A pleasant experience. A friend recommended this place, and it lived up to our expectations. We loved the rustic atmosphere as well as the dishes. The menu may seem limited, but the options (schiaccine and bruschetta) are delicious and appetizing, with an endless variety of options. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The wait staff is kind and helpful. We were very satisfied and will be returning more often.

I returned last night after a very long time. My friends and I couldn't have found a better place for a last-minute dinner: a table in the outdoor garden in a neat and clean environment, quiet enough to chat. And the schiacciate, as usual, were excellent! A sure thing.

After more than 20 years, I returned to Mistura Fina... and immediately regretted it took me so long! A historic restaurant with a traditional, rustic atmosphere, but with truly astonishing quality ingredients. The homemade salsa rosa is simply unique: creamy, flavorful, and unmistakable. The bruschetta selection is extensive and delicious, all carefully prepared and generously portioned. The schiacciata also deserves special mention, handcrafted and with a flavor you'll never forget. A sincere place, focused on quality and authentic flavor. I'll be back very soon. Definitely worth a try!

Mistura Fina is a secret "cave" where you can retreat with friends or family and spend a wonderful evening surrounded by a warm, exemplarily warm, and timeless atmosphere. Excellent bruschetta and crispy schiacciatine, expertly filled, original, and highly digestible (the dough is truly one-of-a-kind). Affordable and fair prices, even for drinks. This is why Mistura Fina is a must-visit! And please, don't change anything, don't transform, or modernize even a single tile in the entrance, otherwise everything will lose its magic. Mistura Fina is a pub located in Vergonzana, 7 km from Crema. A historic and slightly vintage venue, nestled in the Crema countryside, with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Here you'll find excellent schiaccine, or stuffed flatbreads. We ordered two: one with porchetta and scamorza and the other with radicchio and Zola cream. Both were delicious, beautifully stuffed, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside—truly amazing! Then we continued with bruschetta. There are several flavors, and since there were so many of us, we managed to try almost all of them. Very good! Finally, we finished off with a bang by ordering homemade desserts: a cheesecake and a tiramisu. The unique aspect is that there's no real menu; all the options will be explained to you by the waitresses. Perhaps a unique place, perfect for a quiet evening and a blast from the past!

It's been 40 years since I've been to Mistura Fina. I returned after all these years, and it was a delightful surprise! Everything is just as I left it, including the owners, who have maintained the place's authenticity. The bruschetta is fabulous. Over the years, they've added schiacciatina, a delicious, crispy bread... we tried it with garlic oil and pancetta, and of course the bruschetta with gorgonzola... It's a spectacle... a step back in time... I recommend it to bruschetta lovers, because you'll be hard-pressed to find better.
