Th e food is always good, but the place is so dirty! No one is cleaning, tables are oily, bathroom is dirty. The trash bin is so full and we can't even throw the rubbish...

Went there today for my second visit, the food is nice and pretty much the same standard it has worldwide 🌐 the ambiance lacks a little bit of the usual coziness and the giant ordering pad is hard to understand and more than anything too high for didables like me,but the clerk at the counter made up to it with extreme kindness and professionalism. I was amazed to see how many asians were there amongst the local young crowd and thats lovely. Bucket for 3 with extra corn and 2 chicken deal summed up to 28 euros, fair price. We'll be back hoping they will cater to disables too the next time. Overall good but can be improved.

As usual, overpriced. The place is nice though, there are sockets almost everywhere except at one part of it and you actually get the nice view of the bridge ( it's beautiful at twilight). I have concerns regarding the service. Though it's nice, crew don't clean often: lots of left crumbs on the table ( although it's also the customer's responsibility to know how to eat well, still eating fried chicken without getting the table dirty is inevitable sometimes.) and spilled soda on the floor. I've been there few times and every time we looked for a seat it's just messy, we asked for an employee if they could clean some seats but no response so we ended up cleaning the seat ourselves. I know it's a fast food but I'm just stating my experience. I enjoyed the hot wings but not the original because it wasn't cooked well and super oily.

Would not recommend having KFC in Italy. Although the fried chicken is tasty, the portion sizes seem much smaller compared to KFCs in other countries (including the UK, Malaysia, and Thailand to list a few that we have tried). It's not a good value for money compared to say, McDonald's (just a personal opinion). However, the bottomless drinks were a good feature.

Got take away. Ordered 2 pieces of chicken, chips and a drink. Only received 1 piece of chicken. No straw for the takeaway cup and no napkins. Very average, you would expect to get what you pay for :(

Not worth the price, when taste is considered, but quantity is good. Place is fine. I, being from India, wouldn't prefer going there again considering the taste of food they give.

Lately, they have changed the management team and the workers. Despite being rude to the customers, they cook the things horribly. As if they were serving to cows. HORRIBLE! Never going there again. ALSO, the bathroom is so filthy that you can vomit from the smell and everything. It is a very very bad place. And it was not like this before. But its now that some new people have taken it. And they are very rude too, I have to remention it. I hope it shuts down.

Tried the new limited-time burger inspired by Squid Game—honestly, one of the worst fast food items I’ve ever had. The bun was stale beyond belief—no exaggeration, the worst burger bun I’ve ever tasted. The so-called “Korean sauce” was a weird, overly sweet mess that had nothing to do with real Korean flavors. I’ve taken several Korean cooking courses, and this was as far from authentic as it gets. I couldn’t even finish the burger. They hyped it up with so much marketing—what a waste. If they had spent half as much time on quality as they did on design and ads, maybe it would’ve been edible. As for the branch itself: • The restrooms smelled awful. • The overall space felt dirty and unpleasant, like you’re eating in a place that shouldn’t even have a health permit. • They didn’t have Coke Zero at the machine. Instead, staff took my cup to the back and said it was Zero, but it had no fizz, a weird taste, and I’m 100% sure they watered it down. Definitely not Zero. Terrible food, terrible hygiene, terrible experience. Worst KFC visit ever.

The main course was awful. It was too greasy, and all I could taste was oil. It made me sick both times I ate the bucket of tender crispies and crunchy burgers. Overall, not recommended.

Thx for the scamming and really bad service communication.I've payed by card in the terminal,got notification from bank that payment is successful but didn't get receipt from the terminal.Came to the cashier,she said that payment only by cash and satispay and showed me notification Wich was attached on the LVL of knee.How can I see it, I've asked why u didn't make it wisible and haven't leave it on the eyes LVL?,she said-"we put it,it's not our problem,bank will return you money"
