I enjoyed lunch here. As other reviewers have noted the food is "fine", however the wine selection is incredible and the ambience makes for an extremely pleasurable experience. Also, on this day, the staff was impeccable - friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Walked in thinking it was a restaurant but was pleasantly surprised when I found out it was a wine bar. We got a delicious cheese and meat platter with what I thought was the best bottle of bubbles I'd ever had. With bottles covering the walls floor to ceiling and the barrel tables made for a really romantic atmosphere. Bottle prices to range from cheap to expensive making it a wine lovers must go on any budget

Tried this place a few weeks ago. Service was friendly and the wine was good. Only problem was I had to share a table with a woman who was sharing a bottle of water. She smelled of urine. I suggested she go to Bicerin in via Cataldi. More her kind of place.

Posto sincero a Milano per buoni vini accompagnati da piatti semplici e di tradizione. Molto consigliato per un aperitivo in compagnia o una cena spensierata!

Pranzo di lavoro: ambiente piacevole, piatti con ingredienti di qualità, servizio discreto. Peccato che non ho preso nessun vino perché aveva veramente una grande scelta!

È una enoteca curata, con una selezione di vini al calice a rotazione. Prodotti sempre di qualità. Prezzi un po' alti rispetto alle dosi versate, ma vini senza dubbio interessanti, spesso ottimi.

Ottima selezione di vini e personale competente. Tagliere misto con un bel mix di salumi e formaggi. Prezzi leggermente più alti della media, ma la qualità si paga!

Locale molto alla mano per bere buon vino in compagnia! Ambiente piacevole. I piatti meno in particolare la tartare non sembrava freschissima. Per il resto tutto ok.

Un posto sereno, pacifico, frequentato da tranquilli amanti del vino e delle lunghe chiacchierate. Tra i miei posti preferiti in zona per un vino da sola o in compagnia, soprattutto nella bella stagione. Servizio piacevole e accogliente. Non contesto i prezzi del vino, la selezione è interessante e preferisco spendere qualcosa in più piuttosto che svegliarmi al mattino con una bolla dolorante in testa; ritoccherei i prezzi dei piatti, rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo un po’ fuori misura. Oppure, offrirei qualche stuzzichino in più insieme al vino (al momento offrono solo pane e olio), sopratutto se si prende una bottiglia.. Due olive, un po’ di formaggio, due chips, non mandano in bancarotta nessuno ma rendono l’esperienza più piacevole. D’altra parte in enoteca si va principalmente per bere (ma noi abbiamo fameee), quindi più che consigliato soprattutto a chi vuole godersi un buon calice prima o dopo cena.

It's a nice little place. I felt a little weird ordering just a glass of wine when I was the only one in the place, since it seems slightly more like a "buy the bottle" sort of place, but it's really pleasant. Seems like a place where lots of friends of the owners stop by, which made it feel very companionable. Also, the current Google hours are wrong. Check the actual website. I think it opens for the afternoon around 16:30

Nice moody wine bar, with a great selection of wines from all over Italy (and beyond). Wooden communal tables and a couple smaller tables. The staff is competent and the service efficient. Good quality cured meats and cheese platters.

Purtroppo questo posto conferma l’esagerazione di Milano e i suoi prezzi eccessivi. Sarà mai possibile riuscire a bere un buon calice di vino bianco ad un prezzo ragionevole? Ma soprattutto… questo può essere considerato un calice da servire ad un cliente? Sono rimasta sbalordita dal “goccino “ di friulano che mi è stato servito al prezzo di 7,50€. Ammetto che non ho resistito e ho manifestato la mia incredulità alla ragazza alla cassa che, nonostante battutine, dopo aver visto la foto che ho scattato ha deciso di non farmi pagare il calice!!! Grazie

La scelta del menù è da tavola calda: poche opzioni, quantità ridotte ma con prezzi tutt'altro che leggeri. Quanto ai vini al bicchiere non aspettatevi una lista con i prezzi, io credevo fosse un'obbligo di legge ma anzi chiedendola vi sentirete degli eccentrici. Vi viene chiesto semplicemente che tipo di vino volete e poi fanno loro.. . Praticamente un atto di fede. Interessante anche il rapporto quantità / prezzo (8 euro per bicchiere). L'ambiente punta all'informalita' ma il conto ha sogni più ambiziosi. Circa 100 euro in due per due calici e un piatto a testa più un tagliere condiviso. Uomo avvertito mezzo salvato

Abbastanza cortese, ma calice troppo ingeneroso anche per i livelli di milano (vrs altri tavoli peraltro), a fronte di prezzo decisamente alto. Inoltre ignora gli ingredienti del menù, di qualità media.

Frequentavo il posto qualche anno fa. Sono tornato questa settimana e credo fermamente che la gestione sia cambiata: meno ospitali, servizio più freddo e molto meno cortesia. La proposta dei vini è sempre ottima, si intenda, ma il contorno - almeno per il mio percepito - è variato e di tanto. L'ho sempre ritenuto uno tra i locali più validi di Milano per un buon bicchiere di vino proprio per la grande qualità della proposta, ma per me in un locale anche l'ospitalità è parte integrante di come si sta.

Purtroppo devo allinearmi ad alcune recensioni...8 euro per due dita, e non esagero, di vino , buono, ma due dita vere. Al posto di banalissime patatine noccioline che forse costerebbero un po' di più Servono del pane un po' vecchiotto con dell'olio devo dire discreto. Però gli può imbarazzante rapporto qualità prezzo e servizio che non è professionale ma devo dire simpatico. Effettivamente in cassa non ho trovato degli animatori guattori comici bensì musi lunghi nonostante il locale strapieno con comitive già note quindi sembra di entrare in casa altrui senza quella sensazione di ospitalità che dovrebbe convocare una enoteca Milanese. Location bella ma tavoli all'aperto un po sciatti. Non in linea con il sapore del locale

Sparkling Chardonnay and cheese & ham platter were the only things we liked there. Bartenders were totally wrong with their choices of wine for us. They didn’t even try to accommodate to our taste, seemed like they were pouring random wines to us. I do like Italian wines in general but couldn’t drink they gave us. When we saw the bill it also didn’t help as all wines were 7-8 € per glass. Disappointing..

Il peggior posto dove fare qualsiasi cosa con il tuo cane. Non sono pet friendly, non lo consiglio assolutamente. Non ci tornerò mai più.

Rude owners who treated me like an imbecile because I am not very fluent in Italian. I wanted to celebrate my birthday there but clearly the staff was not fond of the idea. I wanted to try some sparkling wine, the presented choices were a joke. Better take your money and knowledge of wine to Cantine Isola - super nice staff, amazing sortiment.

Left this place rather disappointed today. The service was horrible (I stood in front of the servers for quite some time until they asked me what I wanted to drink). Not once did they follow up to see if we wanted anything else. When I asked for water, we got a bottle and two glasses. Both of the glasses smelled like urine (gross!). Go elsewhere for a better experience! Seems like they only cater to and prefer Italian customers. Suggestion: Bicerin Milano @ via Panfilo Castaldi, 24
