A Rivoli location at the foot of the castle. As soon as you enter, you can smell the history imprinted on the walls and shelves. A vast assortment of pastries, brioches, cakes, and savory treats, all rigorously fresh. Excellent quality.

Una domenica di passeggio a RIVOLI , con il Mercatino classico delle cose usate.... Riusciamo a sederci in questa storica Pasticceria-Caffetteria, con pochi tavoli ed arredamento d'epoca .... Abbiamo preso il "Bombardino" ed era veramente piacevole e delizioso .... Servizio molto cortese e prezzo non ricaricato, pur serviti al tavolo : una cosa da rimarcare ed una eccezione in giro per Torino e dintorni ! Ci siamo trovati bene e ci torneremo sicuramente ....

Domenica mattina alla ricerca dei luoghi letterari di Rivoli narrati nel libro "Quel tempo ritrovato fra ironia e paradossi" di Piero Leonardi, in cui si racconta di questa storica pasticceria e del suo fascino antico... In effetti il locale, piccolo ma suggestivo, rimanda ad atmosfere del '900, la pasticceria è deliziosa, il servizio rapido e preciso. Un po' più di empatia da parte del personale renderebbe questo luogo ancora più magico...

Cioccolata da 5.-.. troppo liquida...

Gelato e crema di caffè ottime. Avrei preferito un po' più di correttezza, quando ordinata la coppetta piccola al banco (2,50) mi è stato detto che al tavolo poteva essere portata solo in vetro. Ho detto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi, mi aspettavo un incremento per il costo del servizio ma non un aumento nel costo della coppetta. Sarebbe stato più carino e corretto comunicarlo.

I'm sorry but the coffee has a bitter aftertaste and the hot chocolate with cream is completely inadequate. I only give a thumbs up to the pastry shop where I saw well-made products with a good selection but at high prices.

A historic pastry shop on Rivoli's most glamorous street, the famous Via Piol, the decor and small tables evoke the atmosphere of the late 19th century. Over the years, it has remained a historic landmark for the city and surrounding area. Warm zabaglione with Piedmontese torcetti biscuits, on these chilly post-Christmas evenings, seems like the perfect pairing to good company. For my wife, a good hot chocolate. I have to be honest, this year I wasn't thrilled with the zabaglione. It's very, very sweet, definitely too sweet, and the alcoholic note, which makes it very similar to a bombardino, only enhances the sweetness further. It's very unbalanced, nauseating. The hot chocolate is average, neither good nor bad; there are certainly far better cups of it around Turin. Also not to be overlooked is the unfortunate fact that the customer restrooms are located outside in a courtyard, a completely unimportant fact if the drinks were perfect. The torcetti were a bit dry and, in my opinion, a bit stale. It's a shame, in previous years I'd found them to be decidedly superior. I'll give it three stars, though, balancing it with the excellent fresh pastries.

A lovely historic establishment, with tables inside and outside. Service is courteous and quick, but not professional. Coffee is good but nothing exceptional. Excellent pastries, including croissants and puff pastry, and savory and raw pizza. Prices are slightly above average, partly justified by the location, partly not. A visit is recommended.

Terrible service, a 40-minute wait for a day-old croissant, rude and snobbish. Fast service for friends of friends. Definitely not recommended...
