This is my favorite restaurant at all of Walt Disney World. It is the best pizza I've ever eaten in my life! The crust is perfect. The service is always outstanding. Our last server, Alessia, was just wonderful. Highly recommend!

Our experience here was amazing! Marco was our server and he was fantastic! Gennaro came by multiple times to check on us and we had wonderful dialogue talking about Italy and family. I highly recommend the experience because that is exactly what it was. Well done and thank you for a wonderful time!

I made a reservation in advance at this restaurant to have lunch with some dear friends while visiting Epcot. We love Italian food. Our server Alessia Z made our time there extra special. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and took time to answer all our questions. The Cesar salad and all meat pizza came shortly after we ordered and were so delicious. The whole dining experience was 5 stars. Thank you Alessia for making our magic day even more special with your extraordinary customer skills. We will be back ✨

This is my second time visiting Via Napoli! Each visit has been extremely pleasant. The food/desserts are absolutely delicious and came out quickly. A special thank you to Sara for making our late lunch utterly delightful!!

Yedi and Diego (And Manager Adam!) were absolutely amazing! Diego was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating, and Yedi was a wonderfully knowledgeable and kind server with fantastic wine and dessert recommendations!! We had a great meal, in a beautiful atmosphere, and fantastic service! Thank you for making our evening unforgettable!!

We loved our food at Via Napoli! The pizza is delicious, as are several other entrees, especially fettuccine Alfredo. And the dessert was delicious!! Our waitress, Nikol, was wonderful as well. Highly recommend!!

one of the best restaurants in disney world. this pizza was legitimately one of the best pizzas i’ve ever had in my life. the prices are a bit steep but are much more affordable than some of the other options at epcot. the service was also quick despite the restaurant being packed. the waiters were amazing and made my friend’s birthday so much better. highly recommend.

23 years ago, my wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Via Napoli’s. It was our first time there! We have been coming back ever since. Our dream was to someday have our family join us and sit at the “Community Table” in the center of the restaurant. Last Saturday that dream came true. Our family, 24 of us, got together and enjoyed pizza, pasta and great company! This would not have happened or been the experience of a lifetime if not for the outstanding help and service by everyone at Via Napoli’s! A special shout out to Stephen (who helped us get everything set up) and Tim and our servers Ben and Nicolo! They treated us like family! Each of them made sure to go around the table and talk with our family, young and old alike! We have been coming to Via Napoli’s for 23 years! The food has always been outstanding. The staff, from managers to waiters to chefs have been so friendly and helpful in what ever needs we have had. I had an absolutely amazing experience here! The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and welcoming. But what truly made the night unforgettable was our waiter Samuele. He went above and beyond in every way he was so kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure we had the best experience possible. His energy and care made the entire evening feel magical, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. It’s rare to receive service that feels this personal and thoughtful. Because of him, this dining experience stood out in the best way. I can’t wait to come back, highly recommend!

While the focaccia was a bit overhyped in its description, overall the food was absolutely delish and above what you'd expect from a theme park! The carbonara was some of the best we've had at a restaurant and their Napolian style pizza was spot on with its execution. All the staff was incredibly friendly and the ambiance was lively. Our only regret was not coming on an empty stomach!

This was my first time at Disney and my husbands second, I had no idea what to expect. This was our first park of our trip and it could not have ended better than it did. Sara was our server and to say she was amazing is an absolute understatement. She was an ange!! My husband and I are celebrating our first anniversary married and she surprised us with dessert which was so delicious. She made our day with how absolutely phenomenal she was. Obviously the rest of the staff were amazing too but Sara has a special place in my heart now🤍🤍

This is one of my favorite restaurants at epcot. I always start off with an order of arranchini it comes with a wonderful pomodorro sauce that is delicious. The star of the show is next a large Margherita pizza cooked well. I will say this is one of the best pizzas I have eaten anywhere the dough is so fresh the sauce had a great tang and the cheese is smooth as silk. They always finish it with fresh basil . Pro tip if you see in the pictures I use my fork and knives turned sideways to let the heat escape that way it doesn't get soggy. When I order I always get a nice Italian strawberry fresco. The server's are from all regions of italy and they are so friendly and engaging if you ask them about their county. I would recommend reservations especially around lunch or dinner times it is a busy location.

This is one of the few restaurant left at Disney that is amazing. The food and service are great. The menu has greatly increased its choices. The fettuccine alfredo is very good. The pizza is always great, the meter sized pizza is very good too but that’s family sized. If I had anything negative to say it would be it is quite loud in the main hall. Also they cannot do anything special, we just wanted to get a side of fettuccini on the side to try, they couldn’t. But make reservations since it stays pretty busy.

We had a great experience at Via Napoli. Me and my husband had been to Naples earlier in the year so we were hoping to find something that may replicate the authentic style and flavors we had. The cocktail menu was full of fun drinks and both the tiramisu and cannon martinis were delicious. I had the caprese to start which was light and fresh. The manicotti wasn’t too heavy and was flavorful. I am a huge tiramisu fan and was pleased with the cocoa + espresso flavors being balanced and rich . My husband was pleased with his pizza and dishes as well and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 10/10

This continues to be our go-to spot for pizza in DW. While the atmosphere might be a little loud depending on how busy they are, the food will more than make up for that. I love the prosciutto and melon pizza. It sounds weird but it is a great pairing and makes for an enjoyable pizza. The bread service with herb/olive oil is simple and enjoyable. Ask your server to recommend a wine based on your meal and your preference. They are knowledgeable and have consistently made good recommendations for us. The individual pizzas are the same crust as the larger ones, so no need to worry about getting small pizzas that match individual’s preferences. That said, the larger pizzas are huge and likely a better value. This is good choice for where to eat at Epcot.

Andrea was our server and extremely attentive detailing where the food specialties were from as we returned from our trip from Italy, explaining all of the dishes and provided recommendations. He was friendly and delightful and always checked in. True hospitality and reminded us of the food we enjoyed while we traveled in Italy. We had the Margarita pizza, and cheese, fettuccine pasta, mannicotti, all delicious, Grazie! Highly recommend for the excellent service and hospitality to staff, servers, chefs.

Got a slice of pepperoni pizza. It was outstanding with its thick crust and cheesy pepperoni topped goodness. If you think you like pizza this is the stop. Wash it down with a pina colada slushie and you're in Bliss.

Enjoyed the family atmosphere. While the pizza looked delicious, it wasn't as good as it could have been due to temperature and ingredients. I couldn't believe how fast a pizza could go from piping hot to almost ice cold. This was the case for 3 pizzas we ordered and we were not slow eaters. I've eaten day old pizza cold, but I have no desire to be eating cold pizza at the restaurant and for this pricing structure. The margherita pizza was a complete disappointment as it was just some tomato sauce with very little cheese and no tomatoes. As an FYI, the margherita pizza at Creations is far superior and less expensive.

We have been here 3 times. We really enjoy the food. The service is not great. The wait is sometimes long, but you say to yourself, "Hey, it's Disney. The wait will be long." But when you find a hair on your plate and a hair in your silverware it feels less magical. When the server doesn't care and ignores you, it is disrespectful. We wanted to speak to a manager, but didn't want to cause a scene. It was our last night at Disney. We wanted a nice meal. My son found both hairs. We tried to make light of it so they didn't have bad memories. But then the server literally ignored us the rest of the night. And we were never given any kind of compensation. You go to Disney with high expectations. You know it's expensive, but it should be worth your money. It should be clean, at the very least. And the servers should be kind and attentive. Kind of an icing on the top experience after a year of being disappointed in the annual pass. This was the final straw in why we decided not to continue. Whatever. Kids said it was like a giant mall of Walmart people anyway. Maybe they're right.
