With an endless selection of drinks and high-end Palestinian cuisine, Civic 52 is a great option for a pleasant evening! We had an old-fashioned Negroni and a non-alcoholic gin and tonic. I regret not having visited this place sooner! The drink selection is definitely worth trying! They also have gluten-free options!

I went here for dinner with friends, drawn by the beautiful location and the promise of good Lebanese cuisine. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by completely inadequate service. We waited over an hour after ordering without receiving anything, not even bread. Only after we flagged down the waitress were we told that the order would be "started from that moment" (basically forgotten) due to the overwhelming number of guests (we had booked over a week in advance). The handling of errors was even worse: 1. They brought us some apologies, but they got the order wrong for our celiac friend (which was later corrected, but it shows carelessness). 2. We ordered a second bottle of wine while waiting: it arrived at the end of the meal, when it was no longer needed, and we sent it back. The worst part? Aside from the waitress (the only one who showed her face), no one from management came to apologize. At the register, we were charged a full bill (and, in my opinion, a hefty one! Compared to what we ate): no discounts and no excuses for the unacceptable wait. The food is good, but it's not enough to make up for the terrible service. I don't think we'll return, and I don't recommend it; there are much better places nearby.

Nice location, but extremely slow service. We waited over an hour to start eating. No one apologized, either during the meal or at the counter; in fact, they pretended nothing had happened. The food was decent but nothing special, with small portions (despite following their recommendations for the three courses), and we left feeling hungry. The prices were high for the quality and quantity, and the bottle of wine arrived at the end of the meal. I don't recommend it.

I went here on Saturday evening for dinner. Even though the place wasn't busy, we waited over an hour and a quarter for our dishes, with no one coming to apologize or inform us, and our requests were ignored. I find the management terrible. The dishes were also average, nothing special, and the portions were small. We left still hungry despite the hefty bill.

Cocktails are great! Unfortunately service is awful, my husband wanted to stay close to me and the waitress told us that we can't move the chair due to the style of the place! Seriously no one was there. I wouldn't recommend this place as they are really rude in my opinion!
