Incredible service and smiling worker's ....That's what I love about businesses that train their employees the right way...
I go to this starbucks often but this morning megan took my order in the drive thru and even made an effort to have a short conversation with me which is rare at most starbucks locations and i wanted to acknowledge the kindness and effort she put that early in the morning !
Went in with a large order (17 drinks). The man at the counter was incredibly helpful, putting each person's name on their drink, finding a box to put it all in, and even carrying everything out to our car for us! Definitely coming back 😁
I always give Starbucks 5 stars. They consistently give me coffee when I wanted, where I want it. And when I wanted. That and their app rewards me for being a loyal customer and planning my purchases well. The fact is that this make a corporation could have gone either way and looked like a McDonald's with loud clown music or a small quaint cafe with jazz music really makes me happy
Actually I don't like the coffee in a Starbucks but I love the food and sandwiches it's very tasty especially the egg bites and ham sandwich 🥪
This has always been my top to go to Starbucks because of the environment. Super nice employees and are very up to my standards, with cleanliness and professionalism. The environment its self is very cozy, they recently upgraded there furniture. I would also like to add on that it gets quite busy here during the weekdays and especially on Saturday because of Sierra College is right across the street. But I have no problem since I come here usually the evening.
The staff here is extremely nice and professional. My favorite Starbucks to go to. They always remember my order every time I come in. 10/10.

The baristas were very nice, and I got my food and drink in just a few minutes! I ordered a peppermint mocha and everything bagel with cream cheese. They were both warm and delicious!
Give Maggie a raise she is an angel and is always so amazing. I will be returning for Maggie. Shout out Maggie. I wanna her friend.

This is a great Starbucks right across from the college and the service is fast and friendly. Not too noisy inside good spot to study. The only issue is the parking lot. Its small and hard to maneuver but manageable. Im here about once a week and the service, coffee and ambiance is always top notch.

They did not have enough people working to get orders out very quickly. Even with the girl making drinks for the store and the drive thru as well as ringing up in store customers working like a madman. She was still polite and friendly. I am giving the rating for upper managments needing for better Saturday personal scheduling.
Came here many times and the service are always nice. However I've noticed that my grande cappuccino is feeling extra light today... I mean it not even half of the cup. I know it has something to do with the milk foam but is this suppose to be normal? Considering the price being ~$6, this seems like a very expensive cup of coffee.

this new drink sucksss it’s called a melon blast energy drink. it’s watered down and gross 2/10

I come here all the time and today I came in for a drink before work. It was 8am and I had expected it to be busy, and so I patiently waited in line until my turn. As the person before me was making their order with one of the employees, another basically stomped to the front to take my order. I had politely asked for whatever I wanted to drink, yet the employee taking my order was rude enough to yell at me saying that she couldn't hear what I was saying. The store wasn't that busy and it wasn't that loud for anyone to have to speak up that much. No one else did. I repeat my order and for the second time she misunderstood what I said and I had to correct her, again. She rushed taking my order and I didn't even have the chance to mention I wanted soy milk instead of the regular, until the other employee moved over to register my order on the cash register. When she rushed to make my drink, she ran around as if the ground was on fire and she basically slammed the equipment. Again, it wasn't that busy for her to run around like a machine in overdrive. I've worked at a cafe before having to serve up to 200 guests at the same time and I understand you want to help customers as quickly as possible but doing it with a bad attitude isn't going to help and it was only off-putting. I also understand that stress during rush hours can be hard to disguise but a little smile towards your customers wouldn't hurt. I didn't have to be yelled at, thank you very much.

After class my friend and I decided to get our daily Starbucks and ordered one strawberry acai lemonade refresher (grande) and another one but blended. Everything was good and then our order was ready, however, we noticed that the acai was missing the lemonade and as I went to ask for help I got side eyed and the girl walked away which is fine I understand she could’ve been busy but still. Then after a minute we got approached and I explained how there was no lemonade in one and she took both drinks back and then after handed it to us and said “here you go”. She was not apologetic nor giving us the time of day which I didn’t appreciate as I’m normally really understanding. Then we got it back but I know there was no lemonade still so it did not get fixed. As a person who also works in the food industry I know that it’s not that hard to be nice and treat people with care, this type of treatment makes me not want to go to this particular Starbucks again, I’m very disappointed please be nice :)

Very disappointed, online order for lemonade mango dragon fruit with extra inclusion and I paid for it. Went there and It was lemonade drink only with no dragon fruit at all !? under the excuse of runout !!?? ok just make it unavailable for online ordering it’s that simple, lazy employee !? unfortunately starbucks services getting worse and worse I wish instead of increasing their prices they should take care of their customers first and improve their services. I guess it’s time to switch into different brands.
2:30 pm Staff is standing around, the one guy making drinks is talking to a customer while 4 others are waiting for their drinks…they are setting drinks on counter, not knowing who they belong to. No sleeves out for me to grab and one not on my coffee when it was placed on counter for me. Don’t go to this Starbucks if you want good customer service and your drink made fast.
They messed up my order . Made something completely different, that's ok mistake happens and I was completely understanding until when I went back to tell them they were very rudely threw my drink in the garbage, mind you this was at least 15 minutes waste of my time. The girl didn't say sorry didn't say a word and when my drink was ready no one told me it was ready it was just sitting on the counter... She didn't ask my name and this is a busy place so I wasn't going to grab someone else drink .over all there was absolutely no excuse for this . All you have to say is we are sorry and I would have understand. I have understanding for a mistake but I do not have understanding for rudness and no apologize for your mistake. The staff has changed and I hope they do a better job hiring new people because this is a convenient place for me and for most people.
Lid kept falling off while I was driving. Cheap cups and lids. Spilt all over my truck and phone.
