Now hungry and unable to try the new cuisine, we stopped in Rovello Porro at this trattoria and pizzeria. Unfortunately, they don't serve pizza at lunchtime, so since we were short on time, we sat down in the beautiful dining room. The menu features traditional Piedmontese and Aosta Valley dishes. We ordered the Aosta Valley cutlet with turnip tops, which were good—nothing spectacular, but good. It's a shame we couldn't try the first courses, but given the kindness of the owners and the pleasant comfort provided by the wood-burning stove, we'll definitely return and try the Plin and other delicacies. Finally, I'd like to point out that there's a veranda more suitable for groups and an internal garden for the warmer months. 2 Aosta Valley dishes Half a glass of water A glass of red Coupage €50 I recommend it

The food was excellent, and a nice pinsa while waiting for our main courses was a must. A wide variety of risottos. It's a shame, however, that the kitchen isn't capable of handling so many different orders; we had to adapt to the types already being cooked. The service was inadequate. In addition to having to change our risotto and drink choices because they weren't available, table service wasn't well managed (and there was also a bit of a wait considering the restaurant wasn't full).

Trattoria/pizzeria in the center of Rovello Porro with convenient parking. Excellent pizza, a must try; the sgranoncchiella and pinza are delicious. A wide selection of traditional and specialty products, pasta, sauces, pickles, jams, etc., that you can purchase, as well as a selection of sparkling wines and liqueurs. The trattoria serves dishes using the products on offer, so they're high quality! Try it and believe it! Let's not forget that now that warmer weather is here, you can eat outside surrounded by jasmine. Let me know how it goes 😜

A good trattoria located in Rovello Porro. The pizzas are delicious and made with quality ingredients (try the tiramisu). Parking is easy. On summer evenings, you can dine in the outdoor garden.

Trattoria storica di Rovello. Piatti della tradizione lombarda e pizzeria con forno a legna. Ottime le birre alla spina; numerosi posti a sedere e prezzi onesti.

Minimalist location, helpful staff, but with a few shortcomings. I ordered the friarielli pinsa. The dough was good, and the friarielli too, but they had a vinegary flavor. I understand that they're preserved in oil and that there's a culture of sometimes using vinegar for preservation, but pizza and vinegar, in my opinion, are inedible. The other dish, asparagus rice, was excessively overcooked. It's a shame; it could be improved.
