Very pleasant and friendly staff Lasagne was excellent Red rice, veggies with beans needed a tad more brightness or herbs or spices.

Good food and a cute little place. Generally speaking the servers are friendly but they were quite cheeky with our bill and added €3 for balsamic vinegar that we asked for along with oil for the bread. No other place I've ever eaten at in Italy has charged for balsamic and olive oil.

after entering the bottega i was not recognized from the service staff, i had to wait for a few minutes just in front of them. one of the two staff-members was speaking to other guests, the second one looked at me a few times, but didnt come to me. I thought about to leave the bottega, because i felt very uncomfortable and not welcome there. But i took a seat later, ordered a main course, and it was mindblowing -> very delicious. The service staff didnt change their behave to me, i dont understand, why such a great place for food is ruined from bad service. The whole time i felt not welcome ...

The food was alright, though the portions were relatively small. However, it took them just under 2 hours to bring it out, which is ridiculously long given the restaurant was nowhere near full.

Whilst prices were fair and the environment cosy, the dishes were pretty bland and inconsistent. Would not return UPDATE: We came on Friday and had the aubergine parmigiana (great) and the octopus busiate and pesto lasagne (needed more seasoning).

I haven't eaten here. We were three, and asked for a table. There were two tables for two people, one beside the other, so we could clearly sit there, moving them or not (20 cm). The guy told us that those were tables for two... So we had to find a different place... Their business, their rules, but it is the first time something like that happened to me. It was 2.30, most restaurants with the kitchen closed, but they confirmed they are non stop... I hope they were able to use the four seats instead of allowing just three people to have lunch there! After owner reply: Yes, I confirmed clearly with your staff that the kitchen was open. We asked for a table for having lunch. And that the only problem was that they would not use two tables for two {4 people) that were unused, and one beside the other (20 cm), inside, for a group of three. I asked for confirmation that I was understanding it correctly.

I don’t normally write negative reviews for small businesses. But the complete rudeness of the business owner warrants less than one star (which I would give it if I could). After sitting down at a table which had a sign on it advertising, amongst other things, “Prosecco”. My wife and I thought we would start proceedings by ordering an Aperol Spritz, following which we would take a look at the lunch menu. The look of shock, horror and disgust on the waitress’s (probably business owner’s) face when we simply asked for an Aperol was like nothing I’ve ever seen before in my many years of frequenting cafes, restaurants and bars. I’ve been to hundreds and hundreds of them over the years, and have been the subject of rudeness before, but nothing like this. Her retort was that they “do not do alcohol without food”. She never asked whether we were going to get food (we were). People like her should not be in the service business. I would never give this business, or a person like her, a cent of my money. We went around the corner and found a much nicer place with much nicer staff and enjoyed a good Aperol and lunch. Even gave them a tip.
