It was extraordinary. Great drinks, a beautiful, organized place. The staff were very attentive to the customers. We didn't go to eat pizza, but to have an experience. The pizza was very well made and baked. I would like to thank the employee Sara who, in addition to the excellent service, gave us some tips on flavors and drinks for our next experience. Ambiente super gostoso e descontraído, colaboradores qualificados e bem educados, pizza excelente. Parabéns. O espaço kids nas terças não tem pessoas para cuidar dos pequenos. Como a porta de saída e entrada é em linha reta os pais não ficam a vontade pois vi várias vezes as crianças saírem do local. O cardápio é todo no tablet. Deveria haver uma opção em papel para que outras pessoas que não gostam de pedir sozinho possam desfrutar do local. Existem empresários que ficam dia todo no computador e o que querem é ser bem atendido e escolher na moda antiga.

Bis pizza is always the best, no matter which city you go to, so I already knew I wouldn't be disappointed with the one in Curitiba. The place is comfortable, with soft lighting, low background music, and no waiting line. Orders don't take long to arrive, and I went on the weekend. The quality of the pizza is excellent, from the crust, which is the best of all pizzerias, to the filling. Several different savory flavors, but not many sweet options. There is a kids' meal that comes with a mini pizza + Kinder Egg + drink + fries, which is perfect for our son. It comes before the adults' pizza, and the child eats and then goes to play. One downside is the kids' area, as it is designed for very young children (TV showing Peppa Pig, drawing tables...), so 8-year-olds, like my son, don't have much to play with. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The staff are friendly and proactive, but there's a somewhat annoying part where they serve the pizza on your plate. They stay close to your table, and as soon as you finish one slice, they come and put another piece on it. It gives you a feeling of urgency, as if they're saying, "Eat quickly, clear the table, and make room for the next person."

They got my order wrong twice on the same day. I ordered dark chocolate pizza and it came white. I ordered sparkling water with lemon and ice and it came wrong.

Estive hoje no Pizza Bis Curitiba com alguns amigos e saímos de lá constrangidos e revoltados. Enquanto cantávamos parabéns para um dos aniversariantes do grupo, uma das atendentes no fundo do estabelecimento bateu com força as bandejas no balcão e, em seguida, saiu literalmente sapateando em fúria para dentro do restaurante. O gesto foi tão agressivo e desrespeitoso que se tornou um sinal claro de expulsão, como se nossa presença fosse um incômodo. É inacreditável que um lugar que vive de clientes mantenha pessoas tão mal preparadas no atendimento. Faltou profissionalismo, faltou bom senso e, sobretudo, faltou inteligência emocional. A sensação que tivemos foi péssima, quando apenas estávamos desejando uma refeição tranquila para celebrar uma ocasião especial. O Pizza Bis, além de pecar no atendimento, revela uma falha grave na escolha e no treinamento de sua equipe. Atendentes grosseiros, sem educação e sem qualquer tato social transformaram um momento que deveria ser agradável e feliz em uma experiência constrangedora. Uma casa que despreza seus clientes dessa maneira não merece confiança nem retorno.

Terrible. Yesterday we went to the pizzeria after church service. Several factors compromise the establishment: the price is completely unrealistic, even by Curitiba and Batel neighborhood standards (which doesn't mean anything anymore these days). Higher-level pizzerias in Curitiba like Baggio and Av. Paulista have better prices and much superior delivery. Besides, there are those classic neighborhood pizzerias... which, by the way, are mostly excellent and with prices half as low and top quality. I also highlight the poor atmosphere, as well as the lack of staff on a Saturday night, taking forever to serve... Anyone who doesn't plan or isn't competent enough to offer a quality, fast service at a competitive price shouldn't even dare to enter this business. Aside from the tiny parking lot, another terrible factor for customers who want a safe and spacious place to park. Finally, I recommended over 20 people to go to the pizzeria after church, and believe it or not: when I asked for some kind of discount when I went to pay the bill, they said NO, only a mini pizza that looked more like a donut for the birthday person!!! No discount on my bill because they can't grant that when the bills are separate, even if we're in the same group... The icing on the cake was that they couldn't remove the 10% service charge, which is an abusive practice. In other words, I would NEVER recommend it, and if you're smart, go to a pizzeria that values ​​the customer with excellent service, competitive prices, and little extras to win them over... Some already do this masterfully here in Curitiba!!
