My first time at this restaurant/pizzeria, what can I say? Everything was perfect! I made a reservation online and it was seamless, the atmosphere was very welcoming, and the food was top-notch! I had a pizza that was a work of art, as well as delicious! My wife had a fritto misto, and according to her, it was one of the best she's ever had! My son had trofie with pesto, and I can only say that at the end of the meal, his plate was cleaner than new! But the icing on the cake was the service: everyone was very polite, well-prepared, and kind! Congratulations! We'll definitely be going again.

If you're in Cogoleto, you should just pick this place! I'm always skeptical when places serve both pizza and food, but here the quality is very high!

Super pizza! The place is large, however I recommend booking. The aspect that I appreciated is the use of zero km ingredients from local companies. I chose the focaccia with vegetables and burrata, compliments, excellent. Local beer and to finish a simple fiordilatte ice cream, truly special! Well done.

Huge, top-quality pizzas: The dough, thanks to perfect leavening, is very light and crispy, making it easy to digest. The ingredients used for the toppings (all very imaginative and delicious) are almost all sourced from local producers. The staff is made up of young, very kind and professional people. I'd also like to try the inviting dishes on the restaurant menu... so... I'll definitely be back!!

We didn’t try the pizza but oh my, the Pappardelle Octopus was so tasty. Don’t miss the Pistamisù. The portions were a bit small for the price, but was so tasty that I’ll give it a 5*.

Pizzeria Piro Piro ..... Ci é stata Consigliata da un "indigeno" una persona del posto, ci siamo fidati e non abbiamo fatto male, il locale é spazioso e ha la possibilità di posti esterni, il camerieri sono cordiali e disponibili, il reparto cucina ha avuto un problema con la cottura di una cotoletta che prontamente ci hanno cambiato e non ci hanno fatto pagare.... Quindi già un ottima cosa il locale é concentrato sulle Pizza ma hanno anche qualche piatto dalla cucina. La Pizza... Sul menù ci sono due tipi di pizze "romana" sottile e friabile , "napoletana" pizza classica... Qui va a gusti ma buone entrambe.... buona varietà di scelta, con possibilità di fare fuori menù quindi se la vuoi comporre tu e hanno gli ingredienti sono molto disponibili. I dolci davvero un altro punto a favore fatti da loro, la base della cheesecake cottura al forno voto 9 é davvero molto buona peccato per il topping secondo me ci starebbe meglio una crema io ho preso quella al pistacchio ed era troppo dolce... Tiramisù voto 9

Abbiamo mangiato una buona pizza sia fatta von farina 00 che con multicereali e carbone. Il locale è grazioso anche se un po impersonale. Speso 74 euro in 4( 4 pizze 2 birre 2 acqua minerale 2 caffe)

Returned after 15 days... excellent confirmation... for my personal taste, I definitely prefer the "thin" pizza. I'd already written: Good variety of pizzas... original and not classic entry-level. Good choice of dough (whole wheat, thin crust, and Neapolitan with a high crust). Good customer service, without any particular "salesy" or pushiness. See you next time!

The exterior isn't particularly appealing, but inside, in its simplicity, it's quite well-kept and welcoming. The pizza selection is interesting, all unique, some changing seasonally. Careful attention is paid to the combination of ingredients and the dough; each pizza can be made with more than one type of dough. The ingredients are also carefully chosen, either locally or from select suppliers. There's a selection of dishes, but we went for pizza, so we just ordered fishballs as appetizers. A great experience, the waiters are young and efficient, and very good.

My first impression was that of a food hall but don't get tricked by that. It is actually are super tradionell pizzeria. Thr stuff was a bit slow but super lovely. The food is really good. We got fries and pizza and both has been just great.

Booked a table on a *very* busy night. We arrived on time but were late being seated, which happens. It's a big place with plenty of staff, but they appeared to have only one person taking orders for the whole place, meaning it took nearly 45 minutes to attract their attention and order. Pizze were quite good, but some of their cheese-first options were a bit dry (felt like they needed more fresh tomato)

Unfortunately, my partner and I had a bad experience. The pizzas are exorbitantly priced, which are absolutely not justified... On the contrary... The pizzas were sparse in ingredients and even though they were not Neapolitan style, mine had swollen edges... Practically only the center of the pizza was filled, the rest was like eating a dry wafer... I wanted to ask for it to be remade but I wanted to eat with my partner and not wait any longer. My partner's pizza was cold and with cold cheese put on top... I'm attaching a photo. If you put pizzas at those prices a customer expects much more, judging also by the quantity. Usually the average price of pizzerias is around 9 euros per pizza... But if you charge 12, 13, 15 euros, it doesn't seem right to me to present them as meager and poorly made. In other pizzerias, with 8/9 euros, you eat a great pizza. I also find it strange that in a pizzeria there is a choice of only a dozen pizzas and that's it... And if someone wanted to eat a capricciosa or a classic pizza, they can't?!! As for desserts, minimum 7 euros.... As for the service, I found it out of place and exaggerated in its manner..."I would like to but I can't", which doesn't fit well with the context... (We are in Cogoleto, not Hollywood) So much smoke and mirrors, so much "fluff" and little substance To conclude... ok the idea of ​​wanting to make an innovative and trendy cuisine (as well as the all-technological service...) but to do it you have to do it well, otherwise it is much better to keep the simplicity, which never goes out of fashion. You can experiment with thousands of dishes, the world changes, as do fashions, but A carbonara (for example, my concept) is always a carbonara, fortunately; authentic and classic flavors never go out of style. I wanted to respond to your response to my review on Tripadvisor. First of all, thank you for writing to me, then I wanted to point out 2 things. The first is that we were absolutely NOT told that the "normal" pizzas were only available using the QR code, I swear to you! In fact... We were given the paper menu with the few pizzas written on it, and that apart from the off-menu pizza there was a pizza called Tonnarina or a similar name, and that while you were waiting there was the option of having mussels al verde. Stop. We were not told anything else, and honestly the rest of the QR code was NOT explained to us at all. Second thing... Aside from your technical explanations about the different doughs, I notice you haven't said anything about Madreterra pizza... I'm certain of your intellectual honesty, and if you look at the photo of that pizza, or anyone else does, you can't help but notice its visual ugliness and total lack of ingredients, and I assure you, zero taste! If, however, you think that pizza is well-made and well-presented, then I hold my hands up. Believing in your good faith, I'm sure you'll find much truth in my words. Looking at the photos of your other pizzas, they look very different... Beautiful and inviting... The pizzas we have aren't as well-made, just look at them!
