What a delicious surprise! Left an appt in the area and had a taste for Chinese food. I happened to pass by this shopping center, saw this little spot & thought I'd try something simple like the teriyaki chicken bowl, since I wasn't familiar with their food. The 2 ladies behind the counter were cranking the orders out as the line grew behind me. Place looked very clean, even the areas whwre the ladies were putting the orders together. They constantly cleaned as they prepped. The quality of food was good with ample amounts and the cost was under $10 for this "packed" bowl of food. Definitely worth fluffing this spot as a "go to" for lunch, when I'm in the area. Atmosphere is not fancy, very small, simple and very clean.

I lived in Seattle in their teriyaki chicken is unmatched, this place isn't close but their teriyaki is super fresh and I just top it on rice and eat it, with their teriyaki sauce it really reminds me of Seattle. The other food is also very delicious I've had there egg soup and it was really good and it was a cold day so I was very impressed!

These CHINATOWN EXPRESS fast food joints do give you tremendous value for your buck. They pack their food containers to the max. This place in particular serves very good char siu chicken and they call it TERIYAKI CHICKEN. Insanely generous portions! Their orange chicken is also good. I give props to anyone who can finish a combo on a single sitting.

This place in particular serves very good char siu chicken and they call it TERIYAKI CHICKEN. Insanely generous portions! Their orange chicken is also good. I've been coming here for more than 10+ years. There have been several owners. The food has always been every good. The prices have always been reasonable. The staff is hit or miss with being friendly and polite. Some staff are also more generous with portions than others. It's a great place to get Chinese food in the Loma Linda - Redlands area

Food was ok .... teriyaki needs work.... rice was weak .... chow mein and orange chicken was good ... seemed pricier than I would have liked .... free refills

Usually the food here is really good, decent sizes and tastes good, but tonight was really disappointing. I went in for some wonton soup and it's pretty sad. The wontons look store bought, it was more the half just broth, and almost no veggies. There's maybe 6 bamboo shoots, 4 carrots and a few shrimp, that's all. Been a few times, but don't like that like the bean tofu on steam tray ( and probably the other tofu items ) are only made once per day. They will not make more. Which means when I go after work, at 6pm I'm getting something that's sat ALL DAY ( per the employee ) and they will not make fresh even if they are out. Have also tried beef and broccoli, orange chicken. Same as every other place. So I will go on my day off for the bean tofu because I've never seen anywhere else and i like it, fresh, but only on week days. Also menu is now 3plate combo ~13.50 after tax.

Customer service has most definitely gone down. Atmosphere is negative and customer service is very “what do you want? Anything else?” Food is still as good as I remember but service used to be so nice.

The orange chicken was ok but I think they might be allergic to vegetables and eggs because it was missing from the fried rice and the rice was burnt

I only try to be honest about my reviews. That said, I know this place is incredibly busy at lunch (just down the street from Loma Linda University and the VA Hospital). But I'm honestly not sure why...? The food is very bland and over-processed. The sesame chicken and the orange chicken had too much breading, was grisly and tasted frozen while the noodles were mushy and full of food coloring. We have been here before about 10 years ago and were hoping that things had improved. Sorry to say, we won't be going back.

I ordered a one item plate and asked the woman if she can scoop the chicken from the top. Because it looked more fresher than the bottom. She had a attitude and mumbled to her co worker. I definitely won't be back and the food isn't as good as it used to be.

The food has NO flavor. The chow mein is ALRIGHT. The rice literally tasted like nothing. The orange chicken had good flavor but the chicken itself was not good quality.

So the customer service sucked and the noodles I did not like at all, they had an unusual taste. No I did not eat them. The orange chicken was alright but not really good either. Over ten bucks for noodles and chicken made me feel like I didn't get my money's worth. I wouldn't eat there for free now. I can't stand rude.

I've only gotten mobile orders with them and this was my first time going in. Place is a dump, food looked dry and the customer service is non-existent. I got a combo B and a meal combo that comes with a drink. They messed that up and charged me for a regular plate, then charged me extra for the drink that was supposed to come with it. Im surprised I wasn't charged for the egg roll that was also supposed to come with it. She tried to blame me for not saying I wanted the drink combo but I voiced that I did and the other server didn't pay attention. They also moved at a snails pace and we're not paying attention to anyone and messed up other people's orders as well. I don't blame the customers for getting upset. Only came here out of convenience but I will definitely go elsewhere because this business is horribly operated. Plus the food is too mid for them to be acting like that.

I wouldn’t recommend. It used to be good quality food. The quality has gone down. I also question how sanitary it is in this restaurant. Overall gross. 🤢

The employees are rude and I did not like the fact being treated like I was paying for my food me and my family went there to eat and I was being watched til I sat down to eat my food. I have been going there since new owner took over it never had any problem til now with new owner
