Posto molto bello, sotto al glicine pensando ai 34° di oggi, si stava comunque bene, c'era una bella aria del lago...si mangia benissimo, il personale è cordialissimo e tutto sommato i prezzi sono giusti, la qualità del cibo merita. Veramente ottimo !!

Abbiamo appena pranzato in questo splendido ristorante e sicuramente ci ritorneremo perché la cucina è stata ottima, il personale gentile e disponibile, l'ambiente caldo e accogliente ed è stata veramente una bella esperienza in tutto!

Location meravigliosa in terrazza all’aperto all’ombra dí rampicanti con vista lago. Coperti eleganti di prima qualità, servizio eccellente sotto tutti gli aspetti, discreto come piace a me ma celere e attentissimo. Io ho la celiachia e quasi tutte le portate del menù erano adattabili anche a me. Il cibo davvero superbo, piatti scelti con cura, porchetta, calamari e fiori di zucca fritti portate top, semplicemente eccezionali. Se ricapiteremo in zona torneremo sicuramente. Il titolare e i suoi collaboratori ti accolgono in questo delizioso locale tenuto molto bene e dal sapore caldo di casa. La proposta dei piatti è bilanciata sia nel numero che nel tema. Molto buona la proposta dei vini con il titolare che, se non erro, ha vari riconoscimenti come Sommelier. La sorella è la cuoca ed è celiaca pertanto la quasi totalità dei piatti sono naturalmente senza glutine e vi è comunque grande attenzione in generale alla celiachia. È poi un locale del circuito AIC. Il servizio è stato professionale e sorridente, con solo una piccola sbavatura dovuta sicuramente alla giovane età di un addetto alla sala... niente che l'esperienza non potrà sistemare. I prezzi sono adeguati e proporzionati alla qualità del servizio e dell'offerta.

This time, we sat on the patio, which was absolutely perfect on a hot summer’s day—shaded, peaceful, and with a lovely atmosphere. A wonderful spot in Como !

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. We got married in Lake Como and had a welcome dinner here for our entire group. It is an absolutely magical place - no other way to describe it!!! The outside patio is stunning and the lights that are up twinkle right above you. There is a lake view as well. You can’t ask for more ambiance wise! And the food!!!! The food was unbelievable. We had two types of risotto (a black truffle and a lake cheese), lasagna, and a type of broccoli sauce gnocchi, as well as zucchini flowers, prosciutto, and tiramisu. Everyone raved about the food. The lasagna is the best we’ve ever had!!! This is definitely a top spot in the area. Several people told us it was so wonderful we could have called that night our wedding instead! So, so grateful to the wonderful staff. Everyone was so kind and gracious to us!

We have been returning to this restaurant since about 10 years. Every time we are in the vicinity on Lake Como. It is one not to mess if you are anywhere near Cernobbio. The food is divine, the atmosphere of this restaurant with its history is just very special. It is still family run with the son and daughter managing and the parents overseen the situation.

Beautiful old restaurant with great ambience. The food as recommended by guide michelin was delicious. Also recommend to visit the small chapel nearby. There you have a great view over Lago di como. Nearby you can also find parking. Directly at the restaurant are only few free spaces.

Very good gluten free food here! My wife can’t eat gluten, and this place was perfect for her. She was brought gluten free rolls and breadsticks, and she was in heaven when the tiramisu arrived. The staff was so attentive, and they even brought over a blanket as the night cooled down. The owner checked in with us several times and made sure the meal was cooked as per our request. It was such a charming setting as well! Would highly recommend.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was like one from a fairytale book. Sit outside if you get the chance! The pepper shrimp had an unexpected but delicious sweet potato purée with it, and fried zucchini blossoms were great as well. We had the eggplant ravioli and tagliatelle with duck ragu, which were both absolutely delectable. The lamb chops with mint were another unexpected but flawless pairing. The tiramisu and pistachio crème brûlée topped off the meal in the best way! Suggested wine pairings complemented things perfectly too.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everything from the food, wine, atmosphere, and staff. We’ve found service varies tremendously in Europe, however Trattoria del Glicine is the exception. They strive for top notch service from start to finish. Bea & Francesco are true gems. This was the best dining experience we had during our time in Como, so much so we are having our Wedding Welcome Party on their terrace this month.

Such a wonderful dining experience for us. Great food, we had lamb, pasta and rabbit. OMG!!! So well prepared and tasty, yummy!!!!! Highly recommend if you're an American tourist. Make sure you are vaccinated and have the EU pass they actually check it at the door.

Ottimo ristorante suggerito Michelin, molto elegante e servizio eccellente. Tutti i piatti ordinati erano molto gustosi dall'antipasto al dolce. Prezzi medio alti. Avrei voluto dare 5 stelle ma visto il livello del ristorante non ho potuto ignorare di aver trovato pezzi di carapace nella tartare e scaglie nel pesce servito con la pelle. Spesa 115 per coperto, una tartare di gambero rosso, tagliolini al ragù di cinghiale, tagliolini ai gamberi e pomodorini, un pescato del giorno, due calici di vino, acqua e due dessert. Nelle foto, il pesce e la tartare sono state già divise in cucina.

Ristorante molto carino sia all'interno sia all'esterno con terrazza vista parziale del lago. Cibo buono con chiare indicazioni degli allergeni. Servizio attento e veloce. Prezzo medio alto.

La Trattoria del Glicine è un locale accogliente e dal sapore tradizionale, ideale per chi cerca una cucina genuina e ben fatta. Il menù propone piatti della tradizione preparati con ingredienti di qualità e sapori equilibrati, senza fronzoli ma con molta attenzione alla sostanza. Le porzioni sono soddisfacenti e la proposta resta fedele alla cucina di una volta. L’atmosfera è tranquilla e familiare, il servizio cordiale e disponibile. I prezzi sono onesti e coerenti con la qualità offerta. Un indirizzo affidabile per una cena semplice, gustosa e rilassata.

The restaurant is family-run and located in a cosy villa. It is especially nice here in the summer on the spacious villa terraces. A pleasant atmosphere & good cuisine.

Delusissimo dalle aspettative. Mi sono recato in questo ristorante, di cui tanti mi parlavano con degli amici . La struttura del 1904, è apprezzabile in tanti suoi particolari, ma in tanti altri.... è stata rovinata. La sala molto grande, non permette una cena tranquilla e piacevole, quando è piena, troppi tavoli e l'acustica..... impossibile parlare. Mi aspettavo porzioni da nouvelle cuisine e cosi è stato, ma questo non è un problema, Il problema è stato la qualita' del cibo e la tristezza del piatto come è stato presentato. Onestamente, per tutti i piatti visti al nostro tavolo, sembrava che quella sera mancasse lo Chef in cucina. Davveso deluso. Ottima la carta dei vini anche se con notevoli prezzi. Problemi con il parcheggio delle auto, ma si sa che da quelle parti ti devi armare di pazienza. Forse era una serata NO per il ristorante, ma sicuramente non ci tornero', per quello che abbiamo mangiato e bevuto, prezzi sopra la media.

Siamo stati questa sera per la prima volta in questo ristorante. Esperienza da dimenticare sotto ogni punto di vista: dall’antipasto, ai primi, fino al dolce. Il menù non rispecchia i piatti serviti, poiché mancano indicazioni su alcuni ingredienti. I dolci erano pessimi: sono arrivati dopo molto tempo e solo allora abbiamo capito il motivo, erano congelati. Il tortino al cioccolato, invece, è stato servito bruciato. Fate attenzione anche allo scontrino: abbiamo riscontrato diverse problematiche, con alcuni piatti maggiorati di prezzo rispetto a quanto indicato sul menù. Non lo consigliamo assolutamente.

Visti il menù e i prezzi, ci aspettavamo bene altro. Degna di nota solo la faraona. Il cappuccino di funghi porcini pessimo, il ragù di coniglio dei tonnarelli inesistente, il monte bianco veramente dozzinale. Stendiamo un velo pietoso sui runner sfilacciati e sul pan brioche servito con il fois gras. Non ci torneremo di certo e ci dispiace perché le potenzialità potrebbero esserci.
