absolutely fantastic hotel and restaurant Lovely hotel with attention to detail. The beds are huge and full of delicious duvets and pillows in the nicest linens. Bathroom is very refined with lovely products and lots of soft towels and robes. Personalized welcome letter and chocolate are just one of the things that are made a little extra. In the room there is cappuccino and service for both the coffee and wine which can be enjoyed on the small cozy terraces outside your room. The restaurant offers refined food and a well-considered wine list. The service and standard of the hotel is so great that it doesn't make any sense that they are only awarded 3 star.

Wow. One of the best restaurants we have eaten at in Europe so far. The waiting staff (Simon & Clara) were nothing short of amazing. Super knowledgable about everything from the wines, the liqueurs and the food. They offered some suggestions for orders which we took and everything that they brought out was amazing. One of the dishes (egg with piemontino cheese mousse) was so good that we ordered it twice and can't stop thinking about it. Would highly recommend this place!

In the few days we spent last year in "La Mora" on the occasion of the Depeche Mode concert in Barolo, we ate twice at this restaurant and the food was very good every time. Of course, the wine menu is impressive considering the famous vineyard area where the restaurant is located. The inner courtyard is very nice and beautifully arranged.

Really appreciated, we came there for a late dinner after a long walk among the hills. Waiters gave us the right attention, without rush and without wait. The menu is a little bit pricy considering the modest quantity, but it is aiming for quality. Main dishes range from 10 to 15 euro. Sweets (8 Euro each) which are indicated on ingredients base, but the waiters described us magnificently. About coffee, 1.50 euro for the espresso. Most appreciated: there is no "coperto", a common tax-like price applied per person in Italy. That means, it is accounted as 0 euro! I truly respect this choice!

Great service, beautiful presentation but meals were a little lacking. Cheese and meat platter was very good and the wine was wonderful. Overall a good experience, maybe the chef was having an off-day..

Located in the center of La Mora, Uve was our go to place for lunch when we were in the town, Their meat and cheese platters were excellent as were their pastas. Service was very attentive and super friendly. We enjoyed both our our lunches here and recommend Uve on your visit to La Morra town.

Nice modern B&B in the heart of La Morra. Modern, clean and a convenient base to explore the Puglia region. The hotel is also walking distances to couple of good restaurants around the area. The rooms are all located around a central courtyard. Only downside is the courtyard is also a restaurant and this could be noisy - especially in the afternoons.

We’ll, I didn’t think it’s possible that , but this place wins the trophy if “my 1st bad coffee “ in Italy. This is a super touristic place, it was the only one who was open when we arrived, and I have to admit - I could guess it won’t be brilliant, due to the pictures in the menu. I guess Americans will like it. We didn’t.

It's nice, we've been a few times to drink a good Nebiolo. Nice staff, but the food with the drink becomes less and less... Even when we ordered a very expensive bottle, we only got some grissini and olives

I have eaten and drunk in this place many times for years. I did this again today and this is the very last time I set my foot in this place. We were shouted at and practically insulted by a lady, most likely the owner, for having had the audacity to say that the food was quite late. The restaurant was full, this is not quite an excuse for waiting 25 minutes to take the order and another 45 minutes++ before seeing the main course. Moreover the shouted reply from the owner is completely and totally out of place with customers in any restaurant whatsoever. I had already noticed in the past a gradual worsening of the manner by the owner and once had a bad experience with eating raw meat, after which I spent the night on the toilet. After the experience today, will never be back again
