Pranzo di domenica (22/9). Eccellente. Le preparazioni curate e squisite, sia per gli occhi che per il palato. Che altro dire? Il Cappuccino, una delle cose più buone mangiate ultimamente. Tutto il personale in sala, gentile, cordiale e professionale. La Sig. ra Olga e tutto lo staff sono da ringraziare. Ci sono ancora posti di questo tipo. A gestione familiare, ma con una cura e una qualità assoluta! Grazie!

Olga, Mauro e Manuel sono strepitosi. Attenzione in ogni minimo dettaglio e davvero molto cordiali. Andare a mangiare al Fungo Reale è sempre una certezza. Valore aggiunto, oltre alla meravigliosa crema catalana aromatizzata alla lavanda (con uno strato di caramello come la vera Catalana richiede!!!) e oltre ai tagliolini ai funghi o la selvaggina di Mauro, è anche la possibilità di fare APERI SPA su prenotazione. Sauna, vasca gelida, percorso knipe e vasca idromassaggio contornate di montagne. Wow! Super consigliato! Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Ottima accoglienza e cucina, perfetto per esplorare le valli cuneesi

Siamo andati per...i funghi, ovviamente. Il nome del ristorante è azzeccato! Il menù dei funghi è semplice: dalla carne cruda coi funghi, ai tagliolini ai funghi fritti. Abbiamo preso: Carpaccio con funghi freschi tagliati a fettine, ottimo. Cappuccino di funghi, patate ed uovo....ecco quello l'ho trovato un azzardo non tanto riuscito, la prossima volta mi butto sul classico, personalmente non lo consiglierei come piatto però non era cattivo, anzi, ma i funghi venivano coperti troppo nel loro sapore. Tagliolini ai funghi ottimi, buono anche il tagliolino di per sé. Funghi fritti: qui c'è chi fa la panatura sottile e chi più spessa e dorata. Qui l'ho trovata più spessa e dorata, molto buoni. E poi il dolce a forma di fungo, vogliamo parlarne? Da prendere già solo per quello. Non è chissà che roba astrusa: gelato alla crema come cappella, cacao spolverato sopra, una meringa come gambo e della frutta come contorno. Buono nella sua semplicità e bello da vedere. Il tutto non salato, che per me è un pregio. Locale bello e pulito. Da fuori sembra molto turistico ed il menù è in inglese, il ché tutto subito mi ha molto preoccupato mentre invece non è assolutamente così, anzi la qualità è molto buona. Porzioni normali e prezzi normali quasi un pò sotto la media se si considera che in 3, tutto funghi, abbiamo speso 38 euro vino sfuso compreso. Servizio buono, un cameriere in particolare è molto "a modo". Veloci. Ottimo, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Una sicurezza sia per qualità che per servizio. Anche quando non si è in stagione funghi il menù è ottimo proponendo ricette della tradizione rivisitate o quei piatti poveri introvabili.

Ci siamo andati per un pranzo in famiglia la domenica con menù della casa: 10 e lode , tutto buono a partire dalle entrées per finire con i dolci spettacolari. Carta dei vini più che soddisfacente. Una menzione in particolare al servizio di alto livello con Gianmichele e Matteo. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente.

This hotel-restaurant is located in a charming, authentic village. We were warmly welcomed by Olga, who was very friendly. The food is excellent. Don't miss the porcini mushroom dish; it's a real treat! The rooms are a decent size and clean. In short, a place to remember.

Today we casually visited a fantastic restaurant in a small village in the Cuneo valleys, where silence and peace reign supreme. We found this restaurant exceptional. The cuisine is perfect, plentiful, with authentic ingredients and meticulously prepared dishes. The portions are generous, even if you order them repeatedly. What stood out was the cappuccino, a typical appetizer with creamed potatoes, slow-cooked egg, and mushrooms; the ravioli were exceptional, with a fantastic filling; and the main course was meat and porcini mushrooms. Highly recommended for anyone passing through the area or visiting specifically.

Amazing mushroom dinner. Appetizer: raw meat with porcini mushrooms and raw mushrooms, amazing and plentiful. First course: tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, good, perhaps a little thin with the sauce. Second course: fried porcini mushrooms, excellent and plentiful. Prices are reasonable considering the quantity of mushrooms served.

I stayed a few days with my cat and we had a wonderful time. The place is enchanting, surrounded by nature, with a beautiful park, a wellness area, and a forest behind it. A stream runs nearby. I congratulate Olga, Manuel, and the entire staff for their expertise and courtesy. The food was excellent, and the selection for me, a celiac, was practically the same as the regular menu. Each dish was better than the next, local and low-impact cuisine, spot-on choices. A huge variety, lots of mushrooms! A strategic location both for nature trails (next time I'll visit the centuries-old chestnut tree) and for mountain excursions to charming villages, as well as for visiting Cuneo and neighboring towns. France is just a stone's throw away. I will definitely return, perhaps with the autumn colors.

Exceptional! A place surrounded by greenery and peace that allows you to recharge your batteries even just by spending a day. The staff were very welcoming; we felt pampered and at home. The food was exquisite and carefully prepared. An atmosphere of well-being and friendliness—just what you need to return home with a light mind and heart, as well as a satisfied palate. Let's give it 5 stars; it deserves them. Here, the price is always the key. The zingara with raw scottona and fresh porcini mushrooms is a truly high-quality dish, and the corn-breaded and fried mushrooms don't have a trace of oil. Excellent. The first courses are also good. It's clear that the long-standing management of the eighty-year-old owner, a thoughtful and lucid presence, has left a mark that, hopefully, will be a lesson. Hats off! The price is absolutely in line with the quality of the food served. Honest wines with refills.

A Sunday Lunch to Remember We booked on Sunday morning at 9 a.m. and were lucky to get a lovely table. I came on a friend’s recommendation, with no expectations or prior knowledge—and what a surprise it turned out to be. The restaurant offers a single set menu for everyone, and what followed was nearly three hours of heartfelt cuisine and impeccable service. The atmosphere was warm and genuine, like being welcomed into a friendly neighbor’s home. The beautifully decorated dining room, filled with floral paintings, added to the charm. The guests were mostly Italian, and during lunch, a table celebrated a 95-year-old man’s birthday—everyone joined in with applause, adding a touch of shared joy to the experience. Every dish was excellent, and the staff spoke both English and French, making us feel truly at ease. Thank you so much—you didn’t just serve us lunch, you gave us a memorable experience.

Today I was on the mountainbike and I got a problem. I stopped at Albergo Fungo Reale for help. They tried to help me with gear, but when it didn't work, they arranged a new bike for me. They drove me with their car to the bike rent. I was allowed to leave my bike in their garage. Later when I picked it up, they just were happy everything was ok. It was a service for somebody in trouble. That's what I call service. Thanks to the people of Albergo Fungo Reale.

The restaurant is dated but tidy, the staff are friendly and fast, and the food is top-notch! We ate there both last night and today for lunch, and they were delicious! We'll definitely be back. The facility is very nice, with a lovely lawn and convenient parking. The room we were assigned, on the first floor, definitely needs updating, with old, shabby furnishings... but I think they're slowly working on it, because the photos of the rooms on their website are decidedly modern, and I think they're on the top floor...

A restaurant with a small, well-kept park. Despite the August 15th crowds, we were served in a reasonable amount of time. All the dishes were excellent. I recommend the cappuccino with mushrooms, the risotto, and the guanciotto. Compliments to everyone. We'll be back with friends, sure to make, as we say, "a good impression."

Best inside that outside, even if the park along is very cool. Food was good enough particularly some starters based on "funghi porcini".

We went with high expectations, but... we walked in and no one, no one paid attention to us... Minutes passed, and we were the ones looking for someone... I see they do this to everyone! Very noisy place, 1 hour and 20 minutes to get a meal, small portions, average prices, and the food, for me, wasn't thrilled. The service from one waitress was "unusual"... The young man and woman, however, were good and helpful! In short, expectations were disappointed! The final bill left us quite sad... What a shame!

Having previously mentioned that I'm a vegetarian, I went to eat mushrooms... The rude waiter told me that just this once he could give me fried mushrooms because they were running low... Let's not even talk about the bill... without wine for two, it seems like a real rip-off to pay over 100 euros considering the service and what we ate! Highly not recommended!!. The only reason I'm not giving zero stars is because of the service. I definitely won't return!!!

I went for lunch today. After seeing a promotion online, which they said was years old, I didn't find what I was looking for. I don't understand why they don't remove it. The food was average, and I must say the garden is beautifully kept. I didn't find the service friendly and the organization was chaotic. I certainly wouldn't recommend it to friends.
