. It was clear that the poor service stemmed from the bartender's lack of attentiveness, not the server's fault.

It’s a bar with big screens. Chilled atmosphere and decent beer selection. Perfect to watch a game with friends. However, we turned up at the bar we were told we had to order food if we wanted to watch the game, even though it was not mentioned anywhere. By food they meant a main course for every customer (ranging between €12-€20). Chips/snacks don’t count as food and it doesn’t matter how many drinks you have. No problem following the house rules, though they should be made clear beforehand. With this policy I wouldn’t call it a “sport bar” as they claim to be. The place wasn’t very busy so in the end, as a one off, we were allowed to stay. The €15 burger we shared between the two of us was a rather dry lump of meat served with deep fried frozen chips.

Great place and well suited to watch sporting events, unfortunately still with a lot of improvement potential. . . There were big problems with the reservation it was hung up several times and it was said that all tables were occupied. But when we stopped by without reservation, many tables were free so we found a place. In addition, after ordering one portion of mozzarelline potate, 2 more portions were served too much (which the waitress also admitted as her mistake). We were then asked either to pay for it or they take it back. The food was already at our table for a few minutes. It was also regrettable that our table consisting of 5 people was served partly in plastic cups and partly in real beer glasses. For a restaurant that advertises with its wide variety of beers, drinking beer from plastic cups is certainly not a pleasure. Here you can definitely improve something. The ordered burger was fine but with little lettuce and tomatoes. The toilets were clean. Finally, I think it is a pity that in the 21st century it is not possible to divide up a bill. The pricing felt a bit high for the drinks with more ice than alcohol. ALSO there were some challenges with the service. Additionally, I found the dessert did not meet my expectations at all ( in fact it's the worst I had in Italy ).

No place in their right mind is called "sports beer and grill" and forces you to have dinner from the restaurant menu, and does not have the price of the beers in the beer menu. Also, if you only want a beer while your friends are having dinner, you are supposed to pay the "coperto" of 2 €. Utterly ridiculous. Edit - to the owner's reply: 1) no one told us we would have had to order dinner when we booked. We were gaslighted about having been told, which was a very unpleasant experience. 2) there is not a single indication outside your place saying that it is mandatory to have dinner, or that the place is a restaurant. 3) many reviews are complaining about these issues and the service you provide, but clearly you have the luxury to not have to be polite to disappointed customers, as you show with your replies. Good for you.

Very disappoinitng experience. The bar looks great no doubt but I wasn't served because some exchange students had argued with the waitress over splitting the bill. I didn't even know those people but I wasn't served either cause I was an exchange student as well. At least I got to know the other exchange students who weren't served as well and made some new friends so thanks for that

One of the worst pubs I have ever been to. After waiting a long time for the waiter, I learned that some of the drinks are not even available, even though they are on the board “today‘s beers“. Then I payed 5€ for a beer in a plastic cup, that I had to pay immediately. Really disappointed because it looks like a nice pub but the service is awful.

I went to the bar to watch football and have beers. I was there for an hour and I could not order a beer. The place looks great but the service left me really unsatisfied and Thirsty!

We went to the Arena Piola to watch football during the European Championship. If you just want to watch the game, you're fine here, but not for anything else. Long waits for the order, wrong drinks or simply drinks we didn't order. but the highlight was when we got the bill. We were told that it was not possible to split the bill, which seems to me to be a scam, as they tried to charge us for more drinks than we had ordered, using Wild West methods. Only after a long discussion with the owner, we were able to agree to split the bill.
