Very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and well-kept. No loud music. The prices are incredibly reasonable for a place on one of the main streets in the center of Milan. The wait was more or less short. The menu had a wide variety. I'm very satisfied.

Piadineria is a well-established format in the Italian fast-casual scene, with a self-service setup that, at least operationally, functions in an orderly and intuitive manner. The entry experience is linear: well-positioned kiosks, simple flow, and waiting times in line with expectations. From this perspective, the model's efficiency is its strength, offering a frictionless customer journey. However, when it comes to the heart of the offering—the piadina—the value proposition weakens. The piadinas are decent but lack the distinctive character one would expect from a specialized brand. The dough isn't surprising, the fillings are standardized, and the overall impression conveys more routine than craftsmanship. There's nothing truly wrong, but nothing that makes one want to return for the quality of the product itself. Another point worth mentioning concerns the service at the counter. When I passed by, the piadina seller clearly seemed to be having a bad day: little attention, no smile, and a mechanical approach. It happens, of course, but in a concept so based on speed and informality, the human micro-moment makes the difference. It was missing here. In short, La Piadineria maintains good operational performance but fails to distinguish itself through its product or guarantee a consistent customer experience. It's a practical option, not a memorable one.

Buono, peccato per chi lavora che non utilizza guanti. Lo trovo veramente poco igienico. Toccano soldi, toccano loro stessi magari e poi preparano da mangiare senza lavarsele o igienizzarle.

I'm a regular at La Piadineria in Piazza Olivetti (Symbiosis), where they make extraordinary piadinas. Today I had lunch at the Corso di Porta Romana store: a disaster. I ordered a Leggenda piadina (very lightly filled and undercooked) and a baby Nutella (raw). The tables are wobbly, and the checkout staff are decidedly unwelcoming. I thought all the stores would have the same quality standards, but no: every location has the same name, same bill (expensive), but different products. Who knows! Never again.

The bag in which they gave us our food was dripping with sauce with various mystery meats stuck to the OUTSIDE OF THE BAG. They forgot ingredients, it was crowded to high hell, The tables and seats were dirty, and was too expensive for what it was, Dirt food.

Da affezionato cliente, se un ingrediente non è adatto ad essere inserito nella preparazione: 1) non lo inserisci 2) se te lo faccio notare, ti scusi e ti offri di sostituire la piadine scelta con un'altra.

Sono entrato (ore 14.50 Ven.24 gen.), al bancone c'era una ragazza che (senza guardarmi) ha traffico con delle sue cose eppoi è scomparsa (nemmeno un ''arrivo subito''); attendo, attendo, e attendo per ordinare ... dopo ben 5 min. decido di andarmene! UN CLIENTE IN MENO QUEL GIORNO (oggi), UN CLIENTE IN MENO PER SEMPRE.

On October 23rd, I returned with a bang and was informed by a table that the girl behind the counter was alone and couldn't make piadinas. We were there last night before attending a show at the Teatro Carcano, which was supposed to start at 8:30 PM. We arrived around 7:45 PM with the intention of grabbing a quick bite before the show, but the problem was that there was only one woman managing the entire place. The piadinas never arrived, and around 8:25 PM we had to ask for a refund to get to the theater on time. I feel very sorry for the woman, and I blame whoever put her in this situation. Leaving just one worker to manage the kitchen and counter is a stupid idea, to say the least.

The staff was slow, rude, and quite ugly, making it hard to see. The place was dirty, reflecting the staff; I saw them pick up trash and throw it on the grill. The fries were inedible. They were peeled and soaked in oil; I counted them at €3 for 46 fries. Disgusting, I hope they close down.
