The pizzas were delicious; you can watch the guy making them right there. We went twice during our visit since the restaurant was close to our apartment.
One of the best pizzerias in Milan! I've tried so many, and Regina Catarì is undoubtedly one of the best. Huge pizzas, fast service, and total satisfaction. Pizza is always on the weekends, and when I'm in the area, I already know where to go. A guarantee! And they also have Leffe beer, which is top notch.

Small and cozy place overlooking the wood-fired oven. Wide selection of pizzas, from classic to gourmet. Classic Neapolitan pizza. The pizza is simply delicious, made with authentic and flavorful ingredients. The Montanare are also delicious!! Fair prices, also available on the fork. The "Incanto" dessert, caramel, chocolate, etc., is delicious.

A wonderful evening spent enjoying excellent Neapolitan cuisine—the pizzas, I'm talking about, truly made just like in Naples! I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza, with its excellent toppings and perfect crust! Kudos to all the staff, especially to Mrs. Annetta, who runs the place with such experience and professionalism! Can only comment on the take away pizzas - but they were bloody good! Fresh, tasty and well topped. AND - very quickly prepared. It’s well used by locals (and the service is efficient rather than friendly), but no fault with the pizzas!
Amazing pizza and amazing staff
We ordered take away and sort of wished we had chosen to dine in - the restaurant had a bright and warm atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pizza was delicious, too!
Lovely staff and great pizza
I absolutely loved the pizza! It was super delicious! I'm so glad we found it recently and it's so close to our house. I'm definitely gonna be back. The place is small so it's better to book a table beforehand but they have also tables outside.

Excellent pizzeria in the eastern part of Milan. The pizza is truly delicious. The place is small, seating less than 30 people, but overall it's welcoming and clean. The service is quick and informal. The prices aren't exactly cheap; there's a €2 cover charge, but everything is on paper. Highly recommended.
