Una certezza, sempre!! Sono anni che ci andiamo per celebrare eventi speciali e alla Fornace abbiamo sempre trovato la coccola giusta per passare una serata all'insegna della delizia. Squisito il servizio, con il giusto compromesso tra eleganza e familiarità, accogliente l'ambiente, con luci soffuse e musica discreta, ma soprattutto superlativo il cibo per qualità, lavorazione, impiattamento e presentazione. Che dire ci torneremo sicuramente!

My girlfriend and I had dinner at "La Fornace" restaurant for my birthday. As usual, the restaurant was very tastefully decorated, both in terms of the decor and the music. The service was sublime, with Stefania and Marco treating us truly wonderfully. The food was equally impressive. Chef Andolfatto and sous-chef Alessia truly amazed us with their sophisticated flavors, while still showcasing seasonality and the utmost respect for the ingredients. Highly recommended for any occasion, and excellent for any dietary needs given the wide selection available!

I returned for dinner at this renowned restaurant, a place I hadn't been to for a while! From the very beginning, I sensed a different atmosphere, created by the lighting, the appropriate spacing between the tables, and the warm welcome! The expertise of their renowned chef, Marconi, is always an added bonus! A spectacular wine list (practically a book) where you can choose from a variety of excellent wines! The round table reserved for us was very welcome, even for just two people! The service was attentive, discreet but always super, alert, and present, under the guidance of the owners! They've finally introduced raw fish, and here, beyond the undeniable freshness and quality of the ingredients, the chef's mastery of presentation was evident! An exceptional visual impact, with the sublime flavor of everything served! Both the entree and the small pastries offered at the end of the meal were also appreciated! The quality/price ratio, for those who know how much good products cost, is excellent! The title I gave this review reflects what I truly experienced! I will gladly return, even to try the other specialties! Thank you so much... You gave us a truly fantastic evening! See you next time! A very elegant and well-maintained restaurant located inside the Hotel Poli. Since we were a group of about 10 people, they reserved a small room for us featuring a stunning fireplace surrounded by bottles, and on the other side an island with burners and a slicer. The maître d' was fantastic and friendly, and the chef was superb. The dishes were delicious and prepared with attention to every detail.

A wonderful experience! An intimate dinner with my partner! I found it by chance on Google, and it was a wonderful discovery. We'll definitely be back. We chose the "buon ricordo" menu, which included a hand-painted plate as a gift from the wonderful dinner. The staff welcomed us warmly and served us impeccably!

Personale molto gentile e preparato, attento al cliente. Ostriche eccezionali! Menù non ampio, ma che viene modificato in base alla stagionalità oltre ad alcuni piatti fuori menù che vengono illustrati dal personale di sala.

Vengo a cena da solo. Antipasto... Primo... Due calici di vino (senza acqua) totale 65€! Pesce completamente insapore e a fine cena ancora fame. Lo chef è bravo ma la materia prima è davvero di bassa qualità. E poi i prezzi..... Se si viene in due e si prende una bottiglia di vino quanto si spende? Più di 200€? Assolutamente non giustificati. Non basta avere prezzi esorbitanti per essere ristoranti di livello, ci vuole anche la sostanza.
