The size of the place is truly impressive, even the entire outdoor area with its playground, tennis courts, and parking lot is majestic. I love the proximity to the bike path and the river. The staff is very friendly, and the food is always superb. During the week, they offer a business lunch menu. The tablecloth service, which I adore, is not to be underestimated.

Highly recommended...😊Today we finally had lunch at Zio Bruno's. The owners are incredibly kind and make you feel at ease, as is the staff...everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the homemade desserts, with generous and tasty portions. The restaurant has ample parking and a green area with playground equipment for children. It has a front area for lunch or dinner outside, a spacious dining area inside as well, clean and new bathrooms, and a clean and tidy restaurant. We'll definitely be back and bringing friends with us, that's for sure. See you soon, Isola di Zio Bruno 🏆😊

The welcome was negative: we entered and waited for a few minutes, exchanging glances with two girls bustling in front of and behind the counter before the only waitress in the dining room seated us, adding that there would be a bit of a wait (there were three other tables occupied in the dining room besides us, and about ten free). But then we discovered there were three more tables in the next room... They brought us a menu of food, but no drinks list. After five minutes, the same girl who was bustling behind the counter came to take our order. It was a negative impression, but the kindness and repeated apologies for the delay were always recurring and appreciated. ...probably there was a mix-up. The dishes offered are refined and unique. There is an indoor play area for children and a large outdoor green space; as well as ample parking. The prices are a little above average, but the offerings are indeed above average as well. Excellent flavors. Well done 👏👏👏 (P.S. The chef is the owner: and that's the greatest guarantee a customer can have!) Thank you, Uncle Bruno 👍 Actually: thank you, Baffo! ...Because Uncle Bruno was the one who, more than 50 years ago, dug sand out of the river; and this restaurant was the warehouse for his pachere...

Il posto e molto suggestivo e si trasmette tranquillità, ottimo per fare una partita a tennis con qualche amico, il campo costa 12/13 euro l'ora e mi sembra un prezzo onesto, se volete accese le luci mi sembra che costi 6 euro in più. Per quanto riguarda il bar/ristorante, presumo sia a conduzione familiare, sinceramente a cena non mi ha fatto impazzire e mi e sembrato anche leggermente costoso, lo consiglio invece per il pranzo di lavoro o un pranzo veloce magari dopo una partita a tennis, in quel caso ho trovato un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Che dire....una delle serate più belle fatte col mio ragazzo. Posto bellissimo, ci hanno trattati benissimo, mangiato e bevuto benissimo. Sicuramente sarà il ns posto preferito per festeggiare un evento o anche semplicemente per passare una bella serata. Amanti di cuccioli pelosetti🐶 , io ho potuto portare la mia...grazie di tutto.

Isola dello zio Bruno is a historic establishment in the mid-Seriana Valley. The menu is varied and meticulously curated. Quality ingredients are used and the presentation is impeccable. The desserts are varied and delicious. The atmosphere is family-friendly, warm, and welcoming. It could use a little remodeling, but the cleanliness and service are excellent. Indoor heated courts are available for soccer and/or tennis.

Business lunch for three, three decent first courses (pasta salad, pasta with cheese and arugula, and ravioli alla bergamasca), three good second courses (see photo) with steamed vegetables and salad, 1/4 cup wine, water, and three coffees = €49.50. We sat on the spacious and airy veranda. Clean and tidy. The service was friendly and helpful, but they were few and everything was a bit slow, perhaps too slow. Location: ample parking, adjacent tennis courts, close to the river and promenade, pleasant rooms and veranda with a large garden, well-kept lawn, and some children's playground equipment, but dated and more aesthetic than functional. I'll return and evaluate it a second time.

Family dinner... we ordered a fish starter, a fish main course, and a pasta dish with meat sauce for the child. We were pleased with the quality of the dishes, but a little less so with the prices, especially the €3 cover charge, even for a child under 2. The outdoor lawn is comfortable and very well-kept, but the playground could be improved (some items are a bit dated) given the limited space available. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend a changing mat in the bathroom for the children, as there's only one bench. Otherwise, there's ample parking and several playgrounds.

In a refined setting, with attentive service, the menu offers seafood and meat dishes interpreted by the chef. Overall, I was impressed. It's a restaurant that doesn't boast pretensions but responds honestly and generously to customer requests.

I spent an evening with friends on November 14th. I had pizza and an appetizer, but they weren't to my liking. The atmosphere was nice, and the service was good, but I didn't enjoy the food. You can't please everyone.

I've been there a couple of times over the weekend with my family and had a great meal, the service was attentive. Everything was good, so much so that I'd recommend it to others. Then I went back with a friend on a weekday. Four tables in total. A long wait for two pizzas, they arrived undercooked, one thing was missing, another was missing, then they handed over the dessert menu. We waited 25 minutes to order, and then we got up to ask. One dessert was missing from the menu, okay. We ordered one, and something was missing there too, the coffee with the Vecchia was missing. We're two quiet people, so we didn't make a fuss. But that's not how it's done. It's a matter of respect. The facts are true, whatever answer they get, the facts are facts.
