Friendly, cozy and modern place. Very friendly and attentive service. We were really impressed by the interesting and creative dishes, particularly the house appetizer platter. Not everything on it was an A+, but many were and everything was well prepared, imaginative and well-executed. We thought that the prices were fair/average. Highly recommend. We liked it so much, we are going back tonight!

At Osteria del Savio, I found authentic and carefully prepared cuisine, with dishes that truly showcase local ingredients. The whole wheat tagliatelle with Bagòss cheese on a cream of Roman cabbage and the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms are rich in flavor, but perhaps the pasta was a little too al dente. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service attentive, and the details make the difference. Parking isn't the easiest, but it's absolutely worth it. The prices are fair for the quality offered. A place where you can feel the passion for good food, highly recommended.

Osteria del Savio is more of a restaurant than an osteria. The place doesn't have many seats, so the atmosphere inside is relaxed and intimate. We ordered two starters, a dessert, two bottles of water, and a quarter of wine, and spent €50. The dishes are good, but also quite simple, and I found the prices a bit high for what's offered (not that prices at other places in the center are much lower, on the contrary). I had the pici with truffle and burrata. I liked them and finished them, but after a few bites, they became a bit cloying. For dessert, we ordered the sweet salami with mascarpone and Nutella, and we loved it.

Before climbing to the Church of San Cristo (1467) and Romanino's Last Supper (1530), stop at this small but comfortable restaurant, where the light dishes have just the right flavor and are served in the perfect portions. Good value for the center of Brescia. Be sure to follow the zero-mile route suggested by the restaurant.

We ate really well, especially the meat was really tasty and tender. I really enjoyed the scottona steak with balsamic vinegar. The location is nice and the staff welcoming. I think it is a little bit too expensive but still reasonable.

The food was very good, congratulations... but the service could be better. We're foreigners and we heard some inappropriate comments like "we came to create chaos" because there were four adults and a child at a table for four. The problem was that they couldn't comfortably wait for more than four people, but I don't think it's the customers' responsibility to choose where to sit and then find out it was a problem for the waitress (who had told us to sit there if we wanted). Also, since our Italian wasn't perfect, we were treated a bit aggressively when we later discovered that the waitress spoke English and a little of our language, so we could have spoken in another language from the start if we annoyed them with our Italian. However, once we were finally seated, she was more polite and even gave the expensive dishes to the child. We ate well.

we choose this Osteria based on many nice reviews from others. we had dinner for my birthday 5 april (3 days ago) with my family. and food taste is make us so upset. specially for second plates. for antipasti is fine. unfortunetly we not trying first plate because nothing is interesting same as for dessert.. for the price is fine but we feel is not worthed to pay 40€ each only for one plate with dessert. Location is good and waitress are nice.

Avoid for customer service, food quality, and atmosphere, and for the price (excessive for the products offered). We split an appetizer for €27, consisting of fried mozzarella balls that tasted like frozen food, hummus that was more like chickpea puree, and incredibly salty polenta sticks. The rest was fine. For our first course, we chose the cansoncelli bresciani, which were glued together with melted parmesan cheese, and the pumpkin ravioli covered in a walnut sauce so salty and flavorful that it overpowered the delicate flavor of the pumpkin. In total, we spent around €80 for lunch: 2 covers, 1/4 bottle of wine, 1 glass of wine, 1 water, 1 appetizer, 2 first courses, and 1 coffee.
