I wasn't familiar with this place, having been invited by friends who have been going there for a while. The pre-dinner Spritz was good, I must say, and the appetizers were good, but according to our friends, a bit small for a group of four. Maybe it was the weather, but the place was packed with noisy kids (happy youth), and I must say I found it well-decorated and unique. WOULD I GO BACK? If I were to end up there, maybe...

UPDATE 11/05 After perhaps too long, I'm finally back, and it was just what I hoped. My favorite breakfast spot. The outdoor seating is the most beautiful in the area: inside, surrounded by a small garden, and beautifully decorated. The croissants are excellent, as always, and come in a wide variety of flavors. A while back, the only downside was the service, but today it was impeccable: the young lady was incredibly kind and friendly; there's always a bit of a wait, but that's understandable given the large crowd! I'll be back much more often! UPDATE 03/09 The owner contacted me to apologize for the incident, kindly offering me breakfast or an aperitif to make up for the inconvenience. It's these little gestures that make me realize how much attention they pay to the customer. I'm not one to expect to be waited on hand and foot, quite the opposite! I can only imagine how stressful it is to manage an entire dining room, and I'm the first to want to change my mind about what happened (especially considering how much I love the place), so I'll gladly return! REVIEW 01/09 A bad RE-start, much to my disappointment. As soon as I found out it had reopened after a year, I didn't hesitate to return to this bar I've always loved. Unfortunately, I've come for breakfast twice, and both times it didn't go so well. The fact that there were no croissants left at 9:30 is understandable; the problem is the service. After we sat down, one of the waitresses rudely told us, "Girls, you have to go and look at the croissants," and then ran off, when in fact we had already looked to see what was left. Not coming back, we got up to order them at the counter, but were pushed back to our table. What's the problem besides the rudeness? The fact that, while taking orders from people who arrived after us, the croissants were already sold out. So we just ordered two coffees. But that's not all: a family arrived, their order was taken right away, and now they were drinking their coffee while ours hadn't been brought yet. Half an hour after we ordered, we left. I'm really sorry... I don't know if the management has changed or it was just an unlucky morning, but I don't think I'll be back!

The place is very nice, and the food quality is the same. It's a shame the service is really slow, and at times even rude and annoyed. Perhaps the staff needs to be reconsidered, except for the owners, who are top-notch.

Nice place, but too scattered. There are 4-5 employees who aren't very good at coordinating with each other. We ordered, and after a while, breakfast finally arrived. For such a staff, I'd say they're a bit confused. I asked for a lukewarm cappuccino, and it arrived piping hot. Good breakfast. Tables inside and outside. Parking is a bit tight.

Ero andato presso questo bar diverso tempo fa ed era eccellente sia come location, che come cibo e come servizio. Tornato recentemente in un Sabato mattina abbastanza affollato: pessimo. L'ambiente resta nell'insieme carino, ma la gestione del servizio è stata pessima, con due sole persone (di cui un barista chiaramente alle prime armi) con persone ad attendere ai tavoli (sporchi) senza che nessuno prendesse le ordinazioni. Letteralmente crollato nelle aspettative e nella gestione. Se è così che si vuole gestire questo esercizio commerciale (di Sabato per giunta), allora è meglio andare a prendere le brioches al LIDL di fianco e mangiarsele a casa.

It's a real shame, the place is cute and the breakfast is good, but the staff needs to improve their kindness and courtesy towards customers. They struggle to say "good morning" as soon as they walk in With not even a hint of a smile!! I sit down, and after a few minutes, the girl taking my order says "tell me" in an annoyed manner, still without even a shred of kindness! But it doesn't end there... I ask if I can take away 7 croissants, and I can't tell you the annoyed looks from the waitress and her colleague; it was like I was asking for a huge favor! I felt uncomfortable, so I decided not to buy them! Really, really unpleasant! I've worked with the public for a long time, and this kind of attitude is absolutely unprofessional!

I went for coffee today with a friend and was shocked by the rudeness of the young waitress with long black hair. I hadn't even finished my drink, and she was already trying to take my cup away. I said no, and she came back shortly after, even before I'd finished. Let me start by saying that the place was half empty. Calm down, girl. I'll never set foot in this place again.
