I've already tried this pizzeria, both on-site and for takeout. It offers an excellent selection of pizzas and prompt delivery. For a kids' birthday pizza party, everything was always perfect, with great kindness and helpfulness. Special mention goes to Tima's exemplary service: professional, attentive, fast, and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Great experience and quality pizza. I had dinner at this pizzeria and the experience was very pleasant. The place is very tidy and clean. The modern style makes it welcoming. The staff is very attentive and always available. The pizza is of excellent quality with a lot of choice. The only suggestion I would make is to offer a greater choice of beers. Those offered by the place are within the standard range but the possibility of also being able to choose craft beers would increase the appreciation making the place my favorite pizzeria. Definitely worth trying and making it a point of reference for the neighborhood. Well done

The best pizzeria in Certosa! ❤️🤩 Very cute, fresh, and atmospheric; there are two dining rooms. They also do "pizza-focaccia"! It's also the only pizzeria with a unique design. Great for celebrating a birthday or having a nice evening with friends :)

Last night, we dined there for the first time, even though we're regulars from home. The place is spotless, the waiter is incredibly kind and helpful, despite the busy dining room, and the pizza is always delicious. Eaten hot, it's unmatched, with quality ingredients and a light, crispy crust. However, the real surprise was the homemade desserts (which we regretfully didn't take photos of, out of greed): we ordered the torta della nonna and the amaretto semifreddo, which we found not only generous in portions, but also exquisite, well-balanced in flavor, and beautifully presented. This is thanks to the pastry chef, whom we commended for her skill and attention to detail. I recommend everyone try them, because they're definitely worth it!

I went to eat at Pizza Alex and had a really good time. Aside from the pizza being really good (as usual), the real novelty was the dessert and the variety of draft beer they offer! The new place is truly welcoming and enjoyable, a rare find in a neighborhood like Certosa. The service was also good, with a friendly and helpful waiter.

Excellent place, located in a less upscale setting, unfortunately. The atmosphere and decor are very nice, and the service is excellent. The pizza is for those who love very thin pizzas. Farinata (or chickpea cake for us Livorno locals) didn't satisfy me. It was too thin, lacking in oil, and lacking in flavor, but that's just my humble opinion (we Livorno locals know how to make it better). I suggest getting the Coke on tap, as they only have the glass version, not the can, which costs €3.50.

Pizza buonissima, una delle migliori a Certosa, ma il servizio di consegna a domicilio è pessimo. Di solito arriva in ritardo, ma recentemente è arrivato a casa più di mezz’ora in anticipo, costringendomi a servire la pizza fredda ai miei ospiti…. Mi dispiace perché la pizza è molto valida.

Ordered seven pizzas, one was missing the ham, another the fries. Delivery was 40 minutes late. It's a shame because the pizzas were good, but the service wasn't.

The waiter was rude and surly. I came into the place once and I was standing there, and she didn't even notice me. I approached her to ask if we could sit down, otherwise, no. Then I ordered a Nutella pizza, and the first thing I had to say was over the phone, they told me that the pizza was eaten cold, even though I've always ordered it at other pizzerias, and it was hot. In terms of their response, it's really rude, not even saying "sorry" or something like that. I strongly advise against the Nutella pizza. And I think they should be kinder.

The owner is extremely rude. I was insulted for complaining, not once, but at least ten times about serious delays (about 30 minutes). This time I got fed up and called them to complain. The owner was in the background while I was talking to the secretary who was swearing and making comments about me, insulting me and blaming me for the delay only because I called to find out where my pizzas had gone after a half-hour delay. Terrible, really. I hope they close. Too bad about the pizza, but the owner is terrible.
